I've been here twice now-Driving through Florida and I'm a big fan. It is a little bit off the exit driving through, but the parking lots plentiful and there is a drive-through. I've never use the drive-through, but I have gone inside both times. There's plenty of places to stay in. They've been extremely friendly when I've come in. They made my coffee exactly like I like it and they toasted my croissant and bagel exactly how I like it. I have no complaints. One time I went. The restroom was semi-dirty but this last time it was clean. They do take a little bit of extra time but it's no big deal. I have yet to have a bad experience and I would recommend going here. read more

Brittany welcomed us in & said to take our time as I was carefully looking at the bakery case. She was so friendly & connected with my husband & I right away. Even though she knew we were traveling & we wouldn't be regular customers, she provided stellar service. My husband told her he didn't know the lingo of the cup sizes & said he wanted the medium one. She didn't correct him or make him feel stupid, she just said "okay we'll go with the medium". She offered to heat up my pumpkin bread & did it with a smile. This visit exceeded my expectations! Every time I come here they manage to either 1.) mess up my order or 2.) they make it and it tastes awful. It's definitely pricy, which I'm okay with IF I was receiving a drink that was actually worth it. They are very messy here, and on top of my drinks not tasting good, I received my drink with caramel sauce spilt all along the outside of it (my drink didn't even have caramel in it). 9/11/2017 Thank you to these amazing barista's! Open 1 day after Hurricane Irma!!! It was so nice to have good coffee when you're out of power. They've even gone shopping to be in stock. The barista who took our order in the drive-thru was so nice and patient with the kids (who were very indecisive). The fall flavors were out. Spiced Pumpkin and Salted Caramel. Given the current power situation (90% of Clay Electric customers without power), they all managed to show up for work with a smile. I can't believe they just gave me a free venti iced caramel macchiato and after realizing I didn't order the bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich -- they gave me that free too! I read some of the reviews below and think this experience totally tops the poor lady who didn't get her #icewater at 10pm as well as the complainer who said the drinks are inconsistent. This to me, is clear evidence of their efforts to try. I assume the iced caramel macchiato was made incorrectly so they gave it away instead of wasting it. My sandwich was an oversight on my part, they still gave it away! I hope others have the same experience or at least to the degree of satisfaction. This is the single worst Starbucks I've been in. It is dirty and they are slow. Their 1 saving grace is the staff was very nice. And, the drinks were made appropriately. If we weren't in the mood for a treat on our way home from seeing relatives in The Villages, we would never had chosen this location. A visit from the regional is MUCH needed. read more

This location gets the job done. I always stop by this Starbucks before I go for a long drive, after I'm done shopping at the local TJ Maxx, or need a place to study. I fall in love with any Starbucks that has a drive thru. Easy and convenient. They have plenty of seating and an ideal place to study since not many students frequent this location. I will say that if you plan to study here, expect some background noise. Most of their customers aren't students so they come here for business meetings, first dates, etc. The service here is superb. The reason is that if they get your order wrong (and you're really nice about it) then they will remake your drink. As an added bonus, you get to keep the drink they made by mistake. I have only seen this location do this. At other Starbucks, they usually throw away the extra drink or give it to their employees. The baristas like to talk to the customers when the store slows down. I like how they make a personal connection with the customer so if you go a couple of times you will notice some regulars. Nevertheless, some places just do not understand how important housekeeping is! The floors, bathrooms, and tables have been known to be quite sticky from the coffees and treats. There are always crumbs and dirt on the floor that gets tracked in by customers. I cannot stress how "being clean" contributes to the customer's experience. Overall, this location focuses more on customer service. They are so focused in that aspect. that they forget housekeeping rules. read more
