My husband and I stopped by your location around 10:41 this morning. I ordered a medium latte with oat milk at 200 degrees, and he got a large vanilla latte with oat milk. We also picked out some pastries--mine was a butter croissant, and he chose a ham and cheese croissant. When we sat outside, I took a bite of my croissant and was surprised to find it cold. Typically, I wouldn't have known it was cold until I bit into it. So, I went back inside to speak with a young lady with black hair. I explained the situation, but she just looked at me and then at the croissant, saying, "I'm sorry, I can't warm it up for you because you but it." I was taken aback and was about to explain that I wouldn't have known it was cold if I hadn't taken a bite, but she quickly added, "It's okay, I'll just give you a new one." It felt like she was expecting me to just accept her first response, which didn't sit well with me. In a customer service role, it's important to be solution-oriented, and I felt like she missed the mark there. To make things even more frustrating, my husband's croissant was cold too, and the replacement she gave me was barely warm. It seemed like it had only been microwaved for a few seconds because it was still cold in the middle. I've never had this kind of experience at this location before, which was quite surprising. Stopped in for an iced vanilla latte and a quick bite. I placed a mobile pickup order ahead of time but still had a short wait once I arrived. The iced vanilla latte was nice and strong and wasn't too sweet. The chicken chorizo wrap, on the other hand, missed for me. Tried the Iced Ube Matcha Latte and it was good. It had the right amount of matcha but I just wish the ube was more flavorful than usual. It was more like a hint of ube on matcha. I have not been to this location before. It was very clean and definitely picked up in traffic throughout my stay. They also do order pickup. Lots of drinks being made! I ordered an Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, with oat milk. It was a little sweeter than I anticipated it but overall really good. I also ordered the egg and cheese sandwich. Besides the eggs tasting fake if you know what I mean it wasn't bad. I would have preferred a grilled cheese at this point. The bathroom does get pretty busy just a heads up being that there is only one and the employees also use it too. Definitely would come back and try some other options in the future! read more

They need improvement on their customer service. My first drink was made in 5 minutes but I had to ask twice for my 2nd drink to be made. It was a 20 minute wait for my 2nd drink. There were 2 customers that came in after me to order their drinks and left and I was still waiting! The taste of their drinks is amazingly great but I rather drive to another town close by and buy it. Customer service has always been number 1 for me! For starters, i absolutely love peet's coffee itself, great quality coffee, i like their drinks such as the Havana, which is the reason why i had to fight myself to come down to a 3, drinks wise the coffee is great. Just the customer is service is absolutely terrible! There are 2 guys at this location, they never have badges on so i don't know their names, that always have a terrible attitude, 0 customer service skills, and just seem like they hate being there (which is no ones fault other than theirselves), they take forever warming up food even when its not busy, they just stand there and talk with their peers instead of helping them make drinks when its packed, etc... much goes on. The location itself is small and is getting outdated but you can definitely sit down and do some work if you find the space inside or outside. read more

I have been getting the peach berry scones at Peet's for quite a long time. This morning when I went into Peet's, I was told they no longer carry them and they've changed baking companies. I tried the mixed berry scone and it's not nearly as good as the peach berry scone. It's really a disappointment. I will try other products to see if I can find something that I really like. I like the variety of pastries they offer, sometimes they have cookies that match the season such as gingerbread cookies and a heart shaped one. space is very small and not ideal if you want to come in and study. The dude working the register had us waiting too long for a couple of pastries until after about 15 min I had to go up and ask him where they were suppose to come out from because it was just a couple of cookies and he literally said it slipped his mind and was able to get them right away. Had I not asked about them I would have waited god knows how much longer there where no one was even checking on you. I've been hitting this place for a coffee and a rest room visiting family in Tracy. It's not too far from the freeway. I already love Peet's. Everything is good. My favorite is a coffee with chai. They make an excellent Dirty Chai. Staff always so friendly. Restaurant and bathroom always clean. Today I was logged out from my Peet's app. I I haven't logged out since 2020, so drats I'm gonna have to figure out my password. HA! So I couldn't use the app in a timely manner. Gal at the register said I can access your account with your phone number and she did. She wanted to make sure I got credit. She was so sweet and helpful. Stopped by for coffee and a scone (peach/berry) to celebrate the end of the school year. The scone was so hard and stale that I did not waste my calories eating it. It was more like biscotti. Had to be many days old and staff should not try to pass off expired food on customers. Not to mention that the baked goods are pricey. This is not up to Pete's standards. Unacceptable! read more

