I've been to Starbucks all over the country. This one in Kerrville is the most disinterested, rudest I've ever been in. I've been here three times. All three times the staff couldn't have cared less if I was there. No greeting, no smiles, nothing. It was sad. Today there was no one else at the counter, three people behind the counter and they were still disinterested to the point of rudeness. I know they are the only Starbucks in town, but come on. The worst Starbucks I've been to. Typical Starbucks however if you're looking for regular brew they make the same thing you can brew yourself at home, except when they brew it, it's awful. Two tries over three days and at least they're consistently bad. Not going back to this place. But it's a great place if you don't mind your coffee being made badly and completely disinterested employees to help you out with that. read more

Really great location along the river. Lots of outdoor tables to enjoy the surroundings and your coffee of course. Drive through if you want but if you can, stay a bit and relax at this nice spot. If I lived in Kerrville I'd go here often. read more

Very slow lately. I was ahead of 3 people and got a cold drink and they all got theirs first.

Just had the best experience! Erik was super friendly when getting my order and made a real effort to make me feel special at the counter, while waiting for coffee to be made and pushed out, the crew behind the bar was full of energy and extremely friendly/interactive with the customers who were waiting. After a fun show of seeing our coffee being made, Andy was sure to tell everyone to have the best day, and apologized for the long wait (though I don't think any one minded, it was extremely busy!) great experience and I look forward to my next visit! read more

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and I've been to many. They have 2 coffee machines or "bars" as they call it and one of them was down this morning. Instead of telling us it had been down, they waited until we had paid and had been waiting for a few minutes to tell us. We waited 35 minutes for a latte. 1 tall latte. Instead, the baristas decided to help the drive-thru line first (even though we had been waiting indoors for much longer). There is one guy that works there with a man bun and he is snippy and rude and did not apologize whatsoever for the delayed order. I have been to other locations where they comp your drink if you even wait 5-10 min. We waited 35. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Wow! A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right?? Not necessarily! I've recently done a lot of traveling and just moved back to Texas. I've been to a lot of Starbucks from coast to coast in the last year. I've always tried to order on my mobile app so it wouldn't take nearly as long, but usually still ended up waiting for up to 5 minutes. I didn't get to do it this time and thought I'd be waiting a while going through the drive-thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me who had already ordered when I pulled up. By the time I placed my order, it was down to 1. I saw them pay and almost immediately received their order. I thought, "how strange!" But then, I drove up to the window and paid. She immediately handed me my Frapp and Danish and said it'll be a second on your mocha. She turned around, took 4 steps and came back with it. Literally, that quick! It's probably taken me longer to write this review than it took to get my order! This was the fastest Starbucks I've ever been to and the order was perfect! Great job!! read more

I'm extremely disappointed in the Starbucks located on Junction Hwy in Kerrville Tx. This used to be one of my favorite places a couple years ago but it has done nothing but decline since then. I have attempted multiple times to speak to the Store Manager about my concerns but I'm constantly told she is in a meeting, on a phone call, or just "busy" no matter what time of day or how many times I call. I also notice extreme disorganization and when the store manager is actually out working behind the counter it almost seems to make the flow of orders take even longer. The baristas are always nice to me and helpful but only some of them seem to know what they are doing, almost like no one has been trained to do the job they are doing. I just want to see this Starbucks be restored to what it used to be and I have a feeling the manager is to blame, considering how hard they are trying to avoid me speaking with her. I wish I could give the store itself 0 stars. read more

I ordered a Carmel macchiato and they just gave me hot milk! i wanted coffee ruined my day

This starbucks has the best and most relaxing patio. The problem is the barista's, not one but all have horrible dispositions. I have had my order delayed a couple of times so that regulars or friends are treated first and I am then given a flippant attitude when I remind them of my order. Just poor attitude with obviously no supervision. I think McDonald Coffee is fine and they have WiFi. I will have to do with the Patio...Shame. read more

Very dissappointed that this Starbucks chooses not to participate in the free cup of coffee for an empty coffee bag. It's the only one I've run across with this policy and they seem to be making money hand over fist. Service is often confused and flustered. Love the view from the patio! read more

This starbucks is great and has a nice view of the river. It's one of the better Starbucks I've been too although I don't frequent it much anymore because of their prices. If you want a starbucks though, I'd definitely recommend this one. read more
