We came through the drive thru around 7:48pm and asked for a grande Cannon ball with no inclusions. There were no customers in the drive thru, and so when we arrived at the window the worker, i believe her name was Lei-lani, gave us the drink but it was made incorrectly with inclusions. When we let her know that the it wasn't what we ordered, she gave us a disgusted look and took it back. When we got the drink back you could tell they just scooped it out and called it a day. The drink itself tasted too sour and not like what we ordered. read more

Employees chatting and not acknowledging we've been waiting over 20 minutes by the counter. Go through the drive thru if you want faster service but don't expect friendly service. So I am no coffee addict nor aficionado by any means, so this is not about the coffee, nor the service, it's about how long it took to get my very simple order...sigh... Looks like seating for about 30 people, there is no one in line, & about 6 people seated. Yet I have been waiting 20 minutes. I assume it's because of the drive through... sigh You know the WORST part, the WORST FREAKIN' PART?!? When you make a purchase at Starbucks they pressure/ guilt you into a tip, for a take out order, where there is no services provided, are you kidding me?!? This is the regular business model, yeah I think that I will quietly take my business/ money elsewhere. I will probably NEVER go back to another Starbucks ever. And check this out. My experience. Atmosphere: 5 stars. There place is fresh and clean. They opened March 12th, 2020 and this is the 14th. There is a military theme to some of the decor with flags and a table for service members who can't be here. The wifi is free and there are plenty of outlets for charging your phone or laptop. 5 stars there. The place is often empty, I expect that will change. They have a drive thru. Service: 5 stars. The staff is fast and courteous consisting of young and trendy women. 5 stars for Cassie and Richard. They are hiring as of this review. Quality: 5 stars. My drink was made fast and hit the spot when it came to my expectations. Value: 3 stars. I like saving money when it comes to these things. I stopped here to review the place and bought my drink to review it. Their prices are Starbuck prices.i don't see them as the greatest in terms of price. My experience as a customer was excellent. The coffee was decent, but the customer service was seriously lacking. We tried to redeem a birthday reward, but it wasn't appearing in their system. We showed the cashier the app clearly displaying the birthday date, yet she called over a supervisor who was visibly annoyed and dismissive. Without making any real effort to help, she refused to honor the reward. After a brief and frustrating exchange, we gave up -- not because they were right, but because arguing over a $6 drink just wasn't worth it. Really disappointing experience. read more

This location is off the 215fwy off the Van Buren exit between In-n-Out & Chipotle with drive-thru and plenty of parking. The store is very clean, friendly and efficient staff. Today we ordered a Strawberry Acai & Mango Dragronfruit Lemonade refreshers which were very satisfying, perfect on a hot day like today. Overall I was satisfied with the service here. read more

I hope whatever manager that needs to looks at this does and figures out who needs some training. I went in on 8/7/23 (Monday) at 12:55 and ordered my drink with extra oatmilk and and extra pump. (Grande brown sugar shaken espresso)The women working the drive thru seemed annoyed when I told her "light ice" was not correct on my screen. I'm an avid Starbucks drinker, I visit my local Starbucks 5-6 times a weeks, needless to say I'm familiar with how the many ways my drink has been made and is made. When I come to the window I told her that maybe my local Starbucks does do light ice but may not show it on the screen, to be friendly and understanding. She ignores my comment, gives me a dirty look and hands me my drink. I was getting the vibes that she was upset or annoyed. Tell me why my drink was ALL OATMILK and a dash of cinnamon on the very bottom. Can't help but feel like she did it on purpose, because no barrista in their right mind would hand me a cup of milk. After I leave the in n out line next door I come back and let them know i just ordered but is wrong, which was about 1:10 When I try to remind her of the order she cuts me off and says "yeah I remember your order just come to the window" in a really rude tone. She must think she's better at her job than she really is or just doesn't like giving customers what they really want. At the window I'm met by a man instead of her. (First your rude then don't want to face your customer after being rude) (he was very nice and polite) but when I taste the drink it's better but is still missing the "extra pump" of brown sugar. I let it go, because it seems it may be easier to drive away with a shitty drink than argue with Starbucks. The moral of the story is just DO BETTER. Maybe she had a bad day, but I was never rude and didn't deserve your shitty attitude and shitty drinks. Everyone should know that coffee drinkers are particular about their coffee. Don't be offended when they try to tell you how they like it. read more

Today it did not go the best. Ordered my mocha frappe with my extra pump of chocolate. This time something went south with the steps in the making of the drink. Possibly no chocolate added. I said to my hubby maybe the order taker heard something different? Nope. The request was on the cup. The cup specifies 4 pumps of chocolate. Second I decided to try a chicken bacon brioche sandwich. I'm not a regular Starbucks customer but I had a gift card burning a hole in my pocket. The place wasn't busy - that's a plus. The music playing was certainly not my taste. Our order was taken in a timely manner by a friendly, helpful associate. Beverages and food came out fast. I got the mozzarella, pesto, roasted tomato sandwich. I opened it up to rearrange everything and the tomatoes were just tomato peels with some rotten parts. In hindsight I should have taken my sandwich back to the counter and requested another one but that didn't cross my mind til a couple days later. I just removed the tomato peels and ate the sandwich. I have never had a bad experience here, staff is always kind me. This is the only Starbucks I enjoy and want to go to near this area. Zay went above and beyond to ensure my order was done correctly. On my way to pick up my online order I had a few issues come up and I was unable to go pick up my drink. I don't care how bad your day is, how tough these days already are for all of us, how low paid you are at your job, or whatever issues you've got going on in your personal life. I worked at the In n Out right next door before my transfer to another one but going to this starbucks after or before work was the best thing ever!!! I loved being able to interact with the employees and ask what their favorite drinks were so I can try new things! I never had a bad experience going here as a customer!!
