Thank you Kapolei Parkway Starbucks! Today (8/27) is my bestie's mom birthday and is here in town to celebrate a precious life taken too soon. As we spent the afternoon doing what she would do to celebrate her mom's birthday and just talked and caught up on it all what she would do is get that birthday drink! It already was late for a Sunday as many other shops are already closed I Yelped location which took me here Kapolei Parkway right across Costco sharing neighbors like McDonald's and Home Depot and I thought it was closed as well as in out of business because all of the letter of their sign is gone! No one was in there but I can see the light on I've never seen one without a sign just the outline of what once was a sign lol! We went in and was very lovely open and lovely decor, we were delightfully greeted by a gentleman and of course we ordered at the counter but for some reason they couldn't find her birthday reward to comp her drink as we tried and tried by then her drink was done and the sweet man says "it's okay we believe you it's on us!" I personally have always ordered my drink using the app as I usually know where I'm going but on this day we certainly didn't but what a sweet kind gesture and we did sit and enjoy our sips which later she found it and showed it to them and still got the reply of no problem you're okay! As we left he again wished her a Happy Birthday and indeed it was as just a simple act of kindness means more than they will ever know as this trip to Hawai'i is a vacay but so much more and a smile is worth a thousand hugs! Thank you!

Coffee well served. It's a Starbucks, what can I say that you haven't read in my other reviews? (You did read those reviews right?) Staff is friendly and I got a couple of laughs after my reading mistake. I should take things slow in life, even after some caffeine. And low and behold everyone takes the drive thru here because no one was inside. No students on computers or meetings going on. Just me enjoying a venti cup two pump white chocolate mocha, extra shot, no whip no form. Overall four stars. Parking can be tight since they are situated in strip mall. Now excuse me, I have to check on my loan approval at NFCU next door. You read that review right? M

You tell me what's on my cheese danish ?lettuce?!?

Did not check if anything was wrong with the order just gave it to me then when I had left I checked the bag and there it was

This is by far always my favorite Starbucks to go to. They are always fast despite how long their line can be and today proved this even more. It was the red holiday cup day so the line was pretty long but it moved quickly. The staff is always very nice and when I asked her if I could make two separate orders so I could get a cup for my coworker as well, she mentioned to me that I was able to get as many holiday drinks as I want and she would give me the same amount of cups. I appreciate her telling me that because I wouldn't have known. Even when I go on a normal day, the staff is always so friendly and they're way faster than other Starbucks. Plus it's a plus because they have a drive thru. Although I usually like to give props to local businesses, today for Yelp Thankful Thursday I'd like to give props to Starbucks Kamokila!

Located in a complex next to Home Depot, This Starbucks drive through is my definite "go-to." 90% of the time, the line moves quickly, the staff is friendly & gets my drinks order right. It's only recent visits that my drinks were wrong and they weren't so nice (I'm assuming it's someone new but they'll catch on to the culture quick, because I love the vibes here). They did offer to remake my drink but I was in a time crunch. I'll definitely be returning for the convenience of the drive through and how well the drinks are made / taste here compared to other Starbucks locations. Don't forget to wear your mask when you're at the pick up window, signs are also posted as a reminder.

The kama'aina fried rice was filled with lots of meat: bacon, spam, ham, and Portuguese sausage. It was pretty good. The pancake flight was okay. Would've been better if I could choose the pancakes. Overall, the lilikoi pancake was the best! I didn't too much favor the chocolate taro-haupia or the cookie butta lava. The Kalua pork omelette was good, but I wish there was more meat inside. All the portions were very generous. The only thing we didn't like was that everything was overloaded with onions. And I LOVE onions, but even I thought it was too much. For that reason, my family didn't care too much for their meals. Overall, we had a fair experience. Seating is a little tight, but we were still comfortable. The only inconvenience was the bathroom on the top floor, which can be difficult when you have little kids.

Plenty of parking that shares wi th the Chinese restaurant next door and a dental office. The building itself shares a space with. Nail salon which I always thought interesting. There's a few seats inside and as of this year they sell a few Knick knack things and have books for kids as well as board games. This visit was rather strange though we walked in and no one was at the counter. No bell to ring. We said hello a few times and we were ready to walk out. But one of the ladies from the nail salon was sitting at the table in the corner and we asked if they were open. She alerted someone in the nail salon and she came out promptly. This time around we ordered the mango sticky rice and D2 had the lava flow. I was curious about the mango sticky rice, bc it's blowing up all over the place here at various other places so I had to give it a try. I thought it was something new. Turns out it's just like mango sago that I get on the mainland. It was good though and very satisfying. Blended fresh mango, coconut milk, and mini sago pearls. D2 wasn't sure how she felt about her lava flow though. She asked what a lava flow is supposed to be and I told her coconut and strawberry. When I saw her drink it was more yellow and possibly pineapple?! She said it definitely tasted like pineapple more-so than coconut. Oh well maybe their interpretation is different. She drank it anyway and said at least she's tried it. We've been so many times I've lost count. They have a rewards system by just typing in your phone number.
