Iced caramel macchiato, venti iced coffee, and 3 bagels. This Starbucks is very spacious and really pretty on the inside with lots of seating. Drive thru was packed and kind of a difficult space to make a line of cars. Bagels and coffee tasted great, however we did ask for the iced coffee to be stirred and they did not. We also asked to use our Starbucks stars and they did not. Despite this, service was extremely friendly and seemed like they knew a lot of their customers. Would visit again. read more

I placed a mobile order. They proceeded to 1, not update their app to say when my drink was ready, and then 2. When I went to pick up my drink I spotted an error and I politely pointed it out. The barista that was at handoff then rudely told me what I "did wrong" when ordering through the app. She proceeded to speak to me like a child when I was just clearly pointing out a simple error. She was rude when speaking to me, and made me feel like it was my fault for an app problem. I asked for no strawberry puree, I meant just none on the bottom. They didn't put any in the drink. I pointed it out and that's when she belittled me and spoke to me like a child saying that I needed to call beforehand to tell them this. I don't understand why she couldn't have just apologized and remade the drink when it was clearly a misunderstanding on both ends. She was wearing a name tag without a name and when they remade the drink they just put the drink they made for me (that was made wrong) back in the blender and reblended it with the puree. Store was well kept. Definitely put a dent in my mood tonight. read more

I've been here twice this week and will definitely be returning again soon. Walking in I was immediately struck with the clean, fresh, but warm aesthetic of the interior. All Starbucks locations have a similar aesthetic, but this one may be one of my favorites. The lighting makes it feels so cozy, but still bright. The service was excellent. I was given the wrong drink (my bad entirely--I didn't realize there were multiple Gingerbread drinks). After tasting it, the cashier who took my order noticed and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I'm a bit shy when it comes to bringing up an issue with my room and I was very relieved she asked. She was super sweet and remade the drink (much appreciated!). She even had me taste the drink just to make sure it was how I wanted. My first visit this week, I brought a book and a muffin and settled into a chair while drinking a Carmel Apple Spice (an underrated Starbucks drink in my opinion). My second visit there weren't any seats available, but I guess that goes to show how popular it is! There were lots of people there hanging out, studying, and chatting, but it didn't feel noisy at all. Will definitely be retuning soon! read more

This Starbucks location runs on friendliness and a whole lot of coffee. I've had nothing but pleasurable experiences from this location. I often go really early in the morning and the employees are just amazing, making me feel comfortable the moment I walk through the door. I would absolutely go out of my way to drive farther just to get my coffee any day of the week! It goes beyond fast yet accurate order taking and preparing and delivering, which they do remarkably well. They deliver a more than just a "feel at home" atmosphere. They help deliver a feeling of connection with there customers that is entirely genuine unlike what l've felt at any other establishment which is why I will never choose another coffee house and I strongly encourage everyone else to choose this location! This store has been open now for about a year at this location. It's amazing how consistent the service is at this location. The staff is VERY friendly, happy and fast. Nowadays, I don't ever really go to Starbucks anymore. But when I do, it's to this location since it's located right next to the gym I go to. I will stop by every once n then to wind down after a workout. One thing that's consistent regardless of which Starbucks I go to is the incredibly friendly staff members. The knowledge, care, and patience they display with their patrons is admirable to say the least. I'd like to dedicate this review to one staff member specifically, a young gal who goes by "Em". Super sweet person with a genuine heart of service. I try to avoid caffeine after a workout (which begs the question as to why I would go to a coffee shop in the first place), so I asked Em what her favorite caffeine-free beverage is. Since virtually every drink on the menu has some trace of caffeine, she went into her secret menu to come up with a delicious concoction that I can only describe as a drinkable strawberry cheesecake. She not only made the drink herself, but even went so far as to write down the ingredients to this custom drink in case I ever want to order it again. And she managed to do all this while sweetly taking care of other patrons. Can't stress enough how much I appreciate her gesture. Love this Starbucks team, with a specific shout-out to Em. I've been ordering the caramel ribbon crunch frappe recently from different stores and usually they taste watered down, or there's hardly any caramel added, despite me asking for extra on the app. But this was the first time ever it has been made to order with above and beyond service! There will be many people from church coming to this place during Sunday and will be loud and you might not enjoy it when you are looking for a quiet Starbucks where everyone talk quality and do their things. Make sure to bring your earphones if you want to study here. ( no offense to people who talks here, this is not a library) just giving tips to people who comes to study. The interior is bright, they blow full blast a/c so make sure to bring hoodies or something if you are planning to stay here for more than an hour.
