Visited this Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up with my husband. Usually Starbucks has a long wait line for drive-through but when we pulled through it was 5 minutes to closing and we waited less than 3 minutes to order and get our drinks. Was very quick and efficient in the drive-through, which was nice. Payment was a breeze as well ~ was easy paying by my Starbucks phone app. I ordered my usually Americano with Steamed Almond Milk and my husband got the new Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappachino. Both of our drinks were very good and well worth the money spent. We hadn't visited this Starbucks before but after such great service that was quick and efficient, along with short wait time and easy payment ~ this will definitely be one of our go-to Starbucks moving forward. read more

I am updating my review on this Starbucks We will never go to this location again Time after time they mess up our drinks. Usually when we have gone thru the drive thru and are on our way to our destination when we discover the screw up so we just move on as we don't have time to turn around. Three orders in a row they messed up so this was the last straw. We ordered via mobile ordering. My son went to pick it up. He got home and they made me an iced coffee and not a hot coffee. No where on my order did it state I wanted an iced coffee. I had enough of their errors. This time I went back Brought it right to the girl making the drinks and told her that this is not what I ordered. She seemed ticked I was even there. I told her it needed to be remade immediately as I had to drive all the way back because of her screw up. She never apologized. Never one word even admitting to the screw up I got my new drink and of course she didn't use nonfat milk and I didn't see her doing 5 pumps of vanilla that I paid for. She was rude about the entire thing I am over the absolutely terrible customer service at this Starbucks. read more

I usually go to this Starbucks at least once a week to do homework and stop by sometimes to get coffee thru drive through. Usually everything is good but recently things have been off. On Sunday I got a caramel macchiato at the drive thru and my coffee almost tasted watered down and this has happened more than once. It's disappointing because both times I was already farther away when I tried my coffee and it tasted off. Then about a month ago I was doing my homework there I ordered my coffee it was completely empty the workers were not busy and I waited for my drink for 20 minutes. Then I went up they said they forgot about it, did not apologize and just made the drink quick. I also went to the drive thru again today and the middle of my sandwich was so cold it was like almost frozen. They just seem to never get anything right it's disappointing because you do not want to come back after you already left. I gave the 3 stars only because previously this used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to and I believe her name is Becky from the drive thru is wonderful too! read more

Well this is an experience I wish I could forget... When me and my friend went through the drive-through, the worker was very annoyed when she asked us for our drink order then made us wait a long time to order when there's nobody else ahead of us, and seemed like she was angry at everything we ordered and told us every drink we ordered was difficult. The worst part is we only ordered a Carmel frap. And latte, we were nothing but nice to her too. I am very upset because we usually love Starbucks but this experience made us never want to go back to one again. Up your game. read more

They are friendly, fast and always get my drink right. When you walk in the Atmosphere is nice and clean. They have their usual coffee to sell and all the other cups and mugs for you to buy. Every time I was here, they had 2 person on 2 register and I was always greeted as familiar face. They have a nice little patio outside, but I thought it is little to close to the drive through speakers. They usually have my drink ready by the time I reach my counter. I visited this Starbucks' drive thru this morning VERY early. I just wanted a quick drink before my first day of classes to wake me up. I wasn't expecting anything much, just the usual service...which is why I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not sure what her name was- but the lady at the drive thru was so full of energy I couldn't help but smile. I love Starbucks in general, but the service I received here was amazing! The staff is so wonderful and lovely. Food and drink is timely and service is great. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru, I was greeted with "Buenos Dias! I don't come to this particular SBUX often however, they are always out of what I drink. I love the peach green tea lemonade and they never have the peach!! I've given this Starbucks location at least 6 chances and maybe once did they get my drink right. It didn't matter if i was in drive thru or inside and they just don't pay attention to the label on the cup. Every time i either order passion tea or a regular mocha and they always get the sweetener wrong in the tea or make a white mocha instead. Without a doubt my order is wrong. Ordered 2 tall Americano with 1 cream and sugar for each this morning. Person at the drive thru ask if I wanted half of each cream and sugar in both cups. I clarified, 1 packet of cream and 1 packet of sugar for one and 1 packet of cream and 1 packet of sugar for the other. Got the coffees and neither of them have cream or sugar. This location usually have experienced workers in the morning not some high school kids. But this Friday happened to be the first day of spring break. Something to keep in mind, try to avoid anytime after 4pm, weekends and holidays when kids are behind the counter. read more

They cannot get my drink correct for the past two months. Its a grande dirty chai latte with almond milk. Its not computational chemistry. After ordering via drive thru I went into the store and asked the gentlemen at the counter if they had an all-new morning crew that perhaps was not yet well-versed in drink making, and his response went like this, "Well, the crew I have this morning is pretty good". Pretty good? I do not recommend this location. He then proceeded to tell me, "Well you are really the only one who's come back in to tell us". Yep. And I drove 10 miles back to do so. This past weekend I was notified by the car behind me in the drive-thru of this Starbucks that I had a flat tire. I was on my way to South Dakota for a funeral, and this was absolutely not ideal. (Very) Long story short, I had to wait 5 hours for roadside assistance to come help me change my flat. During that time, the workers at Starbucks allowed me to wait inside the doorway with my dog as a way to stay warm and not kill my car while waiting. They were extremely attentive to my emotional self (there may have been tears) and always made sure I had coffee, water, food, and even gave my pup some water and a puppacino. Some of the employees even spent their break talking to me and my dog. It was extremely heartwarming to experience their kindness in such an unfortunate situation. They were wonderful! read more

Every single time I come, my drink is wrong or they don't have what I'm looking for (but assure me another Starbucks would). Have walked up to the counter several times & waited to not only to be helped but greeted far longer than any other Starbucks I've been to. I keep giving it a chance but am constantly let down. I have never actually received my correct order at this particular Starbucks. It doesn't matter if I go in or go through the drive-thru. I don't have a complicated drink either. There's one lady where it is obvious English is not her first language. I think the employees just need to take a breath and listen to what the customer is ordering. read more
