I've gotten my orders wrong twice now I did a mobile order at 7:29 am 6/4/23 and I got no espresso shots in my frap I normally don't get these but today I was feeling like a bit of change as the seasons are changing. It's just a Carmel ribbon crime frap now even though that's not what I ordered. I did not go back because I was on my way to work It looks like I'll be going back to competition because at least there they don't forget the most important part. Ordered 8 drinks but they said they didn't have dragon fruit when my employee pick it up, I went back to ask and remake a different drink but they did add the dry dragon fruit, I notice manager was around but never got to talk to me so decide to call the store ... this was the second time they messed up my order it took me a month to go back and decide to order again but after today I doubt it. read more

This is the only coffee spot in Kerman that is not a diner. The kids love getting their milk in coffee cups and I like getting my coffee quick and on the go. It's a nice place for meeting and chatting with friends while getting your dose of caffeine. The kids like the really sweet cake pops and the breakfast sandwiches. I can't vouch for them until I have one but they did look tasty. I already plan on having many girl talks over coffee with my gal pals. read more

Everytime I drive by here I always wonder why they are so fucking slow. And now that I have come inside, it explains soooooo much!!! Looks like one of their friends or coworker (whatever) came inside with their child and literally majority of the employees disappeared! So if you want to know why your drink takes forever, it's because they only have 1 person making the drinking while everyone else is standing around talking in the back. Seems unfair for only one barista to be making all the drinks. And before this so called person came in to distract all the employees I only saw 2 people making drinks. Why have 5-6 employees when only a couple of them are making drinks???? read more

So I hate to do it and I waited to make sure that it was not a usual thing, but sad to say it is. This starbucks has become a nightmare to get a drink at. Long wait times, horrible service, dirty floors, and just generally bad bad bad. The problem is no matter what time of day or what day of the week thus location will make you wait 45min for your drink and have numbers of staff members just doing nothing while one person is making drinks for the whole place and drive thru. Also timing is a mess with this staff, like Ordering a cold and hot drink and receiving your cold drink amd waiting 30 more mins for your hot drink to come out, so now your friend you were getting that cold drink for now has a warm cold drink. Now before I hear about staffing problems and other things I am not judging my experiences when they are short staffed just when they have a full staff. I have tried to talk to corporate and asked to be notified by local management so I could express my concerns and hear how they are trying to fix these problems, but I have been ghosted and now just avoid this location for coffee. I can't wait for dutch brothers to come to our small town maybe some good old fashion competition will spark a fire under this starbucks location. read more

Me and the hubby end up here often, and its not that the line is long, but it's so darn expensive. 2 coffee's c9mes put to 15 bucks, and I don't even know if there's coffee in one of them. I think they serve more milk than coffee amd they should call them milkshakes. read more

Thank you for my drink. But if ur gunna hand out a drink that was made 20 min before don't show the evidence and just print out a new label and put it on the old one. And no I didn't mobile app my drink order before I went in. It was a drink made for cafe but I guess got rejected. I went thru the drive thru. I'm not one to complain but just next time make sure there's no evidence of it being made earlier in the time. read more

In 2019 the workers were great drinks were made great workers were nice as of now May of 2021 this Starbucks has gone downhill every time I come my order is wrong or the drinks are not made correctly and the drive through line take forever so If you want to wait 30min to an hour come here I no longer come to this location I'll drive to madera or Fresno before I come here read more

You never know when this Starbucks is open. Once I made a pick up order in store and when I got there it was CLOSED!! They close at different times and do not post the times anywhere. You have to drive there and look like a dumbass and look for their closing times. The app will say its open and it will be closed. read more

Friendly staff. Store is generally very clean. Cons-frequently our of ingredients, with several drinks being unavailable. The order ahead/app is often unavailable. Store has closed down for days at a time, without any anticipated date of reopening being announced. read more

Though the line is pretty long, it seems to be due to the customers ordering a lot of items for one car so it takes a long time to take one order. I didn't mind the wait especially considering my drinks and brownie were made perfectly and just as I like it. What made my visit great though and worth the 5 stars was the incredible service given to me by Simm she was absolutely amazing! Super nice and kind, she was completely patient even with all the cars before me! I will definitely be coming back for her service! read more

Nice location and staff is friendly but the music is so LOUD. You can't even hear when they're calling your name. Almost every person had to go to the counter and check the names on the cup to see if it's their coffee. read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and efficient. The drive-they line is pretty much always long, especially since COVID, yet the baristas maintain a positive attitude and make the effort ask how your day is going. Kudos to these young people for brining a smile to my face every time I get coffee. read more

I mobile order 3 strawberry açaí , a cake pop and a coffee when I arrived my son checked for my drinks none where done waited for 20 min until my son asked if our drinks were almost ready or how long we have to wait ? The girl said unfortunately we don't have the strawberry Açaí my son was mad like couldn't you said before and not have us wait they only responded I'll refund you like that's not the point really they had done it often they're always short on drinks or lazy people working I understand it's a very busy place but they should hire more employees or just honestly close they are very bad in any way. read more

Story Time: Absolutely horrible service. I came in hot (106 degrees) and thirsty, trying to get a nice refreshing beverage. Little did I know, and keep in mind they were not under staffed , full team behind those counters, so I ordered a caramel frap (simple right) and I had to wait 27 minutes!!! Unbelievable, those employees were flirting with the other white clients who came in , and took even longer! I ordered the drink at 3:53 and I got my drink at 4:20. (27 minutes in total) Truly horrible service , and not to mention names but that one white girl and the white teenage dude were taking their time with my drink yet they were going quick with other peoples drinks. Would not recommend going to this Starbucks in Kerman!!! read more

Im use to waiting at most Starbucks because they are getting slower and slower. This Starbucks in Kerman is extremely slow. I waited in the drive-thru for almost 25 minutes!!! They didn't seem to have any sense of urgency and after a lengthy weight they should have comp'd the drink....THAT is the Starbucks way! Won't be visiting this location again! read more

I came to this Starbucks 2.18.2020 at around 7pm. I had the best customer service at the drive thru. I appreciate good service. The guy was so helpful. I forgot what drink my husband wanted and the barista made it right even though I ordered the wrong drink on accident so that was my fault. I always have great service at this Starbucks only. All the ones in Fresno that I have been to from south Fresno to north Fresno dont serve like Kerman does. read more

Long waits and constant product shortages. Was asked to park outside to wait even more time for egg bites to be reheated after waiting in the drive through for so long had plans and couldn't stick around so I lost $4.65 just because they couldn't toaster oven or microwave egg bites in 35-40 minutes.... One time I ordered a drink and went to pick it up when the app said it should be ready. The guy told me that I had to wait for it to be made! It wasn't even started until I showed up 15-20 min later. Another time my wife ordered two drinks, the cashier confirmed the order and even read it back to us when we got to the window she handed us one drink and got bitter with us for asking for the second saying we never ordered a second one. read more

It's Starbucks ; they treat their employees well and their customers even better . Because they seem to be everywhere is no reason to disparage them; albeit expensive the coffee is almost always hot, fresh and tasty; their menu is extensive; the baristas are competent and pleasant and they have free WiFi. I go to different Starbucks all over and this one is one of the best. Quick service and the one time they didn't have my drink type they recommended another one based on what my original was.