Horrible horrible experience/service today whoever was working the front,/I don't know if there's a back I was in and out of there, I was in the area and wanted to switch up my routine and not get Starbucks or Dutch Bros so I decided to give Petes coffee a chance again, I only had tried them about three years ago, but I don't remember if I liked them and the drink I got or not, so I went again today I did a mobile order that way I can customize my drink and look and browse at the options that they had, without feeling rushed or anything I ordered a medium iced Matcha latte, and first off I asked for light ice it's even on my little print out, but I will get into how it was not light ice so to paint a picture I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in about 10 minutes so in about 10 minutes I went over my drink was not there so there was two men staff and two women's staff, and I was looking around for my drink. I didn't see it so I decided to ask one of the workers or just anybody who would listen because I was standing there as if I was ready to order and nobody was greeting me or asking me anything so I decided to ask them do you know how much more longer until my drink is ready? Or is my drink ready? Then a man who was talking to his other coworkers said to me, did you say something? And I said yes I was wondering if my drink is ready, and I said this in a nice way, and then he proceeds to tell me that one of my things is right there he has it behind the counter for me and then the coworker. One of the girls is working on my drink, I wait there and then she's making it and she's almost done and then she goes to scoop ice and she must've not read it or not cared because she did a huge scoop of ice when I asked for light ice, and it's on my printout, also I forgot to mention when I first walked in. It's very crowded over here like when I say crowded. I mean, it's very small and compact and why that was even worse was because as soon as I walked in, I was hit with an awful stench. It was so musty in there like disgustingly musty in there I had to cover my nose ..! It smelled like somebody was not wearing deodorant and or possibly not showering and sweating n accumulating musk for days or multiple people were not wearing deodorant for days, it just straight up reeked ! I don't know if it was a worker or workers, or if it was a customers, or both/all, but it reeked in there it was disgusting like musk, and then once my drink is placed on the pick up area she doesn't even smile or anything, but I smile at her and I say thank you you with a huge smile, feeling like a goof after, because she doesn't acknowledge me at all she didn't say you're welcome. She didn't nod her head. Do a fake smile, She didn't do anything...She didn't acknowledge my thank you or my presence i was right there but she just put the drink on the mobile order stand not to me, and acted like I didn't exist, mind you I don't know her, I don't know any of these people that worked there, it was a awfulll experience. It reeked and smelled DISGUSTINGGG in there, and I would rate the service a zero, and I would rate my drink a one out of 10 stars and I would rate the pudding thing. I got a one out of 10 stars too especially because I feel catfish, the only reason I got it was because I saw videos that it was supposed to come in a little glass jar inside of the cardboard thing, but it didn't and it was just a bad experience I will not be returning cure ever again. First timer! Traveling through the area and decided to stop in. Located in a strip mall where parking can be a bit difficult due to where it's situated. There's many coffee choices to choose from and it's truly a matter of each individuals taste buds which one to pick. Hubby had the Carmel Mocha, I got the White Chocolate Mocha and the girls got iced Chai Teas. I'd have to say Peet's makes some decent coffee! Great location at a major intersection with a large parking lot for this outside mall area. Good seating inside (seen smaller, seen larger) and good outdoor table/chairs near the nice running water/rock feature. The Summer Tea Shakers are fabulous and has drawn me more and more to Peet's. This location is clean, staff really friendly, and the quality of the food and drinks as expected, which is a great thing. All combined, my visit (first here) was great. If I lived near here, I would consider it a regular stop for me. read more

I decided to add to my review I posted a very long time ago. After years have passed, it's unfortunate terrible customer service is still the same. After more than five different orders on different days and no matter what the drink is, all have been terrible. I refuse to call the main number for Peet's, although the representatives have been very kind, patient, and apologetic, I seriously feel like I will come across as a complainer expecting a refund. At this point, the cost for my orders doesn't matter anymore, I really just need to stop ordering from Peets, period. I only came back because I was given gift cards, and I took a chance as a returning customer. I am truly convinced the poor customer service must be the fact that I am not a "regular", if I was, I'm sure I would be greeted and asked if I need help instead of standing there looking lost. It would be nice if the employee "at least" announced your name to let you know your drink is ready instead of making you keep checking each drink to see if it's yours, "hoping" no two people have the same order. read more

Another monthly visit gone well. Ordered three bags of whole bean dark roast coffee goodness. The attending batista gave us good information on the coffee available, which culminated in a three bag purchase for the week :) The Cafe was clean and maintained well. The checkout experience was quick and accurate. Staff made sure to apply our reward points and redeem coupons offered through the app. Instead of purchasing from a local grocery store, visiting a Pete's Coffee bar would be a better choice. My favorite place to get my chai tea latte fix! I use to go to Starbucks for my Chai tea but when I tried Peet's Coffee's it was over for Starbucks! I was hooked! It's creamier and just all around yumminess! I just went this morning and purchased my usual and also purchased The Black Tie....my very first time trying it out and it is pretty good. It's a cold drink and it's inspired by Vietnamese and New Orleans traditional coffee. This Peet's Coffee is clean and the crowd is very chill. The baristas are friendly....I likey! I love the outside patio area, especially during Spring and Summer. If you haven't tried Peet's Coffee.....go and try them out. read more
