This Starbucks is great! I come here often since there's a drive thru and it's super close to home. The people here and super friendly and helpful. If I don't quite know what I want, they offer suggestions, which is fantastic with my knack for indecision :). My drinks are always correct and usually the drive thru moves fast! Such a great store. It's like heaven compared to wads and Bowles. This store is staffed with kind and friendly baristas. They keep the store clean. They are on top of their game and are fairly fast at drinks. They do a good job of keeping coffee brewed and ready. Unbelievable horrible service. I ordered a large drink, and when it came out after waiting 10 minutes, my drink was a small. I told the barista and she shrewdly rolled her eyes and looks at my drink and says it only comes in a small and I got charged for a large. When speaking to Starbucks about the service, all they do is pass you from one persons to the next even though you reply to the same email. They have no respect for customers anymore. read more

Relatively small, incredibly loud (the world's loudest talker works here, she's manning the espresso machine today), but also very bright space and reasonably convenient to Wadsworth. It's below average for a Starbucks (mostly because of the incredibly loud workers), but it's still not terrible. NOTE: Maybe it's just the acoustics, but I can hear the workers talking as clear as a bell...and I'm sitting next to the door and technically behind them. I've also got my earbuds in. Pretty sure they're loud as hell. Maybe someone should call Guiness and see if this place can win an award or something? read more

My boyfriend and I have been coming there almost every morning for 4 months now. At first our drinks were perfect now almost every day something is wrong with them. Both our drinks are simple to make but we still get them wrong. I've also noticed there is one employee who is at the drive thru window and she hardly holds our drinks out the window. My car is low to the ground and my arms are short. I basically have to take off my seatbelt and leap out the window to get our drinks. It's just an annoyance at 615 in the morning. They never seem super busy so I don't understand why we can't get two simple drinks correct. read more

Starbucks In my opinion Starbucks is amazing and should be rated 5 stars. Their food is beyond excellent. Starbucks is delicious and rated 3.5 stars even though it should be something like 5. Their food is also convincing because they have limited time drinks including Smores and Midnight Mocha. Plus, they they have tea and refreshers for kids. Also they have excellent service.When you order something it's ready in seconds! Another reason Starbucks has excellent service is because they have a drive thru for people who need to be in a meeting quickly but want a refreshing drink. We used to come to this Starbucks all the time but recently they have screwed up every single time. Big things too, today for instance I ordered a spinach and feta wrap and when I got home I opened the bag to find a bacon and gouda sandwich. In addition they asked specifically if I wanted my coffee cake warmed and I said no which they ignored and warmed it anyway long enough to melt the crumble on top. Why bother asking if you aren't going to listen to the answer? Today they screwed up food and the last few times they have screwed up drinks. Sadly this means that we will be waiting in the giant line at the one on Wadsworth because they can at least make you what you order in the way you order it. It is probably why their lines are longer anyway. read more

Friendly staff and clean store front. Not the quickest service but my order has never been wrong. The drive thru is confusing and a bit congested at times. Traffic pattern is unclear and regardless of where you decide to go another car goes to the other side (it will make sense once you experience it). I think they need to create some sort of a system for the drive thru traffic. read more

Going here for years they're incredible never mess up on anything always super fun, professional and polite they remember me by name it's always a joy going to the store whether it's in the drive-through or in the actual building I look forward to it as a part of my morning routine. Be sure to check your beverage before you leave the drive thru. 1 out of 4 visits the drink is someone else's, not what I ordered, which is frustrating when you spend $5 on a beverage. If you're looking for a remote place to work, this is NOT the place. It's loud, it seems like they're always vacuuming, and the manager is enthusiastic but very loud and not noise conscious. On multiple occasions I've had phone calls while working remotely here and had to leave because of the overly loud employee training. My remote office is now elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately every time I go to this location my order is messed up. It's very disappointing considering buying coffee from starbucks is overpriced as it is although it is amazing and that's why I continue to go back. I will no longer be using this convenient location. The employees are very nice here but I'm not going to continue to pay a lot of money to always be disappointed when I drive away. My advice is to slow down. I much rather wait longer in line to get a correct order them be rushed through and disappointed. read more

I have had repeated experiences here where my drink was "forgotten" and meanwhile there are drinks galore being made for the drive-thru. I, like others, have always felt that this location cares more about the drive-thru customers than the ones in the store (unless you're one of their "regulars" who they know by name-- then you get the royal treatment). And also as others have pointed out (since all the way back to 2013 at least) the employees and managers are INCREDIBLY LOUD. Don't plan on working on your laptop here unless you have headphones that block out the annoying shrill of the manager and the loud outbursts by employees. If you're in a car and want some coffee, no problem-- this is apparently the place. But if you come to escape your roommates because you want to get some work done, forget it! read more

My friend and I stopped through the drive thru and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. For some reason they were cold when we got them however since we were in a hurry to get to an appointment, we called and spoke to a manager. Crystal was so nice and invited us in later to get the issue fixed. We stopped in after our appointment and she greeted us and remembered who we were and what we had called about. They were out of sandwiches by then however gave us two free drinks of our choice. I was just very delighted for the wonderful customer service we received. If you like freezing your ass off while drinking your coffee, then this is the place for you. During the summer I love stopping here to grab a coffee and do some work. However, during the winter it is absolutely freezing inside. I'm guessing it's from the high ceilings and being difficult to heat such a large area. If it's cold outside, I definitely recommend finding another place to sit and have coffee. read more
