Very delicious drinks. I highly recommend the Vanilla Italian Soda ($5.65) and the Caramel Ice Storm ($6.75). The hubby reccomends their Sunburst ($5.65) drink, too. Lemon Bowtie Pasta ($10.25) is light, appetizing, very filling, and delicious! It has al dente bow tie pasta with moist and tender chicken breast, petite tomatoes, feta cheese and arugula, served with lemon vinaigrette. Tropical Green Tea Cooler (large, $6.90) is very sweet. It's so nice they are able to remake the drink to make it less sweet. Mixed Berry Overnight Oats ($6) is also good! Every time I'm at Fashion show mall, which is maybe once a month, I make a stop at the Ebar. I like seeing all the different flavors they have. Rushing from meeting to meeting, I had just met with a business owner in the mall when I decided I needed to refuel. I popped on over to Nordstrom and decided to have myself a little coffee to recharge my energy before my next meeting. I think maybe everyone in the mall had the same idea as me because the line was a bit long, however the two staff members working had it moving quickly and swiftly without making their patrons feel like they had to rush through their coffee order. I liked this spot because the menu for coffee was short and simple. I'm sure you could have ordered whatever you wanted with all the twists, nonfat milks, sweetened v. unsweetened you wanted, but it was nice to see a simplified menu because when it comes to coffee, I always have a tough time deciding. Instead of looking up at the menu, I looked directly in front of me and noticed a stand advertising a particular drink that looked extremely refreshing. It was the mocha bianco ice storm. When you live in 110 degree heat, an ice storm sounds extremely appetizing. This drink was a blended drink, made with vanilla, white chocolate and smooth, cold-brewed coffee. I tried to cut back on the extra calories and got it without whipped cream (a decision I will forever regret). It was absolutely delicious and hit the right spot for sure. The vanilla and white chocolate tasted impeccable together. I loved it! And I think this might have been the first time I've had cold brew, so that was a nice treat, too. Definitely going to be thinking about this coffee (especially since I'm now trying to drink down a homemade green smoothie). And I definitely recommend the mocha bianco ice storm! read more

This is a usual coffee haunt for me, but has been closed or sometime for a facelift. The new space is so tranquil and fabulous. They sell small desserts and coffee galore here. The displays of these said treats look so appealing. The new and better Ebar has a better menu and more upscale desserts. Not that they needed to change anything! The new coffee equipment that they have makes coffee go to another amazing level with nitro. Nitro in anything sounds dangerous and intriguing, so he handed me the sample and away I went . Coffee to the next level; infused with nitro for a 24 hour period, then served to the guest. Then Voila, here's your large coffee. This said nitro coffee is served chilled and has the best froth. It is not sweetened. For us ladies it only has 5 little calories. Fantastic! Plus it tastes amazing. After the visit to the museum I have worked up quite an appetite and needed something to eat. So the coffee cake looked so good. I tried it and it was a fluffy nice blend. The top was very sweet, but no cream in the middle. Disappointed. I needed a chocolate fix. The chocolate chip muffin hit the spot. Perfect mix of Chocolate and deliciousness. Feeling impulsive today I tried there sea salt caramel treat next to the register and was not disappointed. This brand Annie B's was so delicious and a great caramel pick me up it sea salt flavor. The cashier here was just darling and a breath of fresh air. He had the best attitude I have ever seen. We are both locals and catch up on events around Vegas. He seemed like long lost family while talking with him. But truthfully, its the less acidic coffee that entices me to sit and rest here at the main entrance to Nordstrom. I'm convinced this place is the only thing that makes Fashion Show Mall even remotely bearable. Make this your first or last stop if you need the self-reward system to deal with the large crowds and/or rampant consumerism. The reviews are right though, the honey almond latte is the way to go- soy milk for me. The mexican mocha is also a solid option. Both are available hot or iced, and served in a surprisingly fast and friendly way for what is otherwise just a small counter you might overlook. Bonus points for having so much seating available nearby, but it's essentially another Coffee Bean or Starbucks with a different name. TIP: Get here easiest by parking in the garage under Nordstrom's, going up to the first level (mostly menswear) and heading out toward the main mall. read more

