I went to this Dutch bros location today and left so crushed. I walked inside the store today and was looking to get a Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie freeze. I walk in and someone walked in behind me I was ignored and the other lady was greeted immediately to get her mobile order. I was left just standing there for a few minutes, and finally the girl noticed i was there and went to the back to get someone to take my order. Out walked a girl wearing a hat, and immediately just asked "what are you getting?" In an annoyed tone. I asked for the freeze, and she answered coldly, oh we don't have that actually. Okay no problem, i knew to expect it, i knew it was seasonal. I get it, i have worked as a barista for 8years and understand when stores run out of product or seasonal drinks. I said "oh, okay well is there anything similar?" She just said "nope, there's nothing really similar to it." No suggestions, no kindness or friendliness at all. I wasn't even looking for something exactly like it Maybe just a good alternative to that drink. Bottom line is, her attitude and personality were so disappointing. I understand people have bad days, but to be so rude and short to someone just asking for a suggestion is so disheartening. I love being a barista, i love talking to customers, making the little small treat that they order the highlight of their day. That's all I wanted Was just a little sweet treat to make my morning better and she ruined it. Please in the future, treat people with kindness. You don't know what they are going through. It costs nothing to take one minute to do the job you literally asked for. I also believe this person was in a management position, which is even more saddening to see. Please do better and treat people better. Your customers deserve to not be treated badly just because you're not able to control your poor attitude at work. read more

easily the best dutch bros in town, and i've been to a few. you'd think each dutch would get the drink right every time, but they just don't (lookin at maple/behymer..) but palm always hits the mark. It's my go to protein coffee, the cold pour has almost 40 grams! the white zombie is my favorite, with the banana bread being second up. despite the influx of business around never had an issue parking. hannah was my barista most recently and she was super sweet and got my drink out quick! what more could you want. firmly my main dutch also sidenote: love the inside of this place. they got a lil arcade machine, a framed photo of the Griswold's from christmas vacation, and ample seating. the most study and hangout friendly dutch in town, easily. read more

The workers were nice and the inside was really cute, I've also never seen a Dutch with an inside seating area so loved that. I got the banana split iced mocha and it was good. My online order was not received so when I arrived it was not ready. They had no print out of my order so of course it was made wrong. Worst of all the entire inside reeked of rotting milk as if they don't clean properly. Sometimes I feel too old to come here, but overall the staff is generally friendly. Wait times vary. I never come on sticker day, which requires you coming extra early if you're picking up drinks before work. It's convenient and I usually only come in the mornings before work. I like the drinks and trying new ones. They have coffees, teas, sodas, Rebels (their brand energy drink), lemonade... the options are plentiful. They even have milk substitutes and sugar free options if you're looking for those. Went through drive thru they were training new employee taking my order I only asked for one kid drink however at window they try to give me two kids drinks manager was called over expecting to get my drink normal size manager said instead of doing a whole refund. I will just charge you the two dollars extra for normal size drink I said why I didn't ask for the kids drink. It was not my fault and she said they didn't charge you for a normal one I said I don't want anything to do the refund so unprofessional any other Dutch Bros would have just upgraded my drink for free for the inconvenience and the manager was not nice about it like it was my fault. Dutch Bros again exceeds my expectations! I was driving through this area when I saw the Dutch Bros sign and I couldn't resist. So I turned into the driveway and discovered this was an actual coffeehouse and not a drive through as I have always previously seen so I decided to walk in instead. I always pass by my favorite intersection of Palm in Herndon and happen to see the long line at Dutch brothers I wondered for a long time with they serve so I decided to pop in. They have a different feel Avenue selection of drinks from other companies that sell caffeinated specialty drinks. Dislocation happens to be my favorite the staff is always friendly and flexible they always give me my healthcare Worker discount and and always give me The best recommendations for new drinks. They are always so friendly so happy professional well put together. The drinks taste really good and the price is moderate so if you are reading this review and asking yourself should I go to Dutch Brothers you probably should. I recommend trying the rebels it is only for the strong of heart because that drink is a energy drink mixed with flavor and syrup and it is definitely strong. I prefer the tea based drinks today I am trying a pomegranate, mango, and black tea drink hopefully it is good. I came to this Dutch Bro's in October 2019 around Halloween time with my sister and nieces. We came to this new location as they just opened at the time. They were not busy compared to other locations just yet although they are located on Herndon and Palm in the Walmart plaza. I always get the non coffee drink which are the milkshakes, I get a Banaenae with almond milk and it tasted so watered down! I could not taste anything at all which sucked. I usually ask them to remake it and they usually do but I didn't have time to get mine remade as I had the nieces and needed to make sure they picked out their pumpkins and get their Halloween costumes. The staff was friendly at the drive thru. My sister was not happy with her drink at all either. So we haven't came back to this location at all as I feel like Dutch Bro's are watering down their drinks. Overall, we didn't have a good experience at all. The nieces didn't like their drinks either so it was a waste of money that day. read more

