Yummm My pre-finals sweet treat with Mango Shake! Solid 10/10 satisfied my craving. Service was super friendly and very fast. They also had cute claw machines towards the side of the store--perfect if you want to do something while waiting for your order! The shake wasn't icy at all, just as creamy as I expected. On Sunday around 9pm, The darker brown skinned girl with what seemed curly hair provided what has been probably the worst service I have ever received. She did not appreciate me asking multiple questions about the menu even though it was my first time there. She had the worst attitude, spoke as if irritated. I will never come back to this location because of her. How do you allow this customer service at your location? Teach your employees to be better and, whoever that girl was. Overall, It's Boba Time as a company has never been a letdown and always stood as a consistent level of product and service. I used to live less than a block away from the one in LA on Vermont and 7th. It's Boba Time was a regular part of our family's week as we brought our daughter home from school. It became such a part of our routine that my now ex wife and I had gone there after the bustle of our wedding to spend some time together away from our guests in a place that felt like a part of our home. Today put a horrible stain on my perspective of It's Boba Time. I was in Moreno Valley for work today and saw this location so I decided to pop in and pick up a treat to take to my son since I live closer to the Palm Springs area now. I was so excited to bring him a treat because he was a baby when we moved away from LA in 2019. I saw the unicorn crepe and knew he would love it. A simple question of who the supplier is turned into a very rude conversation which I wouldn't want to share here because I don't think it matches the standard that any place especially It's Boba Time, would accept from their employees, managers, or franchise operators. Just know young man, and manager that your mindset of scarcity, and fear of loss, actually lost you any business from myself or my team that will be out here working. Ended up grabbing the aforementioned Horchata, as well as a Galaxy Iced Tea and Sunset Iced Tea - these drinks are PRETTY, y'all. Especially the Galaxy Iced Tea. Both drinks were quite refreshing, but I am definitely leaning towards the Galaxy Iced Tea for the more favored drink out of the 3 that I tried. The establishment itself is pretty dope, lots of seating inside, very nice colors and vibe, and MOSTLY friendly folks inside that'll both take your order and do so respectfully. That's actually the bit of contention I have with this location, and it was the folks that were fairly disengaged with helping me out, despite me standing at the counter for a few moments (they weren't busy at the time). I get so excited when a boba spot opens near me! I got a peach strawberry fruit tea with some fruit jelly in it. They have a variety of drinks: fruit teas, slushies, shakes, smoothies, frappes, milk teas, frosty milk! They even had macarons in a lot of flavors displayed. $2.50 for a single, $14.50 for half a dozen and $27 for a dozen. There was also acai bowls, which I wanted to try, but personally it was a bit overpriced for me and not a lot of flavors to choose from. It was $12 for half a cup that I usually can get elsewhere. But if you are lazy to drive further to get acai bowls, then go for it and try it here while you get boba and macarons! Other than that, I would love to come back here to try other flavors and kinds of drinks as well as their macarons! I've been here a little less than 10 times and I see why they get bad reviews now. There's a man who appears to be the manager or owner, he's great. But the young women who actually make the drinks are awful and not helpful at all. I ordered a green tea boba today and it was heavy on the tea. I asked for more milk to be added and her response was, "well we can't make it over for you so..." That's literally not what I asked to begin with?? Ok so boba is really good, no problem about that every time we get our drinks they're always consistent. The problem we have is how LONG they take. I've done mobile order to avoid the line and wait time because I'm just trying to pick up and bounce but still they take freakin forever. We waited over 20 minutes from the time it said it was ready so what's the point of ordering ahead? Now ordering in the actual store is really crazy how long it takes when there's like 4-5 people working. When you actually order your milk tea, what they do after is they go to a field and actually prepare the process of growing your tea leaves. They harvest the crop, dry the leaves, steep the leaves and finally cool the tea and add milk, sugar, etc. By the time they're done and serve your drink, 7 months have passed. I just don't understand how a basic milk tea takes so long to make when I'm the ONLY ONE in the store ordering. Yes, I understand they have other outlets like grubhub, door dash or their mobile app orders to work on but gahhhdaaammnnn. Also the location is horrible and sketchy I hate going there at night. read more

I would rate this place higher because I love their drinks, but had to leave it at this because the last time I went me and my sister ordered the same thing, "Strawberry Cookies," which is a strawberry drink mixed with oreo pieces.
