What kind of Starbucks has zero power outlets available to customers? There were clearly several spots for outlets on the wall, but they'd all been covered up. I bought food and coffee expecting I could charge while I ate and drank. (From a distance, it wasn't obvious the outlets were covered.) If I'd known, I would've gone to a different coffee shop. I understand if you don't want people ordering one small coffee and camping out all day. But I always make sure to keep buying food and drinks if I'm staying for a while. This location is hands down my favorite. My sister and frequent it as we live within a few minutes and regardless if it's on my way to work, a random refresher pick me up in the afternoon, or not going for a bit. Food is always warm and good, and those working are always pleasant people. There a gal with long hair who I see in the early am and a guy also who always greets ppl with "hello my friend" when they come through and it can just puts a smile on your heart . I was just in a Starbucks. Was approached by staff. Whipped out my vaccination card to show her I fully vaccinated. She said "Starbucks is not yet fully opened because of COVID-19. You have to leave immediately!" My cappuccino was terrible with coffee on the bottom and bright white foam on the top. No condiments in the store so had to go back to the counter to ask for sweetener. The staff was mad at me, she said you are supposed to ask for this when you order. Grabbed a sweetener & straw then left. Was in my car trying to mix my coffee, foam & sweetener together. Ended up sucking hot coffee through a plastic straw in order to mix it. The coffee ended up squirting all over my work attire. Got coffee all over my shirt and pants! Had to go home to change! My egg bites ended up being cold by the time I got to eat them. Will never ever go back to Starbucks again! Why pay $10 to be verbally abused because you don't know what to do if you are ordering in their store. I make better coffee at home. I drove to this Starbucks because the one near my house in Mukilteo always makes mistakes on my order. I thought that I would be getting a better deal if I drove to another Starbucks but instead I got an attitude at the drive-through and she corrected me in a very rude manner. I've been through this Starbucks about a dozen times. It's a good location right off of Highway 99 and neighbors a 7/11. Pros - The drive-thru moves pretty quick and the employees are nice, friendly and talkative. Good location. Cons - Inconsistent. About half the time some part of my drink order is messed up. I've ordered a grande and gotten a tall. I've ordered one flavor and gotten totally different flavor. I've also had a drip coffee that was literally filled to the brim of the lid and it spilled everywhere. read more

Ordered a Maple Pecan Frappuccino. Mmm...what a perfect drink for this autumn weather! The flavors go great together. Not to mention it looks pretty too. This Starbucks just served me the nastiest latte I've probably ever had. Yeah, I know, I could ask them to remake it, but unless I went behind the bar to show them how it's done, it would end up just as gross. My plain soy latte tastes like someone poured soy milk into a cup and microwaved it. I've never had such poorly steamed milk before. The beau's caramel soy latte tastes the same but with notes of burnt plastic coming from who knows where. Mine is borderline drinkable (but I won't drink it because it's nasty); the beau's tastes like poison. I come here EVERYDAY and today I needed change for a $20 The girl at the drive-through window said I couldn't use my app I would have to pay with cash I said that's fine as long as I get some singles. She then proceeds to give me three fives and one dollar bill I mean I spend over $300 a month here and you couldn't go to another register to get me some singles?? Not to mention they put so much ice in the ice coffee it's hard to get my straw in. This is our neighborhood Starbucks so we get a coffee many times on our way to work. It's really a hit or miss experience with both the drinks and service unfortunately. There have been many times where we get on the highway and my coffee tastes horrible. Sometimes it also takes 10+ mins to get our drink. They have also messed up my food order before and instead of making it right, the guy said no this is what you got and then said bye. If you can get your Starbucks fix somewhere else, I would suggest it. read more

Convenient little spot, unfortunately they seem to have a high turn over as my regular baristas keep disappearing once I get to know them. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of cream they put in the coffee when you're going through the drive thru. It's annoying to keep getting out to put that tad bit more in. This Starbucks is nothing special, I think a bit smaller than average. They have a drive-thru (Which is their best feature). Very close to the on-ramp of 525 and then on to I-5 South. The main draw back is there are always "undesirables" at this intersection of 148th and Hwy 99. I don't know why, because the Starbucks strip mall is pretty new and modern. One guy was even sleeping along drive thru line one early morning and I got to witness the cops telling him to pull up his pants and move along. HaHa. The staff working today just gave my husband and I the worst venti breve coffee frappacino's ever....told them it tasted like an ice slushy that was slightly sweet...he added another shot to each but then proceeded to add more ice to blend...then I asked him to add more frap syrup (that helped) had to wait for him to fix the second one...again he went to add ice...I said NO...that will just water down flavor. Still tasted crappy...he didn't seem to really care...another staff member said she has had people tell her they don't taste right also....I don't know...but maybe it is because you aren't making them RIGHT....where is quality control? This Starbucks has a repeatedly slow drive thru, with no apologies or attempts to make an extremely long wait right, with a free coffee, or really even an acknowledgment for how long people have been waiting. They used to be really great, consistent, and my go-to Starbucks. Over about the last 9 months or so, they have consistently been under-filling the beverages, especially the Frappuchinos. At first I was hoping it was just a one-off, but every time I gave them another chance, there was my 80% full coffee. For that price?? I had enough and returned it saying it wasn't very full. The employee gave it to her manager. He said, "It's not full." She whined, "Well, it was light ice, so it's going to be less full." What? Just because I want my coffee with light ice doesn't mean I want less of it! He said, "Make it again". She continued to whine like "light ice" was an excuse to give a customer less product and that she wasn't to blame for not doing it right. I went back again another time hoping it had been remedied. No luck. Went back again after weeks this morning, same thing. Seriously? It's not even the same people in there. They need to be retrained on how to provide full product to customers.
