It is a small establishment not too much parking outside since it's in the middle of a bunch of other shops and restaurants. You can find the menu alongside the walls, which they have many options such as different smoothies or bowls. As soon as I came in, Ky was beyond kind and helpful when it came to picking the right option for me. I was recommended the peanut butter berri bowl and I absolutely loved it! The açaí had the perfect level of sweetness, and the bowl was very balanced in regard to the proportions of the base, fruits, and granola. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The setup was a bit awkward--the menu is on the opposite side of the counter, so you're facing away from the staff, and no one greeted me or guided me on how to order, which felt confusing. I ordered the peanut butter açai bowl, but things went downhill from there. They used a frozen açai packet (like the kind you'd find at Costco), not the scooped, fresh-tasting açai I'm used to at other places. The bowl looked impressive with banana, blueberry, strawberry, granola, and peanut butter, but the strawberries didn't taste fresh but that's fine. The taste was the biggest letdown. Good açai has a distinct, almost bubblegum-like flavor, but this barely tasted like açai despite its purple color. The texture was off too--more like yogurt than the sherbet-like consistency I expect from a quality bowl. Honestly, this was one of the worst açai bowls I've ever had. I didn't try anything else on the menu, so I can't speak to their other offerings, but I wouldn't return for the açai. I wanted to ask for a refund but didn't feel like driving back. I was excited to try this place because of the great reviews and for all the different options they have to offer. Once I went inside, I looked over the menu to see what I wanted to order. They have a wall with all the different items along with the prices. I decided to go with the peach smoothie. When I got to the register, the employee informed me it would be a 10 minute wait and I told her that was fine! I loved how at the register they had a little sign of all the employees and their favorite item on the menu! They were busy and only two employees were working and they were trying to go a fast at they could. My two drinks winded up taking close to almost 30 minutes. When I went to pick them up from the counter the employee apologized for the wait and I told her it was not a big deal. With how busy this place gets, they definitely need more people working!
