My friend gave me my first Starbucks gift card for my birthday. I'm not really a coffee drinker but previous to my visit, I spilled my co worker's coffee on the floor so I've decided to replace it with a Starbucks coffee. Her coffee was from McDonalds anyways! Inside was nice and neat. First time here. I ordered her a large mocha frap. They had other things I would want to try for the seasonal menu. Maybe I'll get into the coffee scene soon one day. Came by from a long road trip and stopped at the Costco nearby for gas. Stopped by here to use the restroom. There is only one restroom that's gender neutral. It was pretty empty on Tuesday evening so service was quick. Got a chocolate croissant and they warmed it up without me having to ask which was perfect for the cold night. read more

This is one of the better locations in Lodi. It's often quite busy due to its proximity to Costco but I still like to stop here if I can. Even when they're busy, the service is usually pretty quick and friendly and I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I also have a particular drink that is my favorite and I don't know if it's all just in my mind but I feel like they put more of the flavored foam that I like on my drink here, so I usually leave happy. I also like that there is shaded parking and the front. read more

Gotta love coffee... it is truly life's blood! This location was a nice spot! Good people that were diligent but quick. We had 4 people place orders for coffee, tea, and food. I hesitate going to Starbucks these days, but when I am in the area, I will usually pay this location a visit. Located in the newly developed Reynolds ranch area, you'll find many other business surrounding this Starbucks location; like Costco and sprouts. The employees are always friendly and my drinks are made well here! I recommend for when you need a quick pick me up. read more

I love going to Starbucks during the holiday seasons. The drinks make me feel festive and all warm and cozy on the inside. The gingerbread chai was perfectly sweet with adding three shots of espresso. But if you prefer something more bold and strong, I recommend adding more shots. The chai adds a very nice touch of spice. It really immerses you in the Christmassy season. The peppermint mocha Frappuccino immediately put me in a merry mood. The peppermint was just enough. The mocha and coffee mixed was a beautiful combination. The service was nice and quick. I really recommend going to your local Starbucks during these exciting holiday seasons. read more

You can never ever find a Starbucks, not. Kidding aside, there everywhere! Sometimes 2 on a given block, and certainly averages one every mile or so. I usually like Starbucks because I know what to expect: clean, efficient, good WiFi, and all the usual "Starbucky things". Dang, what can I say. Have a little humility and less passive aggressive behavior due to your own lack of knowing your recipes, Liz? I went through the drive thru, and they put too much milk in the drink. Hey, I understand that you're busy, or maybe that's how you like your Shaken Espresso, but it's not how the drink should be made. I know, I work at a coffee shop. But, to then have me wait while you clear all other orders weather they came in after me or not is just passive aggressive and rude, AND to put insult to injury the drink was still wrong, but who knows maybe that was by design. If you are staying, let them know. We had our coffee in mugs. They even had coffee art. Our banana bread came on a plate. We enjoyed our company. It was such a nice time as well as decent coffee. They even brought our coffee to our table! Bonus - a lot less garbage created. We used to just pick up and go but we will stay when we can now. read more

I'm giving this four stars because I'm not trying to come down on this Starbucks as a whole, but they need to pay attention to food presentation. Half the bacon was completely out of the sandwich and the other half along with all the cheese was all on one side of the bread. I assume these are mass made and delivered in a package, which makes me scratch my head as to why the sandwich was disorderly and falling apart. I was in the drive thru and you could hear the man in front of me yelling at the girls at the window because they couldn't take $100 bill for a $5 drink, it was around 10 am. He then said they were depriving him of his coffee and asked to just have it for free. They finally took the $100 and from the amount of bill they counted while handing it to him he took all their 10s and 5s. He then yelled at them and accused them of not giving him 5 cents, which I saw them hand to him. He then drove off yelling "you suck!" Man in the gray pick up truck, you're so rude. Those girls didn't deserve that. They were so sweet to me but you can tell them were rattled. Don't use a $100 to get a 5$ coffee and don't yell at ladies because they didn't have the change to get you super fast.....and don't try to get your coffee for free because you tried to use a large bill and don't yell at girls. read more

Pulled up to the drive though right after opening and sat at the ordering box for 4 minutes with no one taking my order so I pulled up to the window where there was 2 employees who looked at me and then went back to work. Waited for another couple minutes while they pretended I didn't exist, honked my horn in hopes to grab their attention and the just simply refused to look my way. At the very least, acknowledge your customers and let them know if there is something preventing you from taking their order. read more

Booo!! WORST STARBUCKS I EVER HAVE BEEN TO. !!! :/ Went yesterday. They were out of almost everything, no pumpkin bread or muffins , no fall treats, nothing! And it was very slow in drive Thru, cashier was nice but then when we asked for napkins they were out. What business runs out of napkins??? Then she gave us the longest straws for our smaller drinks. They must be low on that too. This is a terribly run Starbucks!!. This is why we usually just go to Dutch Bros - better service overall. Whoever is managing this Starbucks is an idiot.. And apparently this is been going on forever here after reading the other reviews, they can't blame the Biden supply chain crisis for not having napkins or food! Lol. I will never go back to this one. read more

Customer service is what you would expect from a Starbucks. However, today was probably the 5th or 6th time that I have ordered blonde roast and it is hours old or from the day before. First sip with no cream added was barely warm (probably 85 degrees). Their drive through is tough with big vehicles as well. The best Starbucks in Lodi is at the corner of Kettleman and Hutchens so I will continue to go there. read more

