Review 35/365 Day Challenge Finally visited the closest DB in La Habra summer of 2025. Was really ecstatic when i knew this location was opening up. I ordered a ~ Golden Eagle latte in medium, was really good and creamy. Not too sweet. I loved it. Latte caffeine is pretty strong. They don't have a dining area inside. Just drive thru or walk up to grab drinks. I was afraid of the stories hearing how long the lines were. I didn't get that experience here since lines are moving a pretty great speed. Don't let the drive thru line worry you of the wait time. Especially now there's a DB in La Mirada, not too far from this location since it's both off Beach Blvd. Fast nice & friendly Service. Associates are always on top of things here. good drinks but tend to be on a much creamier milkier side. They don't offer and food here. FYI. Tip~ download the ap to accrue points for rewards along with a birthday treat and a free welcome drink. read more

3.24.26 9:55-10:20pm very unprofessional and unfortunate experience. I never feel the need to complain or leave a "bad" review up until now. I come to this specific Dutch bros every single day, and tonight definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I was the 3rd last car of the night, a blonde lady was working the drive thru and decided it was a great idea to have her 3/4 other friends that don't work at Dutch bros hang out with her and follow her in the drive thru, running around, eating from a friends car, passing the tablet (that Dutch bros workers use to take orders) into a friends car and letting her take her own order. Im now behind the (friends) car and they are still playing around in the lane - random people are grabbing stuff from the car and standing at the window and I genuinely couldn't believe nobody said anything to this girl. As I sat in the drive-thru, I watched two order takers, Sophia and Jessica, spend over five minutes chatting with the vehicle in front of me instead of taking my order. During that time, two additional cars pulled into the line. One of the order takers then proceeded to take the order of a vehicle that arrived after me, completely skipping mine. After waiting patiently, I finally had to honk my horn just to get Jessica's attention. Rather than apologizing, she responded that she "has to go back and forth." I explained to her that I had been waiting for over five minutes, watching her socialize-giving out her phone number and talking about her nails, rings, and other personal topics-while I sat there ignored. I am extremely disappointed by this experience at this DB location. I have always spoken highly of this chain and praised how friendly and efficient it usually is, but this interaction left a very bad taste in my mouth. OMG shout out to the sweet girl working the window today around 2 o'clock. (if my receipt is correct her name is Natalia) My fiancé and I went through the drive-through and I got some bad news while we were in the drive-through so I had been crying but didn't think much of it. Pulled up to the window to pay and she said the total was around $16 at first and once I was going through my cash she then told me my total was around $8. I honestly assumed that she used one of my free drinks from my rewards until we drove away, and I realized that I didn't even give them my name or phone number. After looking at the receipt, I realized she comped one of the drinks and the code was "bad day" Seriously so sweet of her and I feel SO bad that I didn't even say thank you. Visited on 11/11/25 Golden Eagle - 6/10 Caramelizer - 6/10 I went through the drive-thru for my first-ever Dutch Bros visit. There was a bit of a line, but I didn't mind because it gave me time to look through the menu and decide what to try. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience pleasant right from the start! Unfortunately, the drinks themselves didn't quite live up to the hype. Both tasted a bit watered-down and not as flavorful as I expected, especially since they're listed under the "Dutch Faves." Maybe I just didn't pick the right ones for my taste, but it was a little disappointing for a first visit. On the bright side, the portions were generous. My boyfriend and I absolutely love this location! The service is always good. You can tell the workers really have a great time together. The drinks may take a bit, but with lines pouring in at every angle, I'm more than understanding about that. Vampire Slayer has been my go to recently, and man, it's always perfect. For the price, environment, and good customer service, I'm definitely leaving satisfied from this location. My recommendation is to get the app and place the order before going there. Vibes are immaculate, addmittedly. We came around 9:30 PM and we did the walk in order, where you can order ahead via their app and just pick it up at their pick up window. They have their own radio/music playlist/station where it's all music that people can dance, sing along, and be hyped to which is great. Workers seem to be good friends and having fun at work which is great to see. Joking around and making whip sticks for each other. All of our orders came out quickly. Sadly, vibes cannot save a terrible drink. My lemonade with pumpkin foam was super sweet and orange tasting, but tasted better the next day after some watering down with a sugar free energy drink. My friend's decaf cookie butter mocha, which was, in my opinion, the better of all three of drinks, but I didn't taste any of the cookie butter. Mostly mocha and coffee taste, even at decaf, I feel like the sugar alone would have kept me up. My other friend who got the matcha almond milk had the worst drink of all of us. Had to toss it out and there was no way to fix it. Tastes super artificial like the syrup that comes with almond jelly and there was no matcha taste to it at all. I didn't realize Dutch Bros had opened a new