This is all about the apple croissant!! Starbucks you must add this to your menu. This is just so light and flavorful. The layers of croissant with apple filling in the middle is delicious. It has the perfect balance. Not too sweet. Must buy!! This Starbucks location used to be open layer but hours changed due to Covid. The hours have improved but not open as late. The employees are usually very friendly and sweet. Never had a bad experience which is why wish they stayed open like an hour later. Work life balance so I get it. read more

Katie at the drive-through is very rude and makes faces if you ask her for anything additional. She claims to be the manager but has no decency to talk to clients and we yell and scream at you through the drive-through. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location as staff is extremely rude and and treat customers extremely poorly as if they're doing a favor. Regional manager needs to address the attitude issue of multiple staff members at this location as it is very disheartening to Customer. read more

Do not go to this Starbucks on a Friday morning. Repeatedly burned by the "estimated" prep and wait time. Even at estimated wait, tack on an additional 15 minutes at least. We've left a handful of drinks on the counter because we can't wait 20 minutes for a drink. Not sure what they can do to fix this. Try the new location down the road instead. read more

Super rude baristas. Walked in one morning and started to order, a barista said, "Good morning to you too." Their dining area is closed 1/2 the time (assuming depending on manager) and you have to wait in their extremely long line. You never know when ordering ahead will be disabled, I'm assuming so they don't have to open their dining area. It's almost better when it is disabled because a few times I've ordered ahead but then had to wait in the 30 minute line to pick it up. (Dining area was closed) My latte is never completely full. So many complaints. The 2 stars is because corporate is aware of this location and always makes it right when I contact them. read more

So, I'll increase them a star for improved service. I have noticed a bit of an uptick in the speed and it's been much less common to encounter rude employees but the management of this location still has far to go. Frequently I find that they are out of many things, particularly featured offerings. This has been an ongoing issue and to say that it is frustrating is an understatement. For example, the cherry mocha is a currently featured Starbucks drink. The store has advertisements for it on-site yet when I have attempted to order it via the mobile app or on-site multiple times, I am told that they are not able to make it because they are out of cherry syrup. They had the exact same issue with this very same drink last year as well. There is positively no excuse to run out of stock like this. That's just bad management. read more

This Starbucks has the slowest service hands down of any location I have ever been to all across the country. I hate that this is the location on my way to work because it's truly a very frustrating process to get coffee here. They seem to have a ton of people working here, but it's 15-20 minutes for a cup of coffee almost every single time I stop here. I have resorted to Dunkin, but I don't always want dunkin. These guys are great. They are always in a good mood and are not afraid to joke around with you. They make great recommendations when one is indecisive and always make sure you like your drink! Who ever is running this store is doing a great job and needs to be commended for making great hires and keeping the store running smoothly. This is one of my favorite study spots. Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. There are one or two baristas that are worthwhile, but generally they're remarkably incompetent, argumentative, and just plain rude. If you ask for ANYTHING even mildly altered with a different milk option, they will completely break it down to read it back to you. They go through great lengths to make you feel like an idiot. If you order a grande toffee nut latte with soy, they will act like they have NO idea what you're talking about. Apparently the soy milk renders it's original name completely useless in their eyes. Instead you now have a "grande latte with toffee nut syrup with soy milk." I sh*t you not, that's how they read it back to you. Like you're an idiot coming in with impossible demands. I'd like to see them encounter someone with an actual complicated order, where they want the milk a specific temperature. Their brains would probably overheat, and they couldn't sit down for fear of sucking up the furniture from all their anally retentive bull. On top of it all they're impressively slow and they're drinks are subpar. I recommend going to one of the countless Starbucks in the stores around here, or just going a little farther to the standalone one down the street. read more

