I told the other employee who handed us the food that they didn't end up taking off the sandwich for us, he then tried the code himself and he said it wasn't working. I even showed him my phone with the code and the item that was free. He then told me again that it was not working and there was nothing that he could do. I was like really? You cant just manually take off the sandwich and refund us the money? He was wearing a blue shirt so I assumed he was the manager on duty, however he surely did not act like it as he did not listen to the customers needs and clearly the code was visible and active on my phone! He then said it was just to accumulate points and not to get a free item? That sounds like false information to me. After that interaction with him we drove off and said okay thanks. Looking at my phone after that, they clearly took my code along with my points! I only have 951 points now. He clearly needs to learn customer service skills, and not have the customer have to act like it's pulling teeth just to use a valid code. No wonder they have 1 star on this location! Not a happy customer! Beware any future customers!

Always super chill place. Recently went thru the drive thru and the man at the window, name tag Brandon-brendon?, was insanely rude. I even tried to ask how he was doing and he ignored me completely and practically slammed the window shut. I understand sometimes your just not in the mood to talk but if you are in that bad of a mood you should probably make the drinks instead of handling customers. Besides him it's a great spot so far. Just moved to town and i love it here. read more

wouldn't even give me a 50 cent refill, even though I'm a gold card member, and same day refills are supposedly free. Get it together guys. :( I have had much better experiences in other locations. read more
