Wow... 4 staff Waited 30 minutes to get a pike and a latte. Latte didn't have syrup it was plain and half full. Store is dirty and unorganized. Bathroom meh. It was steady business but not overwhelming. if people were smiling and cheerful it would not have been a big deal and I would have gone back in to have them fix my coffee but they were all MISERABLE and I didn't think they would be very nice or polite if I told them they screwed up my latte. Consistently understaffed. Inconsistent quality control Parking is horrible. But the drive thru line is always longer. Probably due to location being directly off Rte 2. It took 35 minutes to get through the drive through to get a venti americano at 9AM yesterday. It took 7 minutes once I got to the drive through window to deliver my drink. Stopped here on our way to Maine. I usually ignore low ratings on Starbucks because I'm a huge fan of a strong cup of coffee and, in general, most Yelpers rate Starbucks low. But for me, not all Starbucks are created equal and I have a couple in my hometown and in my travels that I consider four or five stars. This one is not one of them. I ordered a tall Pike Place and it was lukewarm. Also this place is a mess. The bathroom definitely needs to be tended to. I love a good Starbucks, and this one was great, but it has gone downhill lately. Most of the workers are really good and helpful, but there are a couple with no sense of urgency and should only stock shelves or man the register. I will often go here in the later afternoon and often get lukewarm coffee - you are Starbucks, you are known for caring about a good cup of coffee, you should Never have coffee that is not at the right temperature - I could go to Dunkin's if that's what I wanted. Also, when I go it's after the rush, there are more people working than there are customers when I go in and they the coffee was ready 10 minutes after the estimated time it was supposed to be ready, I could have walked in and ordered it at the counter and got the drink faster than I could have using the mobile app, that should never happen when the restaurant is slow. The barista apologized for it being so late with a shrug like he couldn't possibly care any less (I wasn't a Karen, I didn't say or act upset, he knew and made the barest acknowledgement). These one or two sluggish employees make the rest of the hardworking crew look bad. They have so many good employees there, I hate mentioning the bad service of a couple of them, and I hate giving so few stars, but Starbucks has a good name for quality food and drink. Not impressed with this Starbucks. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago. 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Person at the window held up the line for at least 15 minutes. Any other food service vendor would have asked customer to park to side, while barista finished order and brought out in order to not hold up the line. I actually went in to complain. Saw plenty of teenage "baristas" around. When I complained of the poor service I was told they "just were too busy...since they were the only Starbucks around...it's always like this, this time of day." For the price they charge for coffee, they need better trained and more industrious baristas. read more

This location used to be the best; however, in the past year it has greatly gone downhill. There is never the product you want, when all of the other Starbucks seem to have product. The drinks are not made to the Starbucks standard or are incorrect. When you try and teach the staff how to make the drink correctly, you get back talk, or they try to tell you that is not the way the drink is made (when you know since you order it every day). Waits are long, and they just don't care and valuing your time. Customer service needs improvement!!!!! The facility is dirty and getting dirtier each day. It was newly remodeled right before COVID, but they have not kept up the cleanliness. Will not go there anymore. Ordered two drinks last night with sweet cream instead of the base coconut because my daughter can't have coconut and she likes to sip on it. They made it with sweet cold foam. And I said I asked for it to be made with sweet cream not foam so she shut the window and then says she has none to remake it. So I said it's odd you had it to make the foam and showed me they had a little left. All fine I ordered right when they opened and they had sweet cream they had strawberry purée like they said they didn't last night. And in which they did not get an order right when they opened. I went to this Starbucks and ordered a large blonde roast with cream and sugar then got on route 2 only to discover it was barley warm. So I had to go to the next exit to turn around because I expected my coffee to be hot especially here. So when I went inside to explain what happened and very upset because l waisted all this time. This is my first visit inside. I have tried the drive thru three times and, I do agree its pretty slow and the drinks have been disappointing compared to the inside. The inside staff and service is good. So I strongly recommend going inside. In truth, I always over looked the entrance because there is so many cars upfront and its on the end of the building. Being 5" 1 doesn't help either. Lol I wouldn't say its a good spot for such a popular franchise. I use to think Dunkin Donuts coffee was better than Starbucks because of the Starbucks drive through experiences ive had but, sense dunkin changed their espresso ingredient in the lattes and cappuccinos, its been bad for me. So, I'm back and luckily my past visits kept me in the Green rewards. Have a long way to get back to gold. I do recommend the rewards program because its better than dunkins. Green rewards get you refills on coffees, cafe misto and tea. Dunkin makes you at least spend 20.00 with point specials to get A free drink only. The inside of all Starbucks look better for working compared to dunkin donuts. Lastly, Starbucks offer free music give aways. Price is really a dollar higher than what you're paying at Dunkin in comparison to the Venti drinks or large Dunkins. Starbucks just offers more and as of today its still premium compared to Dunkins. read more

I travel a lot for work so I go to a lot of different Starbucks. This is by far the slowest I've ever been to, as I'm writing this I've been in the drive thru for 10 minutes and there's still 3 cars ahead of me. I've been here before, it doesn't matter the time of day the line is always around the building - when I order inside the wait is just as long. With only five cars in front of me on a late Saturday afternoon I waited 37 minutes in drive thru. Horrible

As usual, this location manages to disappoint once again. It's 9:45 AM and I just left there. Absolute chaos. I counted over 20 people standing around waiting on orders. I placed my order over 20 minutes before I got here and all they had managed to make with my iced coffee. There was an endless line of people complaining about what was taking so long despite the fact there was a large number of employees behind the counter. The common factor was not a single one of the employees seemed to be in any rush to fill orders. Worst of all was the person they assigned to the ovens. This person was moving in slow motion. I watched them, lick their fingers half a dozen times to pull bags off the rack, which was absolutely disgusting. But they open packages as if it was a contrast to see how slow they could do it. Finally after 30 minutes I asked for a refund on my sandwich which I couldn't wait for any longer and then I left. Once again, no sign of a manager to take charge and give any of these employees any direction. Just lots of people moving with no sense of purpose. read more

Staff are always the best here. But since spring 2020 no matter what Starbucks I go to the hot coffee sucks now. It has a strong paper bitter taste. I have no idea how it even sells it's disgusting. This Starbucks is def the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Whether there are a lot of customers or 1-2 ahead of you there is always a wait. Inside they have seating and free wifi . There is also a few tables outside and a drive thru. It's not too loud inside so you can get some work done if you want . They close right on time and do not let the customers stay in while they clean like I've seen at some Starbucks . As someone else mentioned keep your order simple they aren't the best baristas . I've ordered drinks here 2x that were not good but when I called or came in the next time they replaced the drink at my next visit. Which is good but annoying for that moment when I had the bad cup. If you are picky and don't want to risk waiting in a long line there is a Starbucks cafe in target which is 2 exits away and I've never had a bad order at that Starbucks . read more
