When it was my turn to get my drink I explained to her that I felt bad for saying something, but she should've waited in line at the walk up window like we did and she said to me, well she's a regular. I simply took my drink and said thank you. I'm a regular as well. Getting a drink, 2 or 3 x's a day. I spend a lot of money at the JC location, donate to your fundraisers, the most recent being to the American Can er Society. I don't typically give anything below a 5 review, but I actually left upset that she said that and actually questioned me as to who was there first. I would've given my review more stars because everyone else doesn't say anything to me at all negatively. I love your coffee, teas and blended drinks, but quite honestly this one experience has made me feel shunned from Dutch Bros all together and I think after going there since you opened, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I love being able to walk up to the window and getting my drinks, the building and surrounding areas always are maintained and look nice, but even that can't keep me there and word of mouth means a lot.

One different quirky thing - there's not soy milk . You won't miss it I promise. The almond milk tastes so much better. You'll make friends ! Today was the first day I was able to go and I was happy to see the sign had John 8:12 (a Bible verse) on it. She is happy to serve anyone, rather you are a Christian or not. But as a Christian I loved seeing that! I got the Bonfire hot coffee and WOW it was good! This was the first thing she suggested to us and it's super yummy. She has multiple milk-alternatives which I am always thankful for! Including oat milk which is my favorite! We also had one of our dogs with us and she had puppacinos for them! Both sides are easy to access for drive thru though note that there's stuff on the side so not for wide vehicles. It's right off the corner of 99 so there's a light and access in two different areas to get in there. Makes it nice when there's traffic. I appreciate they are one of the last coffee shops that I know of that actually use powder flavoring vs only syrups. IYKYK powders are way better.