I can never tell when this location is open. I went here yesterday because teachers in the local area were given free beverage coupons for teacher appreciation. Guess what? Closed. Again. While the banner outside says "we're open!". The coupons could only be used yesterday and I wasn't about to start driving all over east Cobb to get a drink at 430 in the afternoon. Like people often do, they find a place that they like and stick with it, and in the interest of full disclosure, this is MY Starbucks. That being said, it is on my way to work in the morning, so convenience was initially a factor. And admittedly, access into the plaza where this location resides is not particularly convenient. That being said, the staff is absolutely wonderful. The manager here has done a fabulous job bringing in servers who actually like people. There has been turnover during the several years I have been coming here, but several of the original baristas are still working here, which I think says a lot. And the new ones that they have hired have fit right in. Come here a few times, and they know your drink. Then they know your name. Then, it's kind of like Cheers. Only with coffee instead of beer. read more

When I loved into the city, I missed this sbux in particular :( I go back occasionally when I visit my parents and say hello! This is one of the busiest Starbucks in east Cobb. It is a small place to begin with, but it's difficult to find a seat. Some of the baristas are nice, but others are loud and obnoxious. I will continue to go here to get my fix. read more

I love and adore Starbucks, who doesn't?? While I visit multiple Starbucks, this is the one I go to on my way to work and when I'm in the vicinity of my parental units. I love the staff here, they're always super upbeat and friendly. The drinks, as always, are on point. Have you tried the java chip frapp? Dear God, it's amazing. My one and only complaint is that their speaker system in the drive thru blows. Majorly. I can't tell you how many times I've been asked 3 + times for my order and I'm in my car screaming it or how many times my drink has been made incorrectly due to miscommunication with the speaker. As a Starbucks-aholic, I can't deduct more than 1 star, but seriously, fix your shit, I don't like when my drink is wrong. read more

In terms of Starbucks chains, this is one of the better Starbucks around the block. Got roped into coming here to meet up with an old friend. The size is average, has an ok collection of beverage accessories. I've been here a few times and the service is great (however, their java chocolate chip is extremely watery here, so I avoid it at all costs). The chairs are pretty comfortable, and there are a few outside too. Drive through loops around the back and cars usually speed in and out. There is free wifi as well...and it can get crowded during prime time. I actually know two people who work here, and one of them is the biggest coffee nut (bean?) I've known known since elementary school. Be sure to give Zac a hard time. :D However, I probably won't ever come here out of my own volition when Dunkin' Donuts is across the street.....for anyone that has read any of my coffee shop reviews.....let me reiterate myself once more. Starbucks regular brew tastes quite like liquefied charcoal. There has got to be an over-roasting coffee mindset equivalent to the emotional state of someone who's trigger happy; I just need to find or make that phrase. read more

Absolute Worst Starbucks on the planet!!! They get my order wrong 60% of the time!! Also, they never fill your cup up all the way. Some days it's better than others but never ever full. On more than one occasion I've found my cup only half way full!! That's insane when you pay $5 for a cup of coffee. I used to love this location but after many staff changes, they're not very reliable or helpful. They get my order wrong about 50% of the time and they're almost ALWAYS out of the same things. Sometimes when I place an order I can tell they're not paying attention but they act annoyed when I try to tell them again but then the order is wrong when I get it. Frankly I have had enough with this location. There are way too many Starbucks locations, not to mention a Dunkin across the street, for anyone to have to tolerate this level of incompetence. Seriously, I have only been using this location for about seven to eight months now and I really have to pay super attention to my order, because this place will screw it up with the quickness! They have gotten my order wrong six times since I have been coming here and my coffee order, every day, is a venti americano! That's it! Nothing in it, around it, or up it's sleeve. The last straw came yesterday when I ordered an americano, drove around, and the amount seemed off - more expensive. So I asked since when was an americano $5. The server says to me, oh you didn't have the mocha...whatever. I said, um no. Sad really, especially since I was the only car in the drive thru. They finally corrected the order, but the server could have cared less. The fact that they, AGAIN, got the order wrong, that I had to wait longer than I should have - none of this meant anything to prompt her to apologize or ever acknowledge their mistake. I am paying money for this? I went to the Starbucks closer to my house this morning. Wow what a difference. Professionalism and courtesy go a long way - especially at six o'clock in the morning. read more

No different than any other Starbucks. Only missing a fifth star because of location. You have to drive through one shopping area to get to it depending on what side of the road you are coming from. It is not very convenient for a quick stop. Most of the time however is spent just getting there. The service and friendliness of the staff is always awesome. read more