location in La Habra until I came across heading out on an errand run. The drive-thru line was surprisingly long--at least eight cars deep around 8:30 AM on a weekend. Maybe it's the novelty or just a break from the other common coffee chains overload ?? There was a staff member taking orders outside to help speed things up, but I have a feeling using the app for pickup might be quicker. I took the chance and parked. We ordered the Hopscotch Protein Iced Coffee, and even at half sweet, it was still pretty sweet. I can only imagine full-sugar version is--might need an EpiPen on standby for that. Hahahah. Flavor-wise, even with four shots of espresso, the coffee still tasted pretty light. But hey, maybe I'm just used to a different blend or dark roast. It's okay coffee-ish drink, but their marketing (of flavors, stickers and other dropped merchandise) is just tailored to the hipper , sweeter crowd. Maybe I need to try another ice coffee drink. I usually order the Golden Eagle Freeze. This consists of creamy espresso, caramel & vanilla with caramel drizzle. I also get it with whipped cream on top. It's blended perfectly. One of the best ice blended coffee drinks I've ever had. Perfect blend of caramel, vanilla, and espresso with the right smooth and thick consistency. Definitely on the sweeter side but perfect for me. Service has been great! Everyone's super friendly. I've been here a few times. For the first visit, I was welcomed at the drive thru by a cashier standing outside and asked what I wanted to order. I went ahead and asked for the Iced Golden Eagle to which she asked if I wanted Iced or the Freeze. I then asked what she recommended and how she described both drinks influenced me to choose the Freeze. Of course it depends on personal preference. She also asked if I had the app and recommended me to install as they have Birthday Rewards and free drinks. I definitely installed the app afterwards and have been using it since. The line usually moves fairly quickly. After I order, I would wait for a few minutes. There's not much of an ambiance as they only have a drive-thru and a pickup window. A few months ago, I noticed a long line of cars on Beach Blvd and was thinking... why would Del Taco (or Carl's Jr.) be this busy?! And then I looked further into the plaza and noticed a Dutch Bros opened up, which makes total sense for the long line of cars. I have visited about 3 separate Dutch Bros locations since they have popped up (almost) everywhere. I have been wanting to visit this location but it took a few weeks since every time I passed by, the lines were just too long. I normally order the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha, but decided to try something different. They had run out of the Jingle Nog, and it was barely 12 pm on a Saturday. Instead, I ordered the Candy Cane Mocha (half-sweet). The peppermint was not overly empowering, which can be a huge hit or miss. It was good, but I think my holiday favorite is still the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha, until I try the Jingle Nog. Candy Cane Mocha Espresso, Peppermint & Chocolate Milk w/ Soft Top® & Candy Cane Sprinks While waiting for my drink, I did see many customers park and walk over to the window for their drinks as well. Service was as expected, very nice employees. Always kind and have the patience to answer any questions. The drink was as expected, but I do wish that it was a bit hotter. The new Dutch in La habra is finally open! It's right behind Carls Jr. For today being their grand opening, they did a great job with crowd control and getting drinks out quick. This wasn't my first Dutch experience, but I will say Dutch has great coffee, non coffee and Red Bull drinks. The staff was over the top friendly as usual. I got the tropical iced tea, and the price is reasonable, especially if you compare it to other cafés. The app has a very cute design and offers a free medium drink upon registration. The scheduled time is about 15 minutes, so I would definitely order ahead of time, unless you don't mind waiting. Parking is a little wacky, and I've seen the drive-thru jut out towards the main street, so just beware of that. It's across from the strawberry fields and shares the lot with Carl's Jr. and Del Taco. Ordering process on the app is very simple, and I like the fact they have stickers and let you customize the sweetness and ice level of drinks. One thing I wish they had like Panera/Dominos is a tracker to see the status, since on a rainy day like today, it'd be a bummer to be standing outside waiting. Even exiting the drive thru is a jam, as that intersection already gets packed. There was an employee outside with a tablet confirming the order, and although I ended up waiting more like 20 minutes, service was great, and they got my drink right. It looks hectic because there's so many people in a small space...hopefully, they can expand soon. It would have been nice if they took up the whole field. I went to this Dutch Bros location quite often. I've already had problems with their drive thru and cars were cutting in front of me and I had a major problem with that. However, today I decided to order my drink and I noticed these white particles around my drink. It was on the lid too. What the hell is this?! This is unsanitary and dirty. I'm so excited to finally see a Dutch near me. Although they opened a couple weeks ago, I was just recently able to go and get some drinks without waiting in long lines. The long lines are just due to being so popular not because you're slow. They do a really amazing job and they are fully staffed. They do have a long drive-through area you have to enter on Beach Boulevard and a parking area where you can get off an order at the window you can also do mobile order I believe. The staff is super friendly, super helpful in assisting. You find the drink that you like. read more
