Absolute worst Starbucks the manager is completely awful. I placed my order on the app and then was literally lectured for placing it too soon to arriving. She told me that from now on I need to just place my order at the window and not through the app and I'm pretty sure I got a five minute lecture about how this made her job harder. Luckily the guy working at the window apologized for his manager's rude behavior and told me it wasn't a problem for him, but for some reason, it is a problem for her. Not to mention, today I made sure to place my order on the app at least 10 minutes before arriving and guess what my coffee wasn't ready. So low and behold, it really doesn't matter either way when I place it she just felt the need to complain about something apparently. Maybe she should find a job that actually makes her happy instead of being rude to people. Anyways, thank you to the nice guy that works at the window. The passive aggressive note I got on my cup this morning after ordering an iced shaken espresso. She asked what milk I wanted and I said I have never been asked that, so whatever it comes with! She continued to give me a list of milks and said "it doesn't come with anything". Which is not true. After looking it up it comes with 2%. The note is trash. Nice location with a ton of open space. That's the coolest thing about it. It's a Starbucks so they're mostly all the same. I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew which is just ok. I've definitely had better. This Starbucks is under the new design and it is awesome. Clean and new of course. They are working out the kinks after the first few opening weeks. Coffee is the standard the personnel is friendly and they have the cold brew coffee bar and it is huge. The one down the road at La Centerra is tiny in a congested area so this is refreshing. Comparing it to other locations... I think they have much more space here than at many of the ones I've seen. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating making it a great place to work or hang out without feeling like your crowded. The menu is the same. The service is the same. The high prices are the same. I don't usually go to Starbucks because I don't drink coffee and they stopped making smoothies. I did get a blueberry scone and it was delicious. read more

Best Starbucks in the area. In fact, I frequent 4-5 different Starbucks in various cities/states due to travel and this is by far the best run among them. Great team, always friendly, fast service, accurate order delivery, always clean, and it's relatively new so it's a nice layout for either sitting or grab/go. read more

Ordered a white chocolate mocha this morning with extra white chocolate mocha sauce. The drink tasted like warm milk with a splash of coffee rather than a white mocha. Disgusting! Almost $7 for this drink and I threw it out. I'm giving up on this location. They can't ever seem to get it right. read more

They use to mess up my order EVER SINGLE TIME for months when I would come here. I stopped going for a long time because the workers were rude and literally messed up our teas and coffee drinks. The service got a lot better since about 4 months ago and I noticed the workers are finally very friendly. The only problem I still have is they are always out of food and certain drinks. Any time I come I have to cross my fingers they even have something. I use to work at Starbucks so I understand that problem but the shift manager needs to do better with the orders. read more

I deleted my original awful review, but god I still hate this place. Customers still can't figure out the parking lot. The cashiers can't make change without the register, even basic math. And they don't seem to know how to put a lid on anything. Half the time, our drinks don't even taste like they're supposed to, if we aren't wearing it by the time we get the two blocks to our house. Target kiosks are usually the worst Starbucks experience ever, except for this place. It's worse. I hate that it's so close and has a drive through, but I'm going to one further away now. read more

I just went through the drive through and really loved that the barista looked me in the eyes and didn't just shove the food out the window. He is in a galaxy mask and actually asked me how my day was and really seemed to care which we all need some days. Wish I would have gotten his name! I'm mostly excited about this location for a few reasons, it's within walking distance of my house, it offers cold brew, and it's an open space design. I did learn from one of the employees that cold brew stations are not in every Starbucks location so we lucked out! The staff is friendly, and decor is newer, spacious, plenty of outlets. read more

I used to love this Starbucks. Not sure what happened but I'm guessing it is new baristas who don't read the label closely when making orders. For the past month or so, literally every single time I've ordered my usual nonfat "no foam" latte, I get a drink with half a cup of foam in it . I do mobile order typically as I don't have time to wait in line in the morning on the way to work. So when I have to wait for them to make me a new drink every time, that is frustrating and the problem is not getting corrected. I will return to the other Starbucks I used to go to on the route I can take to my office. read more

Everyone is very nice but they are slow and disorganized! Someone was helping me today she got two of my drinks done then starts someone else's order while mine isn't complete then completes the order that was ahead of me then goes on to a driver through order then completes mine after another order. As I'm walking out the door she tells me she will have the rest of my order done soon when in fact it was already complete. I felt sorry for her because she really had no help. Love this location, I come every morning before my work shift and they always greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. The manager is very friendly and hands on. Besides the long lines I always get my drink right on time if I order ahead with my mobile app and it's always accurate. Great experience every visit ! read more

I really wanted to love this Starbucks. I'm a college student who drinks Starbucks literally everyday, so hearing that one was opening so close to home was SO exciting! At first- this location seemed great. Things were a bit slow, but that was understandable with it being new and workers were obviously new as well. But now it's been months since it's opened and my drinks are always made wrong. I've been told they don't even know what drink i'm talking about (and it's drinks i've ordered at multiple starbucks on many occasions) and even once the cashier said she didn't know what time they close! I get it, you're new and trying to learn a lot, but to not know your store hours? Today I gave this location their final shot and ordered an iced coffee with milk and caramel sweetener and it's the worst coffee i've ever gotten from there. No milk and if they did at the sweetener, I can't taste it one bit! In the future, I hope this Starbucks takes a 360° for their own good. Until then, I will definitely be making the drive to further locations. Starbucks isn't cheap (especially for a college student) so i'm done wasting money on bad service and bad coffee :-( read more

Love the design of this new Starbucks but I won't be going here again until they fix their customer service issues. I chose to go inside to order my drink since the drive thru line was long and inside didn't look too busy. I ordered one drink and it took almost 20 minutes! This is a good location for the Starbucks. Inside is set up well for working or socializing. Friendly service, but they are very slow! Don't even think about ordering through the mobile app unless you order 30 minutes ahead. It's faster just to order in person. If you love your blonde roast, this is not the place to get it. I frequent many Starbucks across Houston as well as the Katy area. I have the most trouble with this location's policy on not serving blonde roast past 11 AM. I ordered it at 11:01 AM and was told about their policy that they dump out anything left over at 11 AM on the dot. Shame since I can get a blonde roast at most other locations past 11 AM. True some locations have a similar policy, but it would have been nice if this neighborhood Starbucks had some flexibility. If you want a pour over, you need to order it inside as drive-thru pour over orders are not allowed. read more
