My observations alerted me to a communal yet cozy setting, with shared table and comfortable benches. This establishment feels magical to me. The floor is clean and the wooden tables and benches are inviting. I noticed that they have regular customers, as one after another, the customers were greeted by name with hugs and big smiles. Savanna (sic) greeted me and took my orders: small latte & ricotta + egg toast. My Ricotta + egg toast was delicious and the presentation was nicely done. The ingredients looked simple and the herbs tasted fresh and clean. The dish was perfectly seasoned. I tasted a little 'heat' at the back of my throat, but that's something I can handle. I even enjoyed the green sauce over the top. LOL! My order of latte was smooth and creamy. No sugar needed here. The creamy milk did its job.
