On a hot day after helping my friend move I to her apartment, I noticed this Starbucks right around the corner from her building. I ordered online and ran right over there during our 15 minute break. I went right in, I walked over to where the drinks are normally served, and asked for the drink that I ordered online. There it was already prepared and ready, and the nice girl behind the counter handed me my coffee. Very fast coffee delivery and great customer service are always a good thing! read more

I have given this location two chances but will not give them another one. Each time I have had to wait 10min or more for my drink. Their staff has zero sense of urgency once they have taken your money and zero awareness of the guests waiting. They work very hard at keeping the line to pay moving but then the experience completely falls off. Very disappointing. read more
