This one my worse experience in a Starbucks. The barista that took my order and the one that made my drink were fine. The condition of the eating areas, both in and outside was unacceptable. Not one table was clean. Another employee was chatting with the other employees who were diligently working, was so loud I went outside after attempting to find a quiet space. Parking is really bad here and you can easily get blocked in from all the drive thru cars but service is always great and its 24 hours so what more can a person ask for. I've been here a few times at 3am and the night guy is hilarious. read more

I never leave reviews on Starbucks because they are usually pretty consistent with their stores but this one should be an embarrassment to the company. I've gone through the drive thru about 7-8 times now, and I've sat in the drive thru line for at least a good 30-40 mins. Parking is terrible, if you park at this store during busy hours, plan on staying there for awhile because you cannot back out of the parking spots because the drive thru line stretches into the parking lot causing blockage in the parking lot. I e also gone into the store to see if it would be faster to get a coffee, nope. It's takes just as much time as the drive thru line. This store just seems very unorganized, chaotic and always out of stock of everything. This store is the closest to my house but I'd rather take the extra drive over to the Daniels St store. Don't get me wrong, the employees are great and always nice, it's just how the store is ran. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I am really considering the mom and pop coffee shops. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me; just to place an order for 2 drinks, then i spent another 15 minutes just to get my drinks. No matter how long the drive thru line is, it always moves fast. I enjoy a venti soy vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of expresso. My granddaughters like the desserts and the iced tea. One time I even got a free drink because they messed up on my order. I like free things. Who doesn't? read more

This place is great, but comes at a price. I commute a lot towards LA. This is the only place on that path that says open 24/7. The only issue... SLOW. They also forget your orders at time. If you don't get your cup within 5 minutes, say something. read more

I usually come to this Starbucks because it is close to my house, but before I went to work today I left the drive thru with a bacon and Gouda that was far from cooked. I went back and told them and even showed them and they didn't even give me the time of Day. They acted like there was nothing wrong with the sandwich and rudely asked me if I would like it double cooked then. I have been getting these for years and anyone should know that eggs aren't supposed to taste like they are close to frozen. 4 stars? YES! for one, its open 24 hours, for two, its easy access, and for three ITS OPEN 24 HOURS! This is the ONLY starbucks to get my uber complicated frap to PERFECTION. 1st of all, I really, really wanted to like this Starbucks since it's not that far from my Grandpa's home, & mainly 'cause it's open 24 hours a day & has a drive-thru. Since I had to give at least 1 star, I'll dedicate it to the 1 & only decent employee working there (at least at the time). I can't remember her name right now, but she's awesome, compassionate & the other employees -including the manager- could all learn a thing or 2 from her about customer service & more. We recognized each other right away, because she used to work at the Starbucks I frequented most, in Tracy (when I used to live there before a year ago) & we always had/have a nice chat. I will not go into detail about my unbelievable experience, because it's late right now & I'm too tired to explain it all. But the district manager or corporate will definitely get notified of what heartlessness & lack of human decency I endured during right before I left (and 2 little girls w/ me mind you, & during a family emergency at the hospital close by). Plus, the annoying, big guy that was "working", gave me a headache over the obnoxiousness, loud noise, & irritating laughter that was constantly coming out of him. Are we funding his paycheck to fool around or work? I think he exceeded his limit of 1 drink per shift, probably would help to cut back on the caffeine & sugar a bit. The whole thing just left me in awe & disappointed. I expected more from Starbucks- a company that I spend a good, hefty percentage of my income on. Just a couple days ago, I gave a 5 Star review to the another Starbucks in Manteca w/ a great store & all around awesome staff. I'm about to also write a 4 star review for the Starbucks in Tracy Target. The girl that was working there was really cool. The better the experience, the more I buy. I spent we'll over $60 on merchandise & drinks just from those other 2 stores, 2 days in a row. I guess 3rd time's NOT the charm for this Gold Card member. read more

This is the absolute WORST Starbucks that I have ever been to... First off, the parking lot is horrible! It's super small and way easy to get stuck in. They are so slow even when they are not busy, and they mess up my order literally every time! I always say I will never go back, but it's the closest one to me and I have to go way out of my way to go to a different one. It also seems like they have a major employee turnover here because I rarely see the same people, but they have at least been nice lately. My latest issue is that the last THREE times I have ordered peach green tea lemonade, they have not put the lemonade, but they charged me for it, so I guess they just forget to put it in? Not a huge issue, but it's still super frustrating. Well, 3 strikes you're out... Guess I'll have to drive to the other side of town from now on. read more

eek. is right! first off, whoever picked this particular spot to put a starbucks didn't look at the parking/drive-thru situation very well....either you get stuck waiting to back out because the drive-thru line is ridiculously long or you actually get stuck in the drive-thru line waiting for your drink....i had both situations, stuck waiting to back out and stuck inside waiting for my drink because there is not enough staff to make it work efficiently here. management needs to figure this out and quick! read more

