First time at this Starbucks, it's a small one. Had three drinks order and it was a little long waiting for our drinks. It seems like they concentrate more on the drive thru then the in store orders. Worst service ever.! Customer service is supremely slow and more often than not orders need to be remade a second or THIRD time. Drive Thur is slowed than the in store experience. Take the extra two minutes to go to Barnes and Noble for your Starbucks fix it will probably save you time. read more

Well first, I love Starbucks. Don't get me wrong. But of course the line through the drive through was SO LONG, so I decided to go inside. I was rudely greeted at the counter by a girl with the tribal sleeve, she acted SO annoyed while taking my order. I am always so nice to people who are supposed to be serving me. To top it off, another girl called out my name for my coffee but the girl with the tattoo THREW my food onto the counter, shouted my name and just stormed away. She needs an attitude check, I wish I had gotten her name but if I see her again, I will definitely be calling her out. read more

Call me crazy, but maybe you shouldn't let your employee with a bloody nose be walking in and out of the bathroom multiple times with bloody tissues, walking up by the register where drinks and food are prepared, and then let her holler frm the bathroom to other workers, showing them her bloody tissue, for the WHOLE coffee shop to see. Not only is this gross, it's unsanitary, and probably violating multiple health codes to let an employee walk around with bloody tissues. I explained to another employee how gross that was. Even my 9 yr old has better manners than this. The other employee apparently told her she had to go home because a customer complained. The female employee then came and sat outside right next to me while telling someone how she had to go home because "a f***ing customer complained I had a bloody nose." Yeah, sorry I didn't want to look at your bloody snot. MAAHHHH BAD. I'm guessing that extra training Starbucks gave their employees didn't exactly pay off. read more

Lazy staff that seems to be put out when you go in. Always a wait regardless of if you order on the mobile app. Unfriendly argumentative staff that can not think outside of the box. Despite multiple calls to Starbucks customer care and in speaking directly with The DM many issues at this store seem not to be corrected. Sad. This store used to be the best now I am forced to drive to Clinton for their overall experience and them taking the time to get to know me rather than just being seeing as $$ to their bottom line read more

While this location can be pretty packed and leaving the parking lot can take 5 years, I LOVE THIS LOCATION! It's very open on the inside. The drive thru is quick. I've been in more pay it forward situations in this drive thru than any other drive thru combined which shows you how the people in Layton are. I love all the staff everyone is nothing but nice every time I go. They even offered to make me a different drink on the house while I waited for new tea to be steeped. read more

I work down the street and come to this location often. I have to say that I was given the best service this morning by Jasmine. I was so embarrassed when I couldn't find my debit card, and was panicking. I went to the window to let her know I couldn't get the items I ordered and she, without a second thought, took care of my order. I will be back tomorrow to pay for my stuff. This is not the best Starbucks. Four mornings in a row and my chai never tasted quite right. Finally, today I ordered my drink with extra pumps of chai, and it was almost right. Since I don't live in the area I won't be coming back. read more

I've been in Layton, UT for three weeks and I visited this Starbucks almost everyday I was here. The staff is always super friendly. Twice they messed up my order, once I asked for a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and it had cheese on it and the other time I asked for a drink with no whip and it had whip on it. This location was always really busy and the drive through is small. If there are more than 4 cars things get a little crazy. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever!!! There's a 50/50 chance that you'll get awesome service. I keep giving them a chance but I will usually drive out of my way to another Starbucks to avoid having to get stuck in a 15 minute (no exaggeration) drive thru line. I don't know how my drinks weren't ready and already cold By the time I got up to the window, but somehow after being in the drive thru line for 10 minutes i had to wait another 5 to get my full order. This experience today was a pretty common one for me at this location. read more

Not only did we need our carmel macchiato remade, we were given attitude when we nicely asked them to remake it. On the second try the drink was not correctly made. For someone who gets the same drink all the time, I will be finding a new starbucks to go to. read more

I have never once went to this starbucks and had my drink made correctly. Not one time. I even sat for 25 minutes waiting on a drink because their barista "forgot" to mark a cup then proceeded to go on lunch and when I tried to have the other barista make it for me, they told me I had to wait for her to get back from lunch so they could confirm I had even made a purchase! I will definitely buy folgers before I will buy from here again. read more

Friendly staff. Haven't had a bad experience there yet. The drinks are always good, and so are the birthday cake pops. Everyone is always extremely nice and loves my dog. I've gotten free drinks there twice when the staff gets people in front of you to pay for yours -- then you pay for the persons behind you. I love doing that, they should do it more often! read more

If you have all the time in the world and don't care about an unorganized drive thru then this will work fine. I live about two blocks from this location and will still drive to Farmington or Clearfield to get Starbucks. At the other locations the drive thru is clearly defined and moves at a decent pace. Plus the customer service is always amazing. Avoid the Layton location if you're in a hurry or just hate getting cut off by cars also waiting to get in the drive thru. read more

Just left this Starbucks and it took 15 minutes for an iced tea. There were so many people "working" but only one person getting drinks out.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks when we first moved here 4 years ago! I have gone here a couple times during the last month and my drink was never made right along with they over charged me. I have noticed over the last year this Starbucks has been getting worse and worse. It's a convenient location but I will no longer go here and find another Starbucks to go to. read more

Every time I go into this store two employees always stand out to me. Katelyn and Teddy are always working super hard and making sure that everyone's drinks are out on time and everyone is having a good experience. I usually get a chai with soy milk and Teddy accidentally put 2% in it. He made sure that he corrected it super fast. I love this store, though it can be really busy Sunday mornings! read more

I came here to get some coffee and get some work done. The music was playing so loud, I couldn't think! I moved outside hoping that it would be quitter, but no luck. I asked 2 different staff if they could look to see if it was possible to turn the music down just outside (I was the only one sitting outside), they told me that they didn't think they could. They didn't check to see if this was possible and were very dismissive. I completely understand that music is part of going to a coffee shop, but it was not only way too loud, it was also awful music! read more
