My final stop of the 2026 annual passholder coffee challenge! Disney Springs offers the cinnamon crunch latte, which is the only espresso-based drink of the challenge. This was my favorite of all the drinks because of the yummy sweet, cinnamon flavor! Kind of like a brown sugar shaken espresso from another chain if that helps you visualize. Stopped by Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company at Disney Springs and WOW ( the detail) the caramel latte did not disappoint. It was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced not overly sweet like other places, just creamy and delicious. The detail on the latte art made it feel a little extra special (because yes, presentation matters!). Prices were pretty average for the area, especially considering you're at Disney. But honestly, that first sip? Worth it. If you need a little pick-me-up while walking around Disney Springs, this is an easy yes. Went in tonight around 9:52pm, taller guy "took care of us". We purchased 3 bags of coffee and regular black coffee. Guy took my wife's order and then spaced off or forgot how to pour a cup of coffee. We stood around for 3-5 mins before we asked another young girl who was going to pour our coffee and the guy that took our order "looked puzzled and said he forgot". How is that even possible? There were 2 customers in store, INCLUDING US!!! Ticket #36 he proceeded to give a half hearted apology and didn't offer to pour the cup, just stood there dumb founded and let his coworker do his job. Love this location. The cast/employees inside are always so kind. Super busy location. Never have to wait long. AC inside which is super helpful in the outdoor heat. Food is great. Those working aren't always knowledgeable of what's available sans dairy, but they're willing to look in the books available to them behind the register if you ask them to. Great experience at Tea Traders Café/Joffrey's at Disney Springs. I stopped in to get some coffee beans to bring home and ended up with coffee in both hands! I got the Disney winter blend ground beans which had a hint of coconut cream and white chocolate and were wonderful when brewed at home. I also got some whole Kona beans which are also a wonderful coffee blend. I got a hot cup of the 90th anniversary Mickey blend and a Nitro Cold brew with some light cream and splenda. Their cold brew has a bright flavor that was very unique and refreshing. My husband got a very nice sugar free vanilla latte with Mickey foam design for additional 50 cents. 20% discount with Annual pass, Staff was very friendly and more than willing to answer questions and make recommendations. Be sure to check expiration dates as my Kona blend beans were expiring that week when purchased and I didn't notice it until I was home. Love this coffee an tea chain in Disney Springs. We don't have these cafés north of the border. They carry a large selection of aromatic coffees and assorted teas. I was impressed by their menu of iced coffees, chai teas, seasonal favorites and frozen concoctions. For example, they carry a Irish Cream Vanilla latte, mocha lattes, cappuccinos, a Pumpkin Creme Brûlée, etc. Some of the coffees are designed with Disney characters. They blend their loose teas by hand for a full bodied flavorful cuppa tea! Try the Darjeeling First Flush known as the "Champagne of Teas" with a mild flavor, or the bolder, golden colored Gold Monkey Superior with a caramel finish, or the light Oriental Beauty oolong tea with notes of honey and peach, or the Matcha tea latte. The teas are literally out of this world, premium teas from India, China and and around the globe! The prices, selection and quality are better than that other popular chain! Our barista was friendly, informative and speedy! Check out the pastry case too. Muffins, croissants, huge donuts, cookies and other tempting treats. I bought a cold brew coffee because nitro cold brew coffee was sold out , I took a sip and it tasted sweet!! I'm on a Keto diet and not suppose to consume any sugar! Also standard cold brew coffee should be unsweetened!! I asked the staff , it tastes sweet does it has any sugar?? The answer was no! Not all! I said are you sure? I can't consume any sugar and they confirmed! Test results next day was bad and apparently it did have sugar! Latte Art is the new buzzz and everyone is looking for those elaborate designs in their coffee! This place takes it to the next level and offers customized latte art! You can put pretty much use any picture you want and they will print the image directly onto your Latte! (Kids, Pets, even Yourself!) I choose to get a Matcha Latte and got "Minnie" for only 50c extra! The latte itself was creamy and delicious. Tea Traders is the newest hidden gem of Disney Springs. The cast here is fantastic, especially Marisela; she is amazing. She knows all of the ins and outs of the teas and will make you the best drink possible. This is a great place to stop in and enjoy a delicious cup of fresh brewed tea or an iced tea along with a delicious cookie or pastry. They also offer tea leaves by the ounce that you can take home to brew. Some of my favorite scents that I want to try, Chocolate Coconut and Root Beer! Had the nitro cold brew here and it was absolutely delicious. It tasted chocolatey and nutty, possibly the best cold brew I ever had. I just purchased 2 iced green teas. The tea was very bitter as if it was brewed for too long. I politely asked if they could exchange my green tea for any other tea that wasn't bitter. I apologized because I felt bad for taking it back and the 2 female baristas working around 5:30 today had an attitude. They rolled their eyes and were trying to argue that it wasn't bitter because it did not have sugar. Please look to hire other employees that are not rude to customers who are paying top dollar to be in the Disney park area. Also look for employees that can make a simple not burnt/bitter tea. My receipt says one barista was named Mareliz. Not sure of the other females name but again, both were very rude. Starbucks tea is better along with their employees. read more

