Delicious! We're passing by and got enticed by the picture of the blended iced coconut drink! Wow it was so good and refreshing. They also had some sweet treats and other drinks available. My mom and I went on a trip to Orlando Florida. Leaving from Las Vegas to Orlando in the morning, we were looking for some breakfast options around 7:00 A.M. One of the places that was open in the Southwest terminal was The Coffee Bean & Tea. It was located right next to our gate! Ethel M's chocolate is also nearby! The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf offers a wide range of drinks, coffee, and tea. You can also get breakfast items like bagels, muffins, and other baked items! The line wasn't too long. We waited about 15 minutes to place our order. Since there was only one team member at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Wednesday morning, she was on the register and preparing the food. We ended up ordering the following from the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf [1] Blueberry Bagel [1] Cinnamon and Raisin Bagel with cream cheese [1] Hot Chocolate [1] Coffee After the meal was prepared, we ate near our gate. The bagel was yummy! It wasn't burnt. The cream cheese was in a packet and was easily able to spread across the bagel. I wouldn't get the hot chocolate from the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf again though. I didn't taste too much of the chocolate in the hot chocolate. My mom enjoyed her coffee though! Wanted to order a matcha latte but didn't because they have sugar premixed into the matcha, which is a shame for people who don't want added sugar. I decided to get a hot jasmine tea. I ordered an iced matcha and it was probably one of the best matchas I've ever had and definitely the best I've gotten at an airport. To boot, it was accompanied by very friendly and prompt service. I don't know my cashier's name, but they were delightfully warm, friendly, and eager to get my order right. I ordered my drink and had it in my hands within 3 minutes - a much better option than waiting 5 years in the Starbucks line for the same-old-same-old. Glad to report that this cafe has dairy alternatives and several different size options for drinks. When I'm at Harry Reid airport, my go-to coffee place is The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. There are two locations in terminal C - one by the tram and one across from the C20-something gates. I visited the one across from the C gates and somehow missed the one next to Ethel M by the tram (my gate was C1, later C4). I rarely visit Coffee Bean, but I'm way over Starbucks these days. I was greeted by Juan, who took my order. I ordered a large medium roast hot coffee with cream added. I added my own sugar when I got my coffee. This was a great coffee to enjoy while I waited for my flight to Denver with a connecting flight to Minneapolis. Unfortunately, our plane to Denver had maintenance issues and we had to switch planes, this missing our connecting flight to Minneapolis. The staff was very friendly and the coffee was amazing. Coffee Bean is way better than Starbucks. Thank you Coffee Bean for making my journey to Denver less stressful. Ordered a 16oz Latte. Just horrible, undrinkable. I can generally add some sugar and get through even the worst lattes. But I ended up throwing it away, and deciding going without coffee was the better choice. Starbucks is usually an hour wait at C gates, and CB&T was wide open. I stopped by the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf while in Concourse C on my way home from Vegas to Fort Lauderdale. Full disclosure, my initial reason for coming here was really because the line at Starbucks was ridiculously long and for some reason, there was practically nobody here so I went where the line wasn't. It was a brief visit, but worthwhile. I got their passion fruit iced tea. Initially I ordered a large, but the friendly cashier suggested I get their extra-large for fifty cents more. I thought it was worth it considering the length of my flight and honestly, the tea was really good. It had just enough flavor that I didn't even need to put sweetener in it. The shop was clean and neatly organized. They sold bottled beverages, muffins and pastries as well. Of course, they sell plenty of coffees, mochas, and lattes too. This may not be your neighborhood Starbucks, but it definitely serves it purpose. And I'm glad I stopped and tried something new for a change. read more

I heard comments being made about me very loudly (i'm guessing for me to hear) just because she did not know how to bypass a pin. & if she couldn't, she could've said so instead of making immature comments! I even tried asking to pay with another option & she kept cutting me short not letting me talk & told me to "move because she has a line". Mt wife returned to ask for them to be remade and was told that she was wrong, that the sugars overpower the coffee. My wife has owned and managed coffee stands for years; we know when a drink doesn't have coffee in it. The barista was incredibly rude and dismissive. She was also having graphic, profanity-laced conversations with her coworker while we were waiting for it to be remade. The remade coffee was even worse. Burnt milk, still no coffee flavor.
