There's almost always a line, but it moves fairly quickly, and honestly, it's part of the experience. You can watch the bakers adding the final, intricate touches to each dessert while you wait, which is really fun to see. They do offer a small selection of croissant sandwiches and specialty beverages, but for us, it's all about the desserts. From their signature creations to seasonal offerings, everything is visually stunning and (most of the time) absolutely delicious. That said, while most items are fresh and flavorful, we have experienced a few cakes that were a bit dry and seemed over baked. It's not the norm, but worth mentioning. Anyone else experience this? Yes, it's a little pricey--but it's Disney, and you're paying for both the quality and the experience. Overall, it's still one of our favorite stops every trip and well worth it if you're in the area.

It only took maybe 25mins to move through the line (long but quickly moving as long as people in front are efficient!) I ordered the Cookie Butter Butterscotch nitro brew (which was just okay... not something I'd go back for) but then I also ordered the pistachio toffee cookie and the cookies and crème one with Oreos on it. So far I've only had the pistachio one and it's easily one of the best cookies I've ever had! Thick, buttery soft cookie loaded with toppings and a nice salty touch to the pistachio and chocolate chip/toffee. I don't care for sweets too often, but this did it for me. I picked the chocolate chip cookie for the hot cookie, it was loaded with chocolate chips, but it was too sweet for my taste. I got the pistachio toffee, cookies and cream, and blueberry cookie to go. The pistachio cookie was my favorite, not overly sweet, sweet and salty, and loaded with pistachio! They definitely don't skim on the ingredients. If Halloween is your kind of vibe, then you will like the decor of this cookie shop.

The videos make them look massive and honestly, they are. The size of one's head! See pic for reference. For two adults and one child, we ordered three items, which ended up being way more than we needed. The croissant alone was so huge it probably would have been enough to share. While it was flaky and semi-warm, the chocolate was a bit overpowering and didn't balance well with the pastry itself. (my opinion only) Don't get me wrong it was good. Just not the amazing, life-changing pastry TikTok made it out to be. In my opinion, it's a little overrated. It's definitely fun for the novelty and the photos. My toddler loved it (it was literally the size of her head), so that alone made the stop worth it. I would have to say it is good, but not great. Come for the picture-worthy croissants and the experience, just maybe don't order as much as we did!

On…read morethe first day back we were excited to try out some of our previous "best spots" for snacks. This was one that we had really enjoyed at EPCOT. I do understand that overtime menu items change, but would argue they should change for the better and not get worse. Our "go-to" in the past was their awesome pretzel that was a sweet pretzel with toasted almonds. This was soft and basically a perfect treat. On this visit, I was informed they no longer had it and the sweet pretzel had raisins and some chocolate drizzled on it. So, we did try it. This pretzel was a total disappointment. It was hard, almost as if it was stale and very chewy. The taste was very blah and basically not appetizing at all. We shared it and at the end felt we should have taken it back and asked for a refund. Cost was higher, for something that was kind of "bad" for Disney expectations. We did also try the school bread, which also was not great, not a soft pastry and also not fresh tasting. I don't have a comparison, as I ordered this as to try two items since I wasn't sure we would like the pretzel. The overall building was clean and there were adequate seats. Needless to say, until the previous quality returns at this location, we will look toward other venues and not visit this one again.

I wasn't offered any milk or sugar and luckily I saw some sugar at the outside table but, didn't have any creamer options. There was no coffee station. I got a chocolate croissant to-go, and having been to France, it was on point. Here's the issue, and I hope the owners fix this. At 10:45am it was busy. This place is small!!!! Very French right? lol. I was patient. I waited in a long line and finally ordered with a smile. I got the croissant and cappuccino "for here" and the croissant "to go." I saw there were no open tables except for the 2 outside and today in FL, we are just coming off the freeze and it's 40 degrees out. I used the restroom and as I came back, a table was about to open. I stood at the counter and I believe the owner ( not the woman who took my order) asked me if my coffee and food was "to go." I said, " no just the croissant, my food and coffee are for here." So now by this time other people have ordered and he is just now prepping my cappuccino "for here." Now, this isn't his fault but, because of the lack of space, it creates a hostile environment. I turn around and see the long order line and a couple that stood up to leave. So I walk over to take the "now open" table and I kid you not, a woman jumped in front of me, hands out and says, " can i take this table?" She hadn't even ordered yet and had she not been so rude, I guarantee I would have been done eating by the time she even got food. She was in the back of the line. I just said, " sure" and spun on my heel and went back to the counter. Maybe I should have said "no, I was here first" but I don't like hostility. Everyone can hear and see this happening, as it's a small, quiet place. I guess when you're alone, people don't value you as a person. Same with flights and theaters. I get back to the counter, and I ask him if I should sit down ...or do I wait at the counter for my food...? And he looked at me and was like "well there aren't any tables", at that moment, another table opens up and another single woman snags it! Hasn't even ordered! Then he says, "well there's one outside." I decide to take my now delivered coffee and sit outside. It made my coffee cold almost instantly so, I grab a sugar packet, toss it in, and chug it back. I walk in, and I then say "excuse me, could you just make my order to go?" He says yes, and a few minutes later I get my order and leave. I had to drive 25 mins to get home but, I WILL say it was still good! Even the "to-go" box is plant based and biodegradable. My ADVICE!!!! And I hope you take it! Get rid of the tables. You can have 2 outside, that's fine, but you'd be better off with a bar setting with stools all around the perimeter and a coffee station for additional things like creamer, sugar and cinnamon. This needs to be more of a grab and go place and even some Starbucks locations have implemented this. Make it friendly for single people, not families. Bar seating inspires quick service. Thank you! Merci!

I think this place does an insane amount of take-out business. Food was dynamite. Just look at those buns. Adorned with plenty of toppings that pack a wallop of flavor. Always moist and fluffy and the perfect levels of sweet and/or savory. One could make a breakfast, lunch, and dinner out of this section alone. The dim sum, though, that's what left the biggest impact on me. Dim sum places, I feel like, are trying to capitalize on the popularity and offer smaller and smaller portions.