This location is definitely one of my favorite spots. The place is roomy, clean, and staff are very nice. Staff are very upbeat and always have a smile on their faces. I am always able to walk right up to the cashier or wait not longer than 3 minutes to order. Our drinks are always made quickly and on point every time. I haven't gone thru the drive thru yet, but I never see a long line of cars like other locations. This place is a nice place to grab a drink and catch up with friends. There are usually a lot of seating available. However, the music can be too loud sometimes and it's hard to hear the other person. I definitely recommend this place for a cold or hot drink. When i was living in Fresno this was the place to get any sugar free drink.. whether it's a blended freeze, a red bull, black tea drinks are the best and they will suggest all kinds of yum yum flavors.. that's what I MISS the most about the central valley.. its DUTCH BROS! They will basically make you any flavor you want.. when my kids and friends would come down that would be the first place they want to hit up and they are there every day to the time they all have to head back.. they have made them Creamsicle flavor freeze, fruity pebbles, bubble gum and that drink is a throw back to the old school bubble gum.. they even made a drink that tasted like a churro.. ask and they'll do their very best to make it for you.. we've never been disappointed.. if anything were all like dammm they did it! Now the only downfall is they always got a line..spring, summer, fall and winter.. you will always find a line but they've got it.. they are always out in the heat.. even over 100' and in the winter when it's raining and 45' you'll find them taking orders with a friendly smile. I've never had a bad experience at DUTCH with the employees.. love them! Only with the DA (dumb azz) that try to cut in but everyone in line starts honking and basically they have to get out..sooo when in town go to DUTCH BROS! My 3 fav locations are Palm, Bullard and Shaw but now that I'm in the Bay Area I no longer get any but I do my last stop in Ripon or Modesto..I wish they open one up in the East Bay! Wow!! After having such horrible experiences at two other Dutch Bros locations nearby, we decided that we'd give this new location a shot. We had my daughters friend with us this weekend and she's never tried DB. Wuuuuh!?? That's what I said. Apparently this kid is sheltered or doesn't get out much lol. Any who, we were going to drive thru, but then realized it had a seating area that looked hipsterish. We walked in and I immediately loved the feel of things. People were happy, the place was upbeat, and that's when I saw it......an arcade table with my some of my all time favorites; Pac-Man, Burger Time, and 1942. My kids already knew to gather around it. They love to watch me play. We got our drinks and sipped them cheerfully as we passed some time. Our drinks consisted of 4 different frosts. They were all great except for my Dream Weaver Frost which was like sipping sugary milk, but they quickly changed it for something else after I brought it to their attention. Awesome customer service. They did a great job at maintaining so positive even when they got slammed. While we were there we witnessed about 5 large parties of 6 or more people walk in and they did a great job at keeping a speedy pace. I found me a cool new sober handout spot! read more

I work mental health crisis nearby this location and tend to come here on my 12s to get a pick me up. The people are always very kind and happy. However, today my drink had a mishap where I think I squeezed it too hard, causing the plastic to crack and spill. I went back and the young lady with black frame glasses and her hair in a ponytail was very kind and remade me a new drink. She definitely did not have to do that because she could have easily said it was my fault but made it quickly enough I was able to go to my office, spill my drink, come back, get a new drink made, and make it back to my office on my lunch. No sweetener, just by itself. It taste like black tea with notes of vanilla. Love potion green tea. Pomegranate and green tea. Golden eagle. This place was wild on grand opening day! They had PD out there to help the flow of traffic. The drive-thru route is a lot more extensive than other locations. You have to loop around the entire parking lot if you enter off of Palm. You can't just make a quick u-turn into the drive-thru. The inside of this location is spacious and probably the nicest there is. As for the drinks, they are overly sweet, so opt for half-sweet when you can! read more

the man who took my order was great my son and his gf went and got me a drink however a car almost hit them which my carmalizer went all over floor mats I was not happy as it is double point day and I didn't get a drink so they went back. Drinks are always good, but I had an issue. Upon handling the tip portion of checking out my dad who isn't very tech savvy accidentally typed two 1s instead of the singular he had meant. It was a mistake I was able to catch, but when the woman holding the pad heard me instructing him how to change his now $11 tip back to the $1 he had meant she quickly walked away with pad in hand. What is going on with this location lately? I don't know if it's the fact that Dutch Bros is becoming more corporatized but the service has plummeted downhill in the past year. I work right down the street and have been coming here for well over 2 years. Gone are the days where they would talk with you while you waited for your order to be ready. Honestly, I think it's because they are understaffed and the staff they do have just doesn't care. I'm not one that needs to be talked to the whole time but it's just weird that we went from that to the service they provide now which is basically none. Gotta hurry us off for the next patron I guess. Not to mention this is the only coffee shop in town that I have to wait until I get to the window to order my drink because they never have anyone working the drive thru line in the mornings any more. I started going in to order my drink since it's usually right before 7 and there are a lot of people waiting in the drive thru. A lot of good that does me! There's no kind of bell on the door or any way to alert the staff that I am there and need to order a coffee. If there is a bell or camera it is completely pointless as I'm rarely greeted or recognized until I've been standing there a while. My last visit I stood there waiting for one of the girls to finish talking to her coworker and telling her a story before she took my order. Needless to say I think I'll just start using the drive thru again as I was almost late to work.
