This has got to be the most inconsistent location. Very annoying that you could order the same drink multiple times on the same day and it will taste and look different every time... maybe the workers need more training from all the new items being pushed on them but it gets to a point. Ordered a smores frap and sometimes it comes with the marshmallow whip, as it should, and sometimes with just regular, sometimes it comes with graham cracker toppings and sometimes they dont even put it on! Have ordered it twice today and one came as it should and the other time there was no marshmallow whip or toppings. Have been to this location countless times and even a simple pink drink order will be inconsistent. Sometimes the cookie crumble frap is flavorful and other times it doesnt even have the mocha chips in it! The mocha fraps have also been least flavorful from this location compared to others. I dont mind and understand that sometimes there are rushes or simply better days than others but for what you pay for it is beyond noticeably dissapointing. Make sure to skip this location and just go to the one across the street in target. read more

Today I went with a grande cinnamon dolce latte with almond milk and only 2 pumps of the syrup. My husband got a venti medium roast. We tried this Starbucks for the first time and it was lovely. The establishment is kept very well organized and clean, nice atmosphere. The cashier that helped us was very friendly and even made unexpected small talk, asking us about our holiday plans. Our favorite drink turned out to be seasonal and she was super helpful with giving us an alternative drink that would taste similar. They were very quick and we were happy with our yummy drinks. Stopped at Starbucks to get a quick pick me up via Green Tea Matcha Frap... I asked for more ice to make it thicker and crunchier as I like to chew on the ice... it's was ok. I'm not sure if it was because of over blending it / not putting enough ice or because the drive through took significantly longer than usual so it started melting. I had the pleasure of visiting the NEW Starbucks at 460 Marine Blvd for the 2nd since the location opened. My order was taken by Griffin yesterday afternoon. He was pleasant, helpful and friendly. I look forward to returning here many more times. Well, to start, the employees love to keep the line moving. I love the way the store smells that fresh, hot coffee scent is amazing. I ordered a vente white chocolate mocha and an iced lemon loaf. I didn't have to wait long. I did go inside because the drive-through line was wrapped around the building. As per usual. so I went inside, which was much faster. Inside was not crowded. There were people working on their computers using the Wi-Fi. The floor was dirty with pieces of trash and spots of coffee. The barristas were friendly and had my items placed on the counter. They even got my name, mostly right. I prefer this location over the one by the mall as it's quicker. read more

We booked a room through an Airbnb and there was no coffee maker. Needed coffee and we decided to go to this location (to go). My Mr ordered inside. I got the tall flat white sub almond milk with a spinach feta wrap. And my Mr. got the tall pike roast with a Ham and Swiss egg white sandwich. The cashier was fairly new so there was a delay in our order. Not a big a big deal. I have no complaints. The food was still hot when we got home and my coffee was made to my expectations. Even my Mr enjoyed it. Every Starbucks location I've been to, it's been consistent. There is a drive thru if you are in a rush. I have no idea how this Starbucks is because I can never order. The line is usually wrapped around the building, and each person must have a customer order. Today, I was fifth in line of the cars waiting to turn onto the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. Each person was courteous not to impede the flow of traffic from Verizon or Mission BBQ. I saw two sets of groups exit the inside of the building with coffees. There is usual signage encouraging you to download the app, order ahead, and pick it up. I don't have the app as l this is a treat I keep attempting to get for my 13-year-old daughter with allergies because Starbucks has options, and she loves the strawberry frap (which she's had twice). We got out of the line to download the app. It took a while we saw someone else attempt to go in, but the line shortens, and we got back into it behind a small SUV. We continued waiting for the app to download on my turtle speed LTE. Five minutes pass, and the person in front of me gets out with a Starbucks cap. Wow! I thought to myself; she loves this place! "Ma'am, we are closing our drive-thru," I asked. Can you do a pickup or go inside? "Sorry, you can't, and we are closing our drive-through." I wanted to ask why you are sitting there then? Waited in line for 10+ minutes during a BOGO that ended at 6 PM (I didn't know). I go to place my order and am asked to wait a minute - I proceed to wait 2-3 minutes. I go to order and ask about the BOGO, they tell me it ended at 6PM. It is 6:01 and is now too late to get the BOGO, because they asked me to wait to order. Hilarious..... I then proceeded to wait over 15 minutes to get my two drinks . I don't recommend this location. read more