Brand new Starbucks, Can only base review on 2 drive though visits. My local office location in Stockton is closed for remodeling. My local neighborhood location in Elk Grove has no drive though and is always mobbed on Wednesday's with High School kids indulging on sugary caffeine drinks due to a late start morning. Drive though is very efficient and fast moving, especially for such a new location. Workers at the window seem energized and friendly, and willing to make your drink to your exact liking. Location is somewhat difficult to access heading South bound from 99. You have to make a u turn on Harney and then drive all around the parking Costco lot to get in and out. Will probably be a back up location for me on my way to Stockton if I can't wait for my caffeine hit. read more

I had a mobile order for pick-up and after a long wait I was informed that they didn't have my drink so I was offered a close replacement drink. I excepted. After I reached my destination got situated I took a sip of my drink and eww it was so nasty. I took the lid off and it was only oatmilk and water. It had no coffee no syrup nothing that consists of a macchiato. This isn't the first time this has happened just the first for this location. Beware. read more

I live near this Starbucks and the last 5 months the customer service is HORRIBLE. The mobile orders are never ready in time. There used to be an AMAZING GROUP that worked here and ever since they all left it's been so slow... I'm currently in the drive through line and it's very backed up. They're disorganized and dysfunctional. There needs to be better management or something. The point of a mobile order is for it to be ready by the time you get there and that's never the case here at this location. It used to be my favorite Starbucks around here and now it's becoming my LEAST favorite one. Something needs to change ASAP. read more

I understand person is I. Training But I asked for something out of thE case and they said it was just a display There are things missing from the case obviously they don't have them She says they don't have what I want I ask what they have and she doesn't check and says to things. I say no that's ok and she says or we have crossiants And messed up my drink Not pleased I got back in the evening another day and I wait 20+ minutes in the drive through. They need to hire more I go in and for a week straight no matter whAt time of day they don't have any of the pasteries If you are selling out stock more. I don't know why that's a hard concept. The short: It's your typical Starbucks with crappy service and a filthy location The long: Every once in awhile I stop in here to pick up a black ice tea or something to nibble on before heading out for the day. Now the beauty of chain restaurants/shops like Starbucks is that they use the same template and replicate it over and over. Unlike in most cases this location has been unable to do that. For starters apparently when they were teaching cleaning 101 everyone was taking a nap and when it came to customer service and speed of service well they didn't even bother to show up that day. This has got to be the slowest location I have ever been to and their employees just plain suck. I came here because I had a free coupon drink. I when through the drive thru. It was fast and girl was friendly. That's y I give it a two star. The only thing and problem I had was after I drove off pretty far I noticed on the left side of the lid inside had a long hair stuck to it. I didn't say anything because the drink was free and just threw it away but next time im going off on you guys get your shit together and be clean. The lady in drive threw is very rude. Tried to pay with cash and they had no change so I told her and I had to reload my app on my phone to pay. She seemed super annoyed cause now I was holding up the line but not my problem they don't carry change. Never coming to this location again I will stick with the one on Kettleman and Beckman lane they have great customer service! read more

I recently had the privilege of driving through Lodi on a road trip up the center of California. A quick Yelp search told me that Ruby's Bakery was the bee's knees. This cafe has everything I'm looking for: deliciously crafted baked goods, a loaded breakfast menu, and beverages for every mood. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with spinach and mushroom and a green juice. I also got one of their sugar buns to snack on throughout the drive. Their breakfast sammie was delicious and filling, the perfect road-trip meal. My only suggestion would be to add a few additional substitutes for those of us who don't eat bacon. I devoured the green juice in minutes. This is a must-order for my next visit.

They have a great space here you can get anything from gelato, alcoholic beverages in your coffee drinks here. They have like an upstairs area that reminds me of a loft for additional seating. This space is definitely quiet enough to hold a meeting, coffee date or just come into enjoy the company of your person. I didn't know that they closed early on Saturday and sunday, 2:00 p.m. cuz I was trying to go there on Saturday afternoon.

Please Read. Why this place receives any positive reviews is beyond me. They are so lazy and…read moreoverpriced for what you get. When you order pastry with fruit they keep the stem from strawberries and the orange peel skins. I wouldn't mind that, if it was priced accordingly. But spend an extra few seconds. I dont want to be picking the fruit out with my hands while trying to eat, im talking a dozen of strawberries with every big as$ stem on it and every orange slice with a skin. (Last I checked most people prefer not to eat the green part of the strawberries, and chew on an orange skin. Their donuts are overpriced as well and not great. Stiff as hell and no flavor, go to an actual donut shop that is priced less and are good. Lets continue. It took me three times to finally say something. 1st time I went to get a dozen donuts for my company, not nice and garbage donuts. 2nd time shame on me for giving them another try. Third time, review has to let Lodians know. Not to mention they aren't the most polite people either. Spend your money at a real panadería that actually treats their customer base with a little respect.

The…read moreonly thing I will warn you about is if you want to order the coffee tasting flight, make sure you ask the barista if she knows how to make them. I've had them plenty of times but the lady time I went I was very disappointed and frustrated. I had never in the past had such a bad experience. The barista took our order and then proceeded to take other orders and make theirs before mine. I waited almost AN HOUR for two coffee tasting flights that were absolutely horrible. She then disclosed that she was new and didn't know how to make them. I asked for a refund and left. But overall with the exception of that one terrible experience, it's a great place to sit and enjoy some coffee.

Just moved into town. Looking for a local coffee shop to support…read more I stopped in here to grab a hot chocolate and I was so impressed. I was greeted and the ambiance had a relaxing, warm vibe. There are cozy chairs and couch with tables. There is a lot of natural light that just adds to the warmth. The 2 young adult baristas were so sweet and helpful. I hung out by the community board checking to see what is happening around and she brought me my drink with a smile. Overall it was a great experience and so welcoming. The hot chocolate was awesome, too. I look forward to being back to try some of their fall drinks that are now out.
