I often stop by this location when I'm making the drive from Portland to Eugene or vice versa. It's an easy location to go off of I-5. It's a safe and clean area and environment. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's a drive-thru and a private lot with a lot of stores and food spots nearby since it's located within a large plaza, or more like multiple plazas. There's usually really cute merchandise items at this locations, too. read more

All in all, this is a nice Starbucks location. The inside is quite nice and roomy. They have a long table which is nice for groups. The staff is friendly and quick. I had one bad experience at this location. My husband and I were given the wrong drinks, and we didn't have time to return them. Mine was so sweet it was inedible. A welcomed surprise considering past experiences. But wonderful service and very helpful. There was a short wait since it was busy, but understandably considering the drive through service was so good. The barista was willing to work with my app issues, especially since they get them a lot (you'd think SB would figure it out), and knew exactly what I meant with my order. My order was prompt as I rolled up to the window to pay and correct (huge bonus). This place is ran by Sarah who is the greatest person ever. This Starbucks as a lot of room, and the Baristas are friendly. However, I was served the worst white mocha of my life, what floated to the top of my coffee would make anyone barf up Starbucks. Have I mentioned Stumptown coffee is heaven! Great service, great drinks, and I love that there's a drive thru at this one! You can conveniently drive thru, get your coffee, and go shopping. I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly and actually make conversations with you. They always make my orders right. I like the light, open atmosphere inside. Also, the line is often very long here for the drive thru, but they seem to be very good at keeping things moving fast! Don't let the long line fool you! read more

Oh, man... What a terrible experience. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before closing time posted on their door, only to find the doors locked. We asked if we could come in to order our coffees. We use the cream and sugar bar, because we like our coffees embarrassingly sweet. We were told no, even after we pointed out that according to the hours posted on the door, there was still 15 minutes. The girl gave us a vacant smile and said she would "look into that". Seriously?! Seemed to me that since its Friday night, someone's trying to close up shop early to go barhopping... Whatever. So we decided to cut our losses and we ordered a Venti hazelnut caramel mocha. It cost about 5 and a half dollars, and it was absolutely TERRIBLE. Just... yuck. We threw it away and went across the street to McDonald's, INSIDE, where the coffee was shockingly a million times better. What alternate world am I in? read more

Took the exit off of I-5 as there was a department of transportation sign indicating that a Starbucks was at the exit, Horrible signage after exiting, wasted 10 minutes trying to find the place, never did! read more

Not impressed! I contacted regional starbucks with a complaint about this specific store in Keizer Station. I went there 2 days in a row and got horrible service from both workers I was talking with. I would rather drive out of my way then go to this Starbucks again. read more
