I am greeted as soon as I walk in and the baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Inside ordered seem to take longer than drive thru but I didn't have to wait very long for my drink. I like that they have music playing loud enough to hear but not so loud it disrupts the conversation or distracts if I'm doing work. We've all been to a Starbucks, so really the question is what sets this one apart from the others? I've never been to this location and upon entering noticed that there is a small patio for warmer months! (Love that!) The inside had some seasonal decor, which made it feel so cozy for the holidays! There is minimal seating inside this location, so keep that in mind if you plan on going to study or meet up with a friend! We were greeted right away and our order was taken promptly! Starbucks does have plenty of options for dairy free, which I definitely appreciate! This location has a drive through and you can order in the app ahead of time. Not the greatest. They are constanly out of drinks and the worst part is almost 90% of the time they close down the indoor ordering and force you to go through the long drive thru line. They don't even allow you to mobile order ahead and pick it up inside and sometimes they don't have a sign on the door so you park and get out to find you have to go back in the long drive thru line just to find out they are sold out of your drink! Upon walking in to this location, I could feel tension. I wait there for a few minutes, with none of the employees giving me the time of day. No acknowledgment, nothing. I looked over at another waiting customer, and as we looked at each other, it was immediately obvious she had been waiting much longer then even me. So I asked her and she confirmed what I had previously assumed. She added that 2 people had walked out because of this issue. After speaking with the other customer, I overheard the supervisor asking the employees if they had had their 10 minute breaks yet. The supervisor even asked the employees names, which I'm adding only for detail. Okay.. you have a busy drive thru line and nobody on the register. Give me a break! The highlight of my morning (sorry honey). The spring in my step. My Starbucks. I pull up to the drive-thru speaker each morning and am greeted by a friendly voice. Some of these voices call me by my first name. Some of these voices know my order. Some of these voices tell me to steal cars and run over traffic cones-- these may be different voices (to be determined). I have had few incidents of my orders being messed up here. The worst being too many pumps of peppermint in the iced coffee I ordered. That was minty hell. 99% of the time though the staff here are rocking it. Coffee aside, they deserve all 5 of the stars on Yelp. If they weren't friendly, I'd go elsewhere. I go every day. Coffee addiction, maybe (absolutely), but the staff are a huge factor in where I go to feed that addiction. Once in a while I venture inside and the entire store is ridiculously clean, the shelves are stocked and the coolers and food showcases are full. Always. It feels like this is a corporate training location. This store is my favorite Starbucks experience and is highly recommended. If you live nearby or are in the area, stop in to get your coffee, tea or other drink fix. You will not regret it! read more

I'm a fan of this Starbucks location. I usually go inside, and it has always been clean and well stocked, with friendly employees. I've spent a few early mornings on weekends working here, and it doesn't seem to be busy until later on (although the drive thru is always busy!). They also keep the music at a reasonable level, which is nice. read more

I really like the location of this Starbucks. It's a few minutes from my house and a couple minutes off of 35. Since they re-did the inside, it has been clean and modern. The staff has been so friendly and trained really well compared to the older staff. The manager, Nikki, is so sweet and she does such a great job with this store. read more

We gave up on the other Starbucks closer to our house and tried this one. Once again our drinks were not made correctly. We even paid extra to get caramel sauce in each. The drinks were just straight iced coffees with absolutely no caramel added at all. We have gotten these drinks a few times so we know what they taste like and these were just plain wrong! The service here has declined steadily recently. The last two times I've been here, I have left very highly disappointed. The most recent trip I made was an online order. I have a new baby at home, coffee is a necessity for me, so on my work I wanted to swing in and get my Venti Coconut milk latte and reduced fat Turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. I walked in, drink was ready - Great! Just need my sammy. So I waited. I made small talk with the woman waiting with me. She left. I waited, trying to be patient due to the drive-thru line. I waited. 5 or 6 employees aren't rushing around anymore, no one acknowledges me. I asked if my breakfast sandwich was coming. They tell me it's SOLD OUT. None left. After I'd been waiting for 10 minutes!! The cashier offers me a refund, okay, but I need to eat and now I'm going to be late for work. I walked in at 934am. I walked out at 947. I have been here before for coffee and pastries and it's like most other Starbucks and I like it fine. However, I called the store this morning to determine if they had cake pops or if I would need to pre-order. The manager asked how many I would need and I advised 2 dozen. The manager put me on hold to count the cake pops. She returned to the phone to say she only had 36 and could only sell me 12.....maybe 15. When I asked why would she not sell a product she is intended to sell, she stated she only had 36 to last her two days. When I arrived at the store, she was pulling them out of the freezer and I saw they were the Birthday Cake cake pops. When I asked if there were other flavors, she said, "Oh, I can sell you 24 cake pops if you want a variety, but everyone always asks for Birthday Cake cake pops." I never once said I wanted that flavor, she just assumed. Regardless, how is it you refuse to sell a product THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SELL because you might run out? It didn't help that when I walked up to the man at the counter to advise I was the one that had ordered the cake pops, he asked the manager how they were coming and her response was a snarky, "Well, she told me she was on her way!" And voila! There I was as I said. She was rude and lacking common sense. I think I'll head across the street to Caribou or one exit down to the other Caribou and to Edelweiss in Prior Lake for any pastries or cake. read more