I either order pick up, or sometimes I do the drive-thru. Either way, they are very friendly baristas. Sometimes in the mornings, they do get backed up; however, they always inform when you walk up looking for your items. I've been to many different Starbucks in the US, and not all of them have had this quick response time when they see a consumer looking for their items. However, Western Blvd Starbucks, even though they are busy, they still acknowledge the consumer with a couple of seconds if you're looking for your drink, which makes it that much better. I go here about 2-3 times a week. I will give it a five-star because I know it isn't something that happens every time I step in the door. I went to this Starbucks on Monday, drive thru wasn't busy at all. The issue is I ordered a grande iced toasted vanilla oat milk with an extra shot. They charged me $7.44 for that drink if I wasn't in a hurry I would have questioned the girl. Needless to say today I went to the Starbucks near the mall same drink but this time a vente and guess what $7.44, I asked the girl taking my order why did this store charge me the same amount same drink but a grande and she said that was odd. Tried calling this store call drops, contacted customer support and they are useless. Be aware of this store upcharging. Never going back again! read more

The location of this Starbucks is insanely busy! With that being said, my double smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich was absolutely delicious! The reason I'm not giving this location 5 stars is because my sandwich came out about 10 minutes before my drink did... I wish the time that they came out would have been a little bit closer so I could enjoy them together. My Peppermint White hot chocolate was delicious as always. If you've got an hour to get a cup of coffee this is your place. Check it out, it's a Starbucks, the drinks will be fine and the servers will be polite. This clearly has to be an issue of management. Time management, people management, resource management, I mean it's clearly something. If you totaled the number for people waiting in person with the number of people in the drive thru then multiplied that by 10min per drink it'd still be less than the average wait time at this place. I enjoy how pleasant the staff is but I'm on my way to Walmart to buy a Mr Coffee. read more

I've been here multiple times, continuing to give the service a second chance, but every time I come the front of the house is not operating at optimum level. Today the shop was very busy with a long line & not enough staff. They were clearly in a shift change, but despite the long line one of the employees was distracting another employee to get her drink and brownie before leaving. On top of that, she stood behind the counter, with 6+ people In line, taking off her apron. Very unprofessional. I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order. read more

Thursday morning in the drive through line for 9 minutes pretty busy time around 10:45 a.m. I received my drink drove out the parking lot, pick my coffee up to take a sip. The coffee cup had a hole in the bottom dripped on my work shirt and all over my car cup holder. I turned around to go back and get another drink. I walk in waited another 5 minutes at an unattended register. I explain my situation the worker took my sticker off my cup ask me to throw away the drink. Ok. Waited another 10 minutes for my coffee. The gentleman who ordered behind me in line had his drink and is now gone. I asked where is my drink there was some discussion between workers and my drink was ready in about another 5 minutes, still not right away. Receive my drink with no stopper or cup sleeve. I ask for a cup sleeve only to receive a wet one that rip before I returned to my car. I call back to complain a message was taken for the manager with my phone number. The manager did not even return my call. I know I am only one customer of thousands, but I am still a customer. Wow, horrible customer service! read more

I just moved here and let me say I love that every time I order my Mocha Frappes they always taste exactly the same. I use to go by a SB near my work when I lived in California, and every day my drink tasted different. It always seemed like there was to much or to little of something. This Starbucks is amazing. It's always clean, they have great customer service. I have yet to run into anyone here with a bad attitude. They get super busy though during their peak hours but I mean this is a small city and the only Starbucks here so just keep that in mind. Keep up the great work! read more

They have a super long line always, pretty fast tho, super nice staff! Great sandwiches and good drinks every time.

Add that fact that they are ridiculously slow in the morning (like at 5:10am and waiting 10 mins for a coldbrew) and the fact that you have to add an extra pump of syrup for them to make your drink as the recipe specifies makes it no worth the price. I only go to this location if I have to pick up for someone else or I have a gift card. The yopp rd location is better for early mornings. read more

I ordered a coffee per the mobile app at noon, got to the store and my coffee was ready at 1240 exactly. I watched about 4 people get upset, raise their bodies and get an attitude with an employee that was making coffees closest to the pick up counter. All the while she continued to smile and explain that they were making mobile orders, drive through and in store orders to try and stay at a constant order so people weren't waiting so long. I watched her make over 50 coffee in the 25 minutes I was there. You guys are doing great she has a wonderful attitude and displays what a lot of people are missing in this day and age. read more

The Starbucks has only been open for a few weeks and it's not quite yet the efficient well-oiled machine that some stores are but everyone was perfectly courteous if perhaps a little frazzled from the endless onslaught of customers.. Floor needed a few spills wiped up in a few crumbs and napkins picked up but I'm sure it will get better. My drink was great I suspect operations will get a little smoother with time. read more

The coffee shop is elegant, clean and spacious. It has 4 large sofas, it is very comfortable to sit on, the toilet is very clean, there is warm water to wash your hands, there are also dryers, the toilet is also very clean, but the air is too cold, the music is too loud. read more