My whole review just got deleted!!! Sigh. As I write this review, I'm adding a star. I definitely could use a good cup of tea right now. And as I think on it, this tea was quite delightful. Around 11 pm, after dinner, while on vacation in Disney, I found myself a bit parched. The store was quite quaint, and I do love tea, so I figured I would give it a try. The store is beautiful and has rustic decor. It it obviously decorated by a professional. They have iron tea pots and other tea accessories. They also have loose teas packaged and in large canisters, perhaps to see by the oz, but we weren't offered any. Though it was close to closing time. The teas that they sell are pre-made and labeled. This is interesting as this means the tea is not made to order before your eyes and fresh. It also means you do not have to wait any time for steeping. I'm not exactly certain what my thoughts are on that. I also found it interesting that they do not offer to sweeten the flavored tea, but instead if you want sweetened tea, they give you part flavored tea, part sweet tea. Obviously this dilutes the flavor, but I couldn't drink it without sweetenter. Which, I can't drink any tea without sweetener. They also serve tea with liquor in it. So if you want an adult beverage you're covered. read more

A hot and sunny afternoon in the Disney Springs area of Walt Disney World, and I was on the hunt for a nice glass of iced tea. The night before I had been tapping my toes at an Irish pub named Raglan Road, and I remembered seeing a tea shop across the walkway. That's what brought me to Tea Traders Café, run by Joffrey's, an importer and roaster of gourmet coffees, loose-leaf teas, and flavoring syrups. Joffrey's is also the official coffee and tea supplier for Walt Disney World. Tea Traders is a modern world-meets-old world tea café experience featuring teas from the finest tea gardens around the globe. They offer the visual beauty and taste of loose leaf teas prepared in a variety of ways; steeped hot, iced, blended, spirited and even edible (in the form of delicious cookies). The shop is small, but filled with the amazing scents of loose-leaf teas on display around the café. The employees are very friendly, and they'll encourage you to try small samples of the various steeped tea selections until you find something that appeals to your tastes. They will also show you the magical wall of tea where they'll help educate you on the various styles of loose-leaf teas, and watch them blend custom selections which are then sold for home brewing. You can order loose-leaf tea to take home, or order a to-go cup of hot, iced, blended, or spirited tea to carry with you as you wander the shop. They mix liquors like Bailey's, Captain Morgan, Maker's Mark, Jameson, and Skyy vodkas with your tea to make a refreshing drinks with a nice kick. I love this new addition to Disney Springs! It's a little different, but still enjoyable even for an alcoholic drink. Tea and alcohol? Strange but they found a way to pull in customers with the two interesting mixes. We tried their frozen matcha and frozen chai with baileys which is pretty darn tasty. They had an vodka option, but that seems a bit strange to me. The classic iced teas are pretty tasty too and goes perfect on a hot day. I am dreaming of Joffreys iced capp. It was so tasty and refreshing on a hot afternoon. We opted to have Mickey and Minnie printed on top which was a fun addition and made for great photos! The iced cappuccino was not icy in texture, but very creamy. Quite sweet, and very much a dessert drink in my opinion, but delicious none the less. This is one of my must-haves while in Disney. The nice part is this location is at Disney Springs so you don't need park admission to check it out! The shop is kind of small with not a lot of seating inside but lots of options here. Hot drinks, cold drinks, coffee, tea, cocktails and pastries. A great location. If you're coming from the Saratoga Springs/Port Orleans/Old Key West resort side, it's a quick walk from the boat. Normally a great experience but they really dropped the ball this time which knocked them down a bit. I ordered the cold brew nitro coffee which I have had many times before at other places, but it tasted sour like maybe the lines had been contaminated or something. To be fair I did not go back and ask for a refund or anything as I didn't have time, but it definitely tasted off. Other than the poor coffee quality, Tea Traders is another option is Starbucks isn't your thing and is in a convenient location over by The BoatHouse. They offer basic coffees and teas at a decent price and there normally isn't too long of a line. read more