Sometimes the Yelp public check-in is the best advertisement for a business. Going back to 2013, I'd see my Yelp friends checking into this Ebar place inside of Nordstrom. From the perspective of seeing the public check-ins on my phone, I visualized my Yelp friends hanging out in this speakeasy cafe way up in the topper most level of Nordstrom cafe where Internet technology blended in with live piano music. It seemed that I was in the opposite end of the world when I saw these check-ins out on a hiking trail of Boulder City or some other adventure distant from the Las Vegas Strip. Ebar would escape my mind until a few months ago that I was walking by Fashion Show Mall and it dawned on me to try this Ebar place. The Ebar place that my mind pictured is different than reality. First off I confused the Norman Marcus location which is the Strip-facing Fashion Show Mall with Nordstrom toward the back. The Ebar that I visited two times is anything but a speakeasy cafe. In reality the "E" in Ebar could stand for "Easy" to find. It is located at the lower level Nordstrom's entrance. The sundry of tables on the Fashion Show Mall floor leading into Nordstrom's bring attention to the cafe. Also, in reality at the time of my visits it is the music permeating the hallway of Fashion Show Mall that is the soundtrack in place of a live piano player. The Ebar is in a hyper-competitive environment for the coffee lover's business. Sharing the corridors of Fashion Show Mall are two Starbuck's outlets and Coffee Bean. Ebar has an advantage over its competition. It is the honey almond late. They say a bee is attracted to honey. Well this includes this busy bee. The first time I tasted their Honey Almond Late, I started to think that the "E" in Ebar stands for "Excellent" honey almond late. The Ebar honey almond late is up in the troposphere at the level of greatest lates that I have ever drank. That is a compliment coming from somebody who has been to over 300 Starbuck's and several coffee shops across the continent. Obviously it is close to $5 well spent. The Ebar has more of the ambiance of Fashion Show Mall than its host store Nordstrom's. The Ebar is a small room to the left of the Nordstrom's entrance. In this small room are pastries, beverages, cafe food, and the coffee shop beverages. This is where you order the drinks. Where you drink the beverages is technically a corridor of Fashion Show Mall leading into the Nordstrom's entrance. There are a sundry of seats in prime people watching territory. Also, the complimentary WiFi is compliments of Fashion Show Mall and not Nordstrom's. The public check-ins are outstanding advertisements for a business. What makes them even better is that the Yelper that visits the business and is happy with a fantastic product such as the honey almond late will write a review that is additional genuine firsthand advertising. In essence this review advertises that Ebar serves a honey almond late that is up in the troposphere of one of the greatest lates. Ultimately, if there was a Late Hall of Fame, I would induct the Ebar honey almond late. read more

I have been here 100s of times. Usually get the Caramel Ice Storm. Either vanilla based or coffee Its really good. I don't like the service very few times there's really nice people at the counter. When there is they can easily get in a mood. LOL. The very dark skinned guy I think is the manager can be very pissy sometimes. I mean he's nice in a very FAKE way. And that's if he's in the mood to be slightly polite. Like I said I've been here many times and usually there's a girl who noticed it and she gives me an attitude for it. We came here last week for some coffee & we overheard a man tell a young black woman that he doesn't want "a black server" to assist him. We asked her if she was ok and she said she was going to speak to her manager. At first, I wasn't going to comment here, but it bothered me because the manger complied with his request that day. I finally decided, tonight, to look up on their website what their policies were (in case there was a policy stating they can't refuse service) and they have a big "Black Lives Matter" logo on their website. This is extremely unacceptable and insulting that the manager would even allow services to someone who was racially profiling. I don't recommend anyone to support this coffee spot. read more
