Drinks are always made quick and the employees are friendly and helpful. They are very helpful when we have pick up multiple coffees for our office and it can be super confusing but they are very patient and get us what we need, This time i tried one of the newer pastries they have. I don't go to Starbucks anymore because you can't get what you pay for! When you request almond milk and pay extra for it and instead they give you regular milk and then you end up with an upset stomach.......it's just not worth going at all! Too much aggravation and frustration!! Sad because they used to have great coffee drinks!! read more

The service was very slow it took 30 mins to get two coffee. They were too worried about getting the cold drinks out than the hot ones. When asked about wait time on drinks the girl lied saying order was only placed 13 mins ago instead of the 20 mins. read more

I made an order bright and early here as nothing else was open and I needed to use the bathroom. The store was clean and my food was ready within the timeline they provided. If you're driving through, make sure to stop for a cup of coffee or some yummy egg bites. read more

Passing through and stopped here for a lil pick-me-up. We were greeted by a blonde woman with plaid shirt who was working the bar and complimented my Jurassic park sweatshirt lol she was awesome and friendly and really took the time to connect with guests. Ernest took our order and was knowledgeable and helpful. Not all Starbucks are created equal and there is a great synergy with the staff working here. I've been here twice now-Driving through Florida and I'm a big fan. It is a little bit off the exit driving through, but the parking lots plentiful and there is a drive-through. I've never use the drive-through, but I have gone inside both times. There's plenty of places to stay in. They've been extremely friendly when I've come in. They made my coffee exactly like I like it and they toasted my croissant and bagel exactly how I like it. I have no complaints. One time I went. The restroom was semi-dirty but this last time it was clean. They do take a little bit of extra time but it's no big deal. I have yet to have a bad experience and I would recommend going here. read more

Yet another reason to make my own coffee. Ordered a cup of coffee with light cream and 2 sugars. That's it. Foolishly felt guilted into tipping on the most basic order this side of water. Waited nearly 10 minutes. Asked politely "um, my coffee?" The response: "What was your order again?" Coffee. Light cream. Sugar. "What size was it?" I'll stop here. read more

We were traveling through the area and decided to take a break and have a cup of coffee. I ordered on my mobile app as usual while i was in the parking lot and by the time I walked in they were calling my name at the mobile order counter. They did not have Carmel Lattes at this location so I ordered a regular one. i have to say it was one of the best I've ever had. Every time I come here they manage to either 1.) mess up my order or 2.) they make it and it tastes awful. It's definitely pricy, which I'm okay with IF I was receiving a drink that was actually worth it. They are very messy here, and on top of my drinks not tasting good, I received my drink with caramel sauce spilt all along the outside of it (my drink didn't even have caramel in it). Brittany welcomed us in & said to take our time as I was carefully looking at the bakery case. She was so friendly & connected with my husband & I right away. Even though she knew we were traveling & we wouldn't be regular customers, she provided stellar service. My husband told her he didn't know the lingo of the cup sizes & said he wanted the medium one. She didn't correct him or make him feel stupid, she just said "okay we'll go with the medium". She offered to heat up my pumpkin bread & did it with a smile. This visit exceeded my expectations! The service was THE slowest I've ever received in my life. I ordered a damn sandwich and it took 28 minutes to put in the microwave. I used to be a food service worker myself so I understand some circumstances- however, making sure the people who order inside and are THERE get their drinks or food before the people who aren't even THERE should be your priority. Ridiculous. It also smelled bad. read more

9/11/2017 Thank you to these amazing barista's! Open 1 day after Hurricane Irma!!! It was so nice to have good coffee when you're out of power. They've even gone shopping to be in stock. The barista who took our order in the drive-thru was so nice and patient with the kids (who were very indecisive). The fall flavors were out. Spiced Pumpkin and Salted Caramel. Given the current power situation (90% of Clay Electric customers without power), they all managed to show up for work with a smile. I can't believe they just gave me a free venti iced caramel macchiato and after realizing I didn't order the bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich -- they gave me that free too! I read some of the reviews below and think this experience totally tops the poor lady who didn't get her #icewater at 10pm as well as the complainer who said the drinks are inconsistent. This to me, is clear evidence of their efforts to try. I assume the iced caramel macchiato was made incorrectly so they gave it away instead of wasting it. My sandwich was an oversight on my part, they still gave it away! I hope others have the same experience or at least to the degree of satisfaction. We can't all expect free stuff but boy it is exciting! The barista's name was Sarah I think, look out for her smile! read more

This is the single worst Starbucks I've been in. It is dirty and they are slow. Their 1 saving grace is the staff was very nice. And, the drinks were made appropriately. If we weren't in the mood for a treat on our way home from seeing relatives in The Villages, we would never had chosen this location. A visit from the regional is MUCH needed. read more

Very rude baristas. They refused entrance to cafe to pick up my coffee (ordered and paid for through the Starbucks app) and use the bathroom. There was no signs saying cafe was closed and it shows their cafe is open on Yelp. I was wearing a mask so not sure what their deal was. Merry Christmas? read more

