Some other tea shops that are unjustifiably popular, such as Omomo in Tustin, have way more uncomfortable seating and this shop is vastly better than Omomo is every aspect. It's definitely impacted by the location as a lower traffic retail strip, but this made for plenty of parking, quiet place and quality service and drinks.
