I used to love Starbucks. But the price point has gotten out of control and the wait is generally too long - even with mobile order. This location is no different and of course it looks like every other Starbucks. There's no real keys charm. read more

Service was terrible! Rude, not too bright, entitled cashier. My Gouda egg and bacon sandwich was cold, the top bun was so hard I could not eat it. On tiny spot of Gouda . I stop by for bathroom so I thought I buy an American o but it is water down and it cost more than other location and it tasted bad.

Workers bickered entire time. Gave me the complete wrong breakfast sandwich and took way too long to even do that. Do not come here if you want quick service or the correct food. read more

Beautiful modern location. Great service. The two ladies assisting us today were lovely. The drinks were delicious, maybe the best frap I've had from Starbucks in awhile! Prices are a little higher than your typical Starbucks location but so is almost everything else in the keys so it's to be expected. Great place to stop to get your Starbucks fix! read more

This is the WORST Starbucks! Five people behind the counter and it took 15 min for us to get our order. (Only three other customers in the store.) They were also out of half the menu ingredients and substituted ingredients without telling us up front. It was only when giving us the drinks that we were told about the substitution. When we asked for the drinks to be redone, one of the workers gave us attitude about it. Items were also MUCH higher priced than other locations. read more

Yikes! I never thought I would ever need to write a review of a Starbucks! I've been to them worldwide! Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, London, all across the US and I've never had an experience like this! Hey, being in the Keys, i truly understand why I had to go up all the steps and why there is no drive thru, this review is not about that. I will admit I was surprised by the worst acoustic, it was deafening! The barista could barely hear me over the din! I gave her the first item in my order, a venti Mocha and it rang up $8.45! I thought my 74 year old eyes were playing tricks on me! I then ordered a Sausage Cheddar Egg classic SB breakfast sandwich and they were sold out! Really at 9:55AM? Tara suggested the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich! I then added a Venti Coffee Frap and a scone! when I was told I owed $31.93! my mouth dropped! could I be at the most expensive Starbucks on the planet! the same order the day before in a Starbucks in Gainesville, FL was over $10 cheaper!!! Then, my Apple Pay app. didn't work. I was confused until Tara asks "is this AMEX?" First ever Starbucks that does not accept American Express! So I had to wait 5 minutes in that Din which was a surprisingly long time considering I was second in line! Tara and her 4 co-workers were all very nice, the food tasted the same, but this will still go down as my most depressing Starbucks experience ever! the truth is I could have gone to any of the local greasy spoons for a sit down breakfast and paid the same with a tip! Most expensive Starbucks I have ever been to. Even airport Starbucks is half the price. Was happy to see a Starbucks go in Marathon, but no way paying those kind of prices. Lots of good coffee place all around paid for a tall drip with no additional add ins $4.55. Ridiculous! I'll stop for a full breakfast some place else. Coffee is completely burnt. They ask for tip before you even get served. Spreading the word...... skip this one. read more

Payed $8 for a strawberry açaí lemonade only for it to be filled up 3/4 of the way. When we asked the employees to fix their mistake we were ensured that we were in the wrong. Do not come to this Starbucks because you will have to deal not only with the rudeness of the workers but also have to pay almost double the price for everything. read more
