Honestly one of the best airport Starbucks experiences I've had. Enrique the cashier at the front was just so friendly! I just went with an iced coffee with extra ice and he put it in a bigger cup without me having to ask. A little thing, but was great customer service. The coffee was solid and came out quickly. Basically what you can hope for at an airport spot-- quick, efficient, and friendly. read more

I usually love to give positive reviews, but sometimes it's important to give a business a heads up. My drink was not great so to pay that much for a subpar drink is a bummer. I had to go board my plane or I would have let them know. Also, I saw pretty extreme preferential treatment of customers based on their race. The employee was super encouraging and exuberant toward only one type of customer. I loved her energy, but it was so shocking to see such prejudice this day and age in a cosmopolitan city. Love the positive energy, but would love to see it include all people. It was pretty blatant. (I was here on 5.13.26 at about 9:45 am). read more

This Starbucks is over priced, I get it it's an airport Starbucks... but $14 for a tall mocha and water.... Is painful. Service: well I was waiting for about 30 min for my drink and started to realize people that ordered behind me started getting their drinks. I nicely walked up and discussed not getting my drink... they finally figured out my order was in limbo and had to make it... somehow got lost in the system. Not too impressed and I understand this is a super busy Starbucks... but for sure have some organizing issues read more

I needed coffee while waiting on my flight to arrive. This location is in the terminal near gate 15 and it stays busy. The service is quick the staff is friendly, and they get the order correct. So if you're in the Las Vegas terminal, check it out. read more

This is why I've lost the loving feeling with Starbucks. The coffee is predictable, but the service has gotten so bad!! Four people working and I could learn to speak Hungarian faster than that was taking. Pro tip: order mobile before you go to TSA and your order may be about to be worked on when you get there. I didn't have anything special but all I could tell is that one person was trying to work while three spent more time at the appearance of working. I bet that place is a nightmare to manage. read more

Waited for a half hour for some egg bites. Girl was so slow using the oven and no one could hear her when she "shouted" names. I tried to get a refund on the egg whites but they couldnt because i used a gift barcode. They said i have to call. I couldnt do that cause i didnt get a receipt. Free money for the large corporation. Glad i could waste my time and donate read more

Nice location by C concourse . Spacious with a large waiting room . There are three staff members working today . Line wasn't too bad . Prices are higher here but that's expected of most locations in airports . My ice coffee took a while to come out but no biggie . They ran out of Trenta cups so they put the coffee in two cups . Thankfully my partner had an extra hand and carried the extra cup . The drink was fine . Not too bitter and enough ice . Overall an ok location if you need a coffee fix before a flight . read more

I had a Starbucks ice latte in the morning before getting on the plane, and after drink about half I felt nauseous and dizzy, so I took a nap and woke up feeling like I was going to throw up. As soon as I got to the bathroom, I was covered in cold sweat and the latte was pouring out of my mouth like a waterfall. When I visited the store and talked to the manager, She said that gets milk is no problem and keeps the machine clean, it's must something cuz only latte i always drink never have problems. She gave me a $20 gift card and went back to the bathroom to spit out the last of my fluid before buying it. I don't think I'll be drinking Starbucks for a while. read more

There's always a long line at any airport Starbucks and the Vegas airport was no exception. The ambience was as expected, hustle and bustle. Because I had a slight delay, I went ahead and got in line. I chose not to mobile order ahead since I was paranoid I'd send it to the wrong Starbucks. The line went fairly quick actually and the baristas there had it down pat and seemed to have a good streamline system going. Anyways, I just went with my usual vanilla latte (hot), nothing fancy by any means. It was classic and the coffee didn't taste burnt nor was the beverage mostly milk tasting--both happened to me more than once in my coffee ordering history. Right now they're offering a special seasonal menu and being at the airport, there was a nice selection of bakery items to choose from as well as breakfast and lunch type items and snacks. If you're in Vegas in terminal 3 and want coffee, definitely stop and get something from here. read more

This Starbucks picks and chooses the rewards it chooses to honor. rewards member? Don't expect a free coffee or tea refill, they won't do it here. Seems silly to be inconsistent with rewards, considering it probably costs 2 cents to brew a small cup of coffee. read more

Quick, fast and simple. I asked before I ordered "Does anyone here know how to make a blended horchata frappe?" The cashier looked puzzled to rely...Ummmm Then she asked two of her colleagues if they knew how to make it. One said "SURE"....I said alright, but if it isn't correct I'll be returning it. I don't drink coffee often, but when I do it's this blend. And for $7 bucks, it needs to be correct. I must say THEY NAILED IT!!! Thank you friendly people at Starbucks. read more

Really quick and effecient in moving the lines. Food and drinks were yummy. This location is in the airport. You can imagine the lines. But the baristas bring their A game and keep that line moving. The drink prices are about the same but food is a bit higher. read more

Miles is awesome with customer service and friendliness. Ask him what to drink because he has good ideas. Don't be annoying though, this location is very busy. All of the employees do a great job of getting you out on your flight on time. My only gripe is they did not have any apples. I'm not sure if they never have any or if it was just today. My puppy likes apples and they are easy to carry on the plane. read more

Quick and great service. Extremely busy Starbucks with only two employees but they sure seemed to have a great system and get the job done! Got my drink just a few minutes after I ordered it. Definitely a spot to pick if you're running late for a flight but still wanna get a drink. Shout out to Lorena! DO NOT do mobile order through this location. I waited THIRTY MINUTES for a mobile order drink. Saw at least 15 people in line who ordered drinks and got theirs first. Not sure the mechanics on the way they process orders are up to date. Drinks are great and made well. read more

Needed a caffeine fix before my flight. Stopped by the nearest Starbucks in the terminal. Clean and conveniently located inside the B terminal. Prices are $1-2 more expensive given that it's at the airport. Also, their blender was broken so I couldn't grab a Frappuccino but I got a macchiato. Overall, quick service and dependable quality. read more

They really need more staff at this location. Or at least get mobile ordering. The wait was so long but it seems like plenty of people are fine with it. Just be prepared to wait for 30 minutes or so. read more

Waited in line for 15 minutes to buy a breakfast sandwich only to be told that they are sold out of breakfast sandwiches. I suggested marking the sign with this important information or announcing to the people waiting in line and the employee just shrugged dismissively. read more

The Starbucks location is awesome. The barista's are super friendly and are very quick and getting your order done right and accurate. They provide excellent, excellent customer service and are always very warm and welcoming at this location. They always make me and my family feel very welcome. The customer service here is one of the best, in comparison to other Starbucks in the city. A+ service. Five stars all the way. Highly recommended Starbucks location. read more

Honestly I can tolerate a lot of shit but the fact that their cashier Martha had NO IDEA what they did & didn't have it's pretty aggravating. They waited till after I paid to let me know that they didn't have what I wanted then proceeded to get upset when I didn't want something else & asked for a refund. On top of all of that, the manager was now where to be found so I had to wait 20+ minutes & almost missed my flight due to their incompetence. read more