My major complaint is that there seems to be almost no regard to flavor profiles or Ror curves and only focusing on the color and perhaps a drop temperature. This is probably one of the smartest decisions that Joffrey's could have made to heighten the perception of their brand and featured products. The Walt Disney company and Joffrey's inked a deal a while back to be the featured coffee and tea across the Walt Disney World Resort property replacing the unsatisfactory Nescafé. Unfortunately this came at a time of announcement to the addition of Starbucks locations being adding inside the theme parks and also at Disney Springs (Downtown Disney). This led to some confusion amongst guest, but those willing to grab a coffee in the resorts and some of the hidden jewels inside places like Disney's Animal Kingdom quickly learned that the coffee is good and sought out the specialty tea that seems to be even better. When you walk into the nicely designed location at Disney Springs you are quickly greeted with a smile and an instant offering to try a couple of featured tea's. The smell is amazing as you walk in and lures you in even further. Once inside you have many choices of teas to taste and to purchase as well as fresh pastries. If you are adventurous there are even some special adult style teas to help get your early drink on if you are so inclined. The pricing isn't horrible which is a nice surprise for a tourist driven area. The lack of my fifth star mainly comes from a few small observations relating to the condition of the shop on this last visit. Although they weren't busy there were numerous pricing signs missing and a handful of the little signs strewn around the shelves as if a reset were being performed in the middle of the day. Also as a prior Disney Cast Member it bothers me to see Tele-cast (cast exclusive info sheets) laid out in stacks on the counter for guest to take at their leisure. There's no real harm as this isn't top secret information but is just not appropriate for educated and well trained employees/cast members. Overall I think this is equivalent to tasting a local wine or beer at its source. Joffrey's, a Tampa based company, made a smart decision and this will help them receive name recognition from travelers around the globe. read more

The service there was very rude. When we walked in the ladies behind the counter did not acknowledge us. I ordered a slushee that was strawberry and passion fruit combined and when I noticed that the strawberry was very dark I asked for a sample before purchase. After sampling I was very happy with the taste and purchased the drink. I asked them if they honored military discount and the lady behind the counter said no. I paid and left and while we where leaving I overheard the other lady behind the counter telling the one who rang us up that they do indeed give military discount. The place was nice and drink was good but I doubt I go back because of the service. Clearly the workers wanted to be anywhere but at work. read more

My favorite cafe in Orlando! All the employees are nice every time I go (I go very often). My favorite drink is the Iced Vanilla Latte. The prices are definitely high, but I won't take a star off since it's disney and I expect that. Definitely recommend! read more
