When moving to a new location, you are lost, maybe a little apprehensive, anxious, and all you wanna know is, "where is the nearest thing I'm familiar with?" A Starbucks definitely will make one feel better and a little closer to feeling you belong where you are. This location is kinda in the middle of nowhere, but, then again, so are we! The store we went to in Liberty Hill, TX is a textbook level of perfection. The service is bar none passionate and polite. We were greeted and asked patiently to wait as they needed to put food in the oven and would take our orders. Their retail section was merchandised neatly and easy to find items. The Frappuccino I had today was absolutely awesome! All instructions were followed, it was blended properly, and it was perfect to drink in the summer heat on their patio. At 3mi away, it's not inconvenient to take a safe Lyft or Uber to their location to spend a little time getting away and enjoying a beverage made with you in mind, with a splash of Texas hospitality to make it feel like home! There are a lot of Starbucks that I truly enjoy but the one in liberty Hill is superior. from the excellent customer service to the well-made drinks - definitely is a place to stop if you're traveling through liberty Hill. If you're not good at speaking the Starbucks language, they definitely help you and assist you with your orders. They're fast and fast and friendly and always have a smile on their face ask for yourname. The Starbucks in liberty Hill has a big seating area that would be great for office get together or small meetings. Ambience is very comforting and they play Christmas music. Yay. The Starbucks will always be one of my top three Starbucks to visit. Looking forward to more visits in 2025. read more

Kids like how the outside of the building looks. Order ahead not available Saturday at 11am since it's busy but inside is quick and line-free. Here for the 4 for $20 deals. On busy days, it's easier to order in person, as I was out before there was any dent in the drive thru line. They really need to work on weekend efficiency since this area is growing. read more

This particular store has a lot of seating, and pretty much runs like a well oiled machine. The people are nice, but my only complaints are, it was so cold inside that we chose to sit in the 93°, feels like 100° heat. It's also quieter out here, even though we have katydids making lots of noise! that being said, I'm not going to give them fewer stars because they have outdoor seating where I can sit and enjoy the outside. It definitely runs more smoothly than any of the Starbucks stores where I used to live. They also didn't have the UV changing cups that my daughter and I wanted. read more

Mobile Ordering Inconsistent with Other Starbucks - I was thrilled when this location opened just within the past couple years. Unfortunately, my experience ordering mobile consistently reminds me why I tell myself I'll drive farther into Leander the next time, (guess I'm just a glutton for punishment & keep hoping for change, /shrug). This morning is a great example of the issue/difference compared to any other location we've ever been to: Placed a mobile order at 0837hrs, pickup estimated by 0844hrs, arrive in drive through with a couple of cars ahead at 0848hrs. Upon getting to the order box, I'm told they haven't started it yet, and if it's not ready by the time I get to the window to please park & come inside. At 0855 I make it to the window, and it's magically 'just finished', (I suspect my polite but firm statement at the order box that I'll just wait had something to do with that). This time I finally asked the employee if they're corporate or licensed, (as SB doesn't do franchises, but sometimes does licenses), she didn't know. She stated they only have one station that preps mobile orders, everyone else works on new/'on-demand' orders, (which I get & sounds like most setups). The difference is that here, if you are awaiting a mobile order upon arrival, instead of bumping that ticket up to knock it out, (as the customer is now waiting), they ask you to park & come inside to continue waiting. Meanwhile, if you arrive & place an 'on-demand' order, you can stay in line until it's ready. What sense does that make? Just pull/bump the ticket when the person arrives, and treat it like a fresh order that just drove up. You know, like Every. Other. Single. SB. Location. This location is simply arsebackwards in understanding how flow should function properly. Oh, it was a single Venti Mocha. No crazy list of 20 modifications, no bag of enough food to feed a soccer team & be heated, just a lone basic drink, (like usual unless I'm picking a drink up for the better half as well). Every Starbux I've been to, will clean your personal cup on their spritzer. Except Liberty Hill, TX. I stopped in for a venti iced tea, the barista, sounds like Kiester or something, pushed my personal cup back to me. She said I had to clean it first. There was only a small amount of moisture in the bottom. I told her my hand won't fit in the cup. She pointed to the rest room. Clean my cup in the shit house? Are you kidding me? This location has had issues for sure. The "Chick-fil-A" length drive-thru line traffic hazard could be addressed though I do know that customers seldom receive or take direction well. I've also been completely ignored at this location multiple times. This is why I didn't give a full five star review. That said...there are other times when the service is fantastic. For example, the other day when Elisha, Hailey and Zane were working, I was treated better than I have ever been at a Starbucks any location. They were kind, receptive and a joy to visit with. I appreciate that a lot after having been on the road driving all day and dealing with less satisfactory customer service elsewhere. Those folks I just mentioned made my day. That good customer service is the only reason I continue to come into this location as I detest Starbucks roasting methods and most of their products and practices. We went to this Starbuck's last Friday at 7PM. Waited at the speaker for 8 minutes before being greeted and then 2 more minutes before they could take our order. (No one else was in line except us). Went here to meet a friend for coffee and my son spilled his drink in the lobby. It was a big mess and I felt so bad! I tried to clean it up but the baristas were quick to come help with towels and they were so sweet to my son and myself.
