I swear this is the most relaxed and enjoyable starbucks I have ever been to. I've been here multiple times and never had an issue. My drink is always ready promptly and always tastes great, the employees are amazing (I see the same few every time I come) and they always seem to be having a good time, which definitely helps the atmosphere a lot. I was in today and this one employee really made the experience. I don't know what his name is, but he kept cracking jokes and was very engaging to customers while he was working. Huge props to you, whoever you are!

Came in as my Car is being worked on at Car Toys nearby. Yummy brunch or fruit and yogurt parfait, breakfast sandwich and a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade.

I had the best Starbucks experience ever at this store! My barista was Baltimore, and he actually asked me about what I liked and made the perfect drink recommendation - which was something I would have never thought to try. He was super friendly and provided such awesome service!! Also, this location has a fun selection of games for guests to enjoy while socializing with others. Wish the Starbucks at home had this atmosphere and all coffee shops could use more baristas like Balt

Easily accessible, standard Starbucks delivers positive service and generally meets chain-level expectations. This is now my most frequently visited Starbucks because of it's central location 15 minutes from my home and no more than 15-20 minutes for most people that I Starbucks with. Interior is a mix of hardwood chairs and tables, a small amount of cushioned chairs, and some padded bench seating. Decor is what you expect from a Starbucks. And, the corner location provides quite a bit of light in the medium sized interior. I have been to some Starbucks locations that appear more updated than this one. But, even when extremely busy, I've always been able to find a seat. Coffee and service are also as-expected, which is speedy and upbeat. One manager, with a goatee can't remember his name, is usually ready with a dry joke and personal touch. Drinks come out quickly and I've never had a problem with something being done incorrectly. I suppose it's a comment on Starbucks consistency to use the term "as expected" so often in this review. Honestly if there was a unique, local coffee shop in this area (Roots is the closest), Id' probably go there. But, for now Starbucks does it's job of providing a warm drink and a convenient place to catch up with a friend.

Wallplugs are abundant here. I don't get coffee often so when I asked the staff for some recommendations they did not disappoint on something I might like. This place is nice and clean with a laidback atmosphere. There are always large groups of people gathered here for meetings and meet ups. If you don't like coffee they have sandwiches, salads, tea and plenty of store merchandise available. Plus they have outside seating available.

I am a frequent visitor to this particular Starbucks location. I have fond memories of the previous staff, particularly David, who consistently provided exceptional service and made me feel valued as a customer. However, I must express my disappointment with the current manager, an African American gentleman with glasses. Unfortunately, interactions with him often leave me with the impression that he is in a perpetually negative mood. Unlike the other staff members who warmly greet customers with genuine smiles and address them by name, I find it disheartening that I do not experience the same level of hospitality when the aforementioned manager is present. These encounters have become increasingly uncomfortable, prompting me to seek an alternative option by visiting the Starbucks on Precinct Line. It's sad to do that because I even used to come here before they renovated the store

Nothing special about his location. Employees are kind but it's a bit of a mess in there. Good coffee and good food.

I accidentally sent my mobile order to the incorrect Starbucks and was fortunate that the barista Cay Leigh was understanding and replaced my items.

While there, a lady came in with her mother, the owner of the establishment came out to greet her in a way a friend would greet another. When you're wanting something that feels genuine and from the heart, this will be a cafe I'd recommend. Everyone, knows someone, even if meeting as strangers over coffee or nibbles of sweet pastries. Heck, you can throw in some games to that, as well. As someone stated in a previous review, it seems as if everyone who works there, truly loves being there. It isn't a chore, it isn't about rushing to get to the next drink preparation, they're, there to make sure you have the best experience in the place they nurture for others to enjoy. I appreciate that. Blueberry Matcha: I'm a fan, but not a fan of matcha. To explain, not everyone knows how to balance the taste of matcha. It's either way too earthy/gritty or not sweet enough, it has been rare that someone knows how to balance that combination. I have never tried a blueberry matcha and was excited to see this was one of our options. This was superb. The blueberry wasn't in syrup form, it was a blueberry foam that added the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. This is something I'd get again, and again. Too many people ruin matcha's with syrup that swims on the bottom, here, not even. Seasonal: White Chocolate Rose Scone I'll admit, I'm not a scone person. The scones I've tried in the past, were hard and flaky and that's what turned me away from there. But this scone was soft and moist, I truly enjoyed every bite. I am now open to trying others, but only at this cafe. Cheddar Chive Biscuit: My favorite. Well, my favorite is their Pepper Jack Jalapeno Biscuit, so this will be my second. I warmed it up and added a touch of butter, OOOHHWEEEE, it more than hit the spot. I can't wait to have one again. With this latest visit, I learned they alternate their biscuits monthly and they have calendars available to remind their patrons. There are several I'd love to try and thankfully, they're being served on my days off. This is such a beautiful establishment, that's inside and out.

The space is roomy with couches in the back, and plenty of people were working or studying, so it has a relaxed, productive vibe. I tried their lavender latte, oat milk latte (extra hot), and of course their drip coffee because you cannot judge a coffee shop without trying the drip. The drip was excellent, rich, well balanced, and tasted very fresh, clearly brewed fresh. The latte was just as good, creamy with proper foam and a smooth lavender flavor that did not overpower the coffee. The only small hiccup was that we were told the drinks would be brought to our table, but after waiting a bit I went up to grab them myself. I may have misheard, so it was not a big deal. Overall a great experience, comfortable atmosphere, plenty of seating, and genuinely solid coffee. I stopped in after lunch this time but will definitely be back to try their food next time.
