On this visit, I was informed they no longer had it and the sweet pretzel had raisins and some chocolate drizzled on it. So, we did try it. This pretzel was a total disappointment. It was hard, almost as if it was stale and very chewy. The taste was very blah and basically not appetizing at all. We shared it and at the end felt we should have taken it back and asked for a refund. Cost was higher, for something that was kind of "bad" for Disney expectations. We did also try the school bread, which also was not great, not a soft pastry and also not fresh tasting. I don't have a comparison, as I ordered this as to try two items since I wasn't sure we would like the pretzel. The overall building was clean and there were adequate seats. You can have 2 outside, that's fine, but you'd be better off with a bar setting with stools all around the perimeter and a coffee station for additional things like creamer, sugar and cinnamon.
