One of the nicest Starbucks I've ever been in. Just the building itself is beautifully designed: wood logs, lots of big windows and roomy, and that to me makes a big difference if I'm gonna hang out for an hour or so. There's nothing like drinking your favorite cup of Coffe watching snow falling...and they also serve wine in this location . It's a daily stop for me while skiing in Sun Valley, I just feel bad for some of the other coffee houses in the area cause I noticed the lack of foot traffic....and I'm a big fan of smaller mom and pop businesses... read more

There aren't really any chains in Sun Valley/Ketchum so I am honestly grateful there is a Starbucks and a very cool "lodge" one at that. Sometimes you just want something familiar, a safe and comfortable place to go, and this Starbucks foots the bill. Yes I like to support the other local coffee shops in town as well. I like how this Starbucks serves food from local shops that you wouldn't find at any other Starbucks. I had a chicken wrap that was so fresh and had a great dipping sauce. Refreshing to have options in addition to your standard Starbucks fare. read more

The service is terrible here like seriously. Even when I worked there for a quick minute it was attitude,drug addicts and no privacy at all.Everytime I get my drink it's crappy (burnt) they time there coffee FYI it's the Starbucks rule- but a year later-even with changed baristas again it's still bad coffee.My Fiance gets his Mocha and its burnt shots-not stirred "well" I have been a barista for a long time-even worked for an "actual corporate Starbucks-not franchise" and its not that great! The training needs to be done properly,service needs to be to par-at least. I mean i really don't want to hear about your "crappy boss, or what your doing later or how you don't want to clean" Talk silently or in the back or not at all-customers can hear. Professionalism is important when you wear that uniform because you are representing all of Starbucks- Around the world. I'm not a Starbucks person but I recently visited the new Starbucks in the Ketchum Town Center which may be my 2nd home. The staff was friendly, the ambiance was beautiful with big screen TV's, wi-fi (of course), fascinating photographs, comfortable seating, and a piano with the most talented lady playing while I was there. A fireplace would be a great addition but geez you can't have everything... or can you? Loved it! read more

This is hands down the most beautiful Starbucks I have ever been in. The design is unique and invites you to linger. The passion lemonade and the lattes are good, pretty much comparable to any other starbucks, but if you want some real ambiance, you MUST check this one out. read more

Wow. I thought I was going to start my Sunday off with one of Starbucks' new Fall drinks to enjoy while sitting an early morning conference so I popped in to this Starbucks in Ketchum. I ordered a venti Maple Pecan latte and was going to use one of my Free (earned) Rewards but was told rather rudely by Manny that this S'bux doesn't accept them. That's right, you can't use a S'bux reward you earned (paid for) at their S'bux. What I normally would do is order something else but out of principle, I turned around and walked out. Greatness is imposible to put into words. All I would ask from Yelp nation is to give a chance to Lizzy's fresh coffee in Ketchum Idaho, and order any of their several varieties of freshly roasted beens. We have been buying coffee from Whole Foods and Sbux for years and thought that it was a very good quality roast, until we tried Lizzy's. The aroma is out of this world.