I do a significant quantity of business with Starbucks, and I've come to dread going in this particular store. They want to nickel and dime their customers to death. Today's great one: ordered a tall with lite ice... The barista proceeds to tell me that if I get lite ice, she has to charge me for a grande because its more ounces of coffee and I'm using more than my allotted 4 oz of milk instead. Are you kidding me? I'm pretty sure the $2.45 you're charging me for coffee more than covers the milk on the bar too. Only Starbucks I've EVER had try to charge me for using less ice and more milk... Insane. And its not like their overall customer service, ambiance or especially the hideous parking, make up for it. And I've been oredering my drink the same way for months now and all of a sudden they decided I have to be upcharged for the changes I make to it everytime!? We came thru the drive thru to order one iced tea and the guy who took our order was super rude. We wanted black tea and he said they didn't have black tea and so we ordered green tea and asked for it to be sweetened. There was someone else collecting the money and she was nice as I think she was a manager. As we drive off we find out there is no sweetener at all in the iced tea. Bad service and the order was wrong. 1 star because we did get tea and that was partially right. read more

On the late evening of Jan 6th, I went through the drive thru and there was a very unfriendly, older lady with glasses that made this experience a horrible one. I bought a drink for myself and a friend and asked for the bigger straw for my drink. She got an attitude with me demanding I give her the small one back, which I complied. I asked twice for a receipt, and she said, "No Receipt"! When I asked why I couldn't have a receipt, she said, "We don't have receipts", and rudely shut the drive thru window without giving me a reason as to why I could not get a receipt for my purchase. 20 minutes in the DRIVE THRU, I'd have left if I hadn't been trapped with nowhere to go. Long enough to read 4 news articles and sing Bohemian Rhapsody TWICE. Best part? 7/10 times they are inconsistent. The best time to go is in the morning because they make the coffee the best at that time, however if you go around 7am then you will find a long line. I go here for the convenience more than the actual service and product. read more

Went through the drive thru with my family on the way out of town on a Sunday....bad experience. The guy at the window told us next time if we order more than 5 drinks that we need to come inside. Really?? We don't have these kind of outings often and it is certainly not posted anywhere so we thought that was strange. Then he acted like it was a hassle to give a receipt and had an attitude the rest of the time. I guess our order was too much for them to handle. Then he failed to give us our complete order! Lame! But our fault too for not noticing. I think we were too shocked by this guy to realize we were missing an item. read more

I never realized that the girl who knows everything (Sarah) works at Starbucks. She's doesn't hesitate to tell people that they are wrong and makes stuff up that contradicts ever other Starbucks I've been to....and I've been to a lot. I'll find another place to go when tracing through. I was going to use the drive through but it was too cramped and I was afraid of upsetting people trying to get in and out of the parking lot. On top of that, the store is not located in view of the street so it took driving past it to find it. If you're traveling through, do yourself a favor and stop a few exits before or after. If I wasn't entertained by "know it alls" it would have been a tragic visit. read more

This is the only Starbucks opened 24hrs so decided to go in at a pretty late time, I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch and the girl told me they were out of venti cup and that the only Carmel ribbon frappè she could make me would have to be a light. I was a bit worried that the light frappè would taste different but the employee Stephanie was very sweet and offered to put more Carmel in the drink to try and make it taste like a the normal drink. I have been to this starbucks multiple times and mot of the employees are pretty nice. But what matters most is the product and honestly I feel like this is by far the WORST location I've been to when it comes to simple orders like chai lattes and coffees. I feel like they really jip you on the drink like basically adding a little bit of the actual drink to a cup of ice, and most annoyingly having half cup of foam with basically no chai latte! It upsets me that I pay $4 for half a cup of watered down chai. Like at least make the tea less watered down. Don't go to this location if you have the choice. So disappointed. Have been visiting this location more often and never had such a bad experience. Went through the drive-thru today. She handed my dad the one drink and says "have a good day." We ordered two drinks and a muffin. My dad noticed he only got $6 and some change back when our total was $11.05, so he grabbed a $20 bill and a nickel, which he then handed her. So we let her know she gave us the wrong change, now all of a sudden she gave us a free drink and gave us the change for the supposedly $10 bill we gave her. My dad has never been that kind of person to lie, he's actually one of the most honest persons I know. So she kept arguing with us that it was a $10 bill she was holding, to her there was no way my dad handed her a $20 bill. So she proceeds to ask if we want her to get the manager. By that time we had been sitting there holding the line up, and we had to get on the road, I'm sure everyone behind us did too. So we ended up leaving shorted $3 and her claiming she gave us a free drink. Pretty hilarious to me. Never going back to this location. Oh and we got hot drinks and she didn't even put the hot jackets on smh. I hope the manager counts the register for her today (wink) read more