Went there this morning around 11:00am and it was busy but I never got my drink order and all the people after me was getting theirs. She said someone else must have gotten it. Really.... WHY didn't it have my name on it and I was standing there the entire time.. my egg bites we already cold when I finally got my drink. They were real unorganized in there. This location gets the job done. I always stop by this Starbucks before I go for a long drive, after I'm done shopping at the local TJ Maxx, or need a place to study. I fall in love with any Starbucks that has a drive thru. Easy and convenient. They have plenty of seating and an ideal place to study since not many students frequent this location. I will say that if you plan to study here, expect some background noise. Most of their customers aren't students so they come here for business meetings, first dates, etc. The service here is superb. The reason is that if they get your order wrong (and you're really nice about it) then they will remake your drink. As an added bonus, you get to keep the drink they made by mistake. I have only seen this location do this. At other Starbucks, they usually throw away the extra drink or give it to their employees. The baristas like to talk to the customers when the store slows down. I like how they make a personal connection with the customer so if you go a couple of times you will notice some regulars. Nevertheless, some places just do not understand how important housekeeping is! The floors, bathrooms, and tables have been known to be quite sticky from the coffees and treats. There are always crumbs and dirt on the floor that gets tracked in by customers. I cannot stress how "being clean" contributes to the customer's experience. Overall, this location focuses more on customer service. They are so focused in that aspect. that they forget housekeeping rules. read more

They allow you to sample the acai! The bowls and the options are not limiting. It was very adorable when I realized my spoon was color changing. You are not limited to just açai bowls, they have a myriad of savory options. There is plenty of seating in there, only complaint is that I wish it was slightly brighter in there, but i appreciate them using natural lighting.

I've always been a fan of Starbucks' efficient service. The baristas are consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and make my daily coffee ritual a pleasure. I've recently made the switch from Dunkin to Starbucks for my morning coffees. However, I have to deduct a star for the aggressive tipping prompt on their mobile ordering and checkout screens. It feels like they're guilt-tripping customers into leaving a generous tip, which can add up quickly to an already pricey drink ($6+ for a drink!). I understand the importance of showing appreciation for good service, but it should be voluntary, not coerced. The constant prompts make me feel like I'm being nickel-and-dimed. Starbucks, please reconsider your tipping approach. Your excellent service speaks for itself; no need to pressure customers. read more

Since I had no idea what to order, I asked for a recommendation, and the sweet employee suggested the Cinnamon Roll Breve (Brown Sugar Cinnamon + White Chocolate). It was absolutely delicious smooth, flavorful, and everything I was hoping for in a coffee. But honestly, the standout part of our visit wasn't just the coffee it was the service. The young woman helping us was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming that if I lived closer, I'd probably be trying to recruit her for my own business! Customer service like that is hard to find. Needless to say, on future road trips through Live Oak, I'll be driving right past the other coffee shops and heading straight to 7 Brew. If I'm a student or teacher or city employee or medical professional or first responder or clergy or whatever family day means, I have a special day when I get 50% off. So that's $3.50. In order for me, the veteran, to save $3.50 I have to spend $35. I appreciate them giving 50% off to all those wonderfully deserving groups but as a Veteran, I'm not going to spend that much money to save $3.50. And I'm insulted that they feel I should. Their drinks are very nice and overall not as expensive as the industry standard but to me it's not worth the slap in the face. FYI, Lake City has a Veterans Hospital and a Veterans domiciliare. $7 50% = $3.50 10% = $.70 x 5 = $3.50 $7 x 5 = $35.00

After my fiancé took her first sip, she found a piece of plastic in her drink, which could have been a serious choking hazard. On top of that, both smoothies tasted very bitter and not at all like they usually do, so we ended up throwing them away. We tried to move past it, hoping our food would be fine. Unfortunately, there were more issues. I ordered the chipotle chicken club wrap, and my fiancé ordered a chicken Caesar salad with no tomatoes. Despite that request, her salad still had tomatoes. There was also confusion when they initially tried to prepare her salad as a wrap, even though we never asked for that. Later that night, around 3-4 AM, I woke up with severe stomach pain and had to use the restroom multiple times. I was unable to go back to sleep due to ongoing discomfort and continued symptoms into the morning. Now, even into the next day, I am still experiencing diarrhea. My fiancé has also started having the same symptoms. I understand that we came in close to closing time and that employees may have been ready to go home after a long day, which is completely understandable. However, the quality of food, the safety concerns, and the service we experienced are unacceptable. This situation has caused both of us significant discomfort, and it's very disappointing given that we've never had issues here before. Someone needs to be held accountable, that specifically dealt with our food, and service last night around 8:40pm (04/04/2026). I prefer to remain anonymous; however, if a representative affiliated with Tropical Smoothie reviews this and would like to contact me, I am willing to provide my information.
