I am absolutely hooked on the Starbucks s'mores frappe. I don't recommend going everyday because the calories are ridiculous and probably equals one full meal calories-wise. It isn't the healthiest way to get your calories but if you're craving the sweets the Smore's frappe is the way to go. TIP: Make sure your barista uses the marshmallow whip and not the regular whip for this delicious s'mores in a cup. I used to order of peach black tea mango lemonade they no longer have that which is fine so I ordered a green tea lemonade with peach infusion sweetened. I have had this drink at other Starbucks and no complaints. I took a big gulp from my Trenta cup and it was unsweetened in the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. They NEVER get my order right. Not only do I order online so they have it right in front of them but I still have to pay for it! 60¢ for the shot of espresso I didn't get, doesn't sound like much but it definitely adds up! Not to mention the gas I would have to waste to go back and forth each time they get it wrong! I literally go here a couple times a week hoping they'll get it finally after my many complaints and nope STILL WRONG! The staff here is horrible. I thought they went through training to improve their customer service? We stopped in late Saturday night 6/16 and they were totally clueless. They seemed more concerned with cleaning the restrooms vs customers being in the store. It seemed to really bother the cashier that my daughters needed to use the restroom. I use to love this Starbucks until they had the remodel and for some reason their drive thru became slower than snails racing. I've given them chance after chance and they just have not gotten it together. They have been messed up my drink a couple times. I was just there with my husband sitting in the drive thru for almost 17min!!! That was the last straw. He asked to speak with a manager and the supervisor was the only one there. Instead of just giving us our one drink for free we got excuses as to why it took so long. I have worked for a Starbucks and even if you are down a person you are taught to be fast and that the customer is always right. It costs 10 cents to make the coffee so giving a way a couple won't hurt the business. read more

I come to this Starbucks fairly often but realized I've yet to review it. Prices are typical coffee shop inflated, but the coffee is decent. I've had better and I've had worse. They do however have almost limitless things you can do with the help of customizing your drink. I am doing Weight Watchers and need to keep an eye on everything that goes into my mouth. I ordered my typical fare "light" (non-fat milk instead of whole) and ordered my boyfriend's usual as well. When I got the the window, she handed me my drinks, but I handed my boyfriend's back to her as it was the wrong size. She immediately fixed the problem, and did not charge me the difference as I had been charged for the incorrect size as well. Their eager to please attitude gets them a solid 4 stars. The only reason they don't get five stars is because I really feel that are way too overpriced for freaking coffee. And my non-fat frap? Tasted every bit as good as the full-fat version! read more

I just want to comment on how this starbucks looked and felt exactly as a starbucks should. The dining area was very clean and organized and the pastry case was full and varied. The baristas knew the name of the gentleman in front of me along with his usual order. They wouldn't have known my name as I was just passing through but they sure made me feel welcomed (I was greeted twice while waiting in line). My barista actually misheard me and got my order wrong but I honestly didn't even mind since she was so quick and efficient and I liked what I got anyway. Keep it up folks! read more

Today they ran out and she was super upset the girl in the drive thru noticed so she made an upgraded grande (from a small) chocolate milk with whipped cream and got us a chocolate croissant then found a regular one too and gave us both no extra charge! Out of all the Starbucks in this valley this one is the best. The staff is helpful and knows their stuff. It's refreshing to be greeted by people who actually remember me (and I'm only in there once or twice a week). The store is always clean. Drive-thru can get backed up but it's to be expected when people in front of you in line are ordering 15 frapps in the drive thru. My only wish is that they had a bigger lounge area. I'd like to stay and relax some days but there is never anywhere to sit. Seems like the same 5 old people get there early and hog all the chairs, certainly not anything I can ding Starbucks for. read more

I've been going here for years, but lately it hasn't been as good as it once was. They're very inconsistent. When I get an Iced Chi Tea Latte, it ranges from almost pure white, to medium brown. 90 % of the time, they don't put cinnamon on it. This is also true for the Iced Vanilla Latte. If I could give no stars I would. In the few times I have gone here, most of the time I either have to wait an inordinate amount of time, or they get the drink wrong. Today I was feeling quite poorly but had to finish my Christmas shopping. I decided to treat myself to a chai tea latte on my way home. After waiting in the drive-through line, when I pulled through and took a sip, much to my surprise it was some coffee drink. I had to park my car and battle the crowd to go inside. Not really a review but more of an announcement. As always the staff and products of this location are always top notch and I find myself frequenting this establishment often especially on the weekend. Now the best part is from mid-November to about late January, a little slice of heaven is available for purchase in the form of a cranberry bliss bar. It is what it implies in its title. Blissful. I must warn you though it's not for the faint of heart. It is addicting and once you have it you'll be in love. Unfortunately just when you're ready to add it to your way of life they pull it from the shelves until the late fall. Out of your life and into your dreams. This is the only Starbucks that makes my caramel macchiato correctly and the convenience of it being right down the street from the college is a plus. Unfortunately the company needs to fix the drive through gravel. All the humps and bumps are ridiculous for this place being fairly new. Also the drive through is always way too long.
