Located in a tight strip mall with a tighter Drive-Thru yet serving up quick & friendly customer service. I was here around 10A & the crew of Baristas was on top of their brewing game. The inside is now open with limited occupancy. Be extra cautious exiting the parking lot as it's the smaller version of the Daytona 500.

Never again! The last time I was at this location was February of 2018 and to say the least that should've been the last time. My drink was supposed to COME WITH a double shot of espresso, when I tried to add a shot of espresso only to seem like I was drinking warm 2% milk, this drink had 0 kick!! If I wasn't on my way to work I would've came back for a full refund because I bought 2.... Ridiculous

Stopped here in the morning to get a matcha tea latte before work. The line was a little long and probably took about 10 minutes but I expected that due to the time of day I went. Baristas we're friendly.

Visited this Sbux store twice while in the area. First time was an afternoon mobile order with drive-thru pick up. Wasn't impressed, due to the fact that the mobile app showed no availability of nitro cold brew, which is my standard go-to, so I went ahead and ordered a macchiato (plan B). When I arrived at the drive-thru, I mentioned the issue to the staff, who assured me that nitro cold brew was indeed in stock. I told him I'd prefer the nitro cold brew, but he just shrugged and handed me the macchiato. Thanks for caring. I returned the following morning for drip coffees, this time opting for the in store experience. It started off on a positive note... clean store and the entire staff chanted, "Good morning", when I entered. I asked the barista what the bold brew was and she told me that she didn't know, then just stood there looking at me. After an awkward moment of silence, I suggested we ask someone else, which she did. Thankfully, he knew that Verona was brewing. "Great, I'll take two grandes!" Paid, got my coffees and left. The coffee was fine. Exactly, what I expected. Someone apparently trained the staff to greet the customers as they enter, which is a solid start, but my experiences indicate that it may be time to dig a litter deeper into the customer service training manual. At the very least, when someone states that they tried to order a drink, which the app incorrectly said is not available, offer to make that drink for the customer, and if a customer asks what coffee is brewing and you don't know, offer to find out. Customer service 101. Something Starbucks used to highly value.

If you're going to go to Starbucks, this is the one to go to. The staff is so friendly, and they even spelled my name right on the cup! They were knowledgeable about the drinks and made all three of our drinks correctly, and they had both indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking. They have really cool murals inside, and they were even open on 4th of July.

Starbucks got it right! It was a quick in and out (the way it should be). My order: Venti Iced Hazelnut Latte Quad Grande Coffee with two brown sugars and creamer Both drinks were made properly. The service was shockingly fast considering the drive-thru was wrapped around the building at the time so I placed my order inside the lobby. Both the cashier and barista were friendly and made it a great overall experience.

I've never had an issues with this Starbucks before but I felt the need to mention an issue I had this morning. I ordered a grande golden ginger drink (which was delicious) and I also ordered the new southwest veggie wrap (also delicious). HOWEVER, I am SO GLAD I cut it in half because I probably would have ingested the pricing sticker (or whatever that orange sticker is) that was somehow lodged in the center of my wrap. I wouldn't normally go the "blast you on Yelp" route but I felt the need to do so because I was unable to message the store directly on Facebook and I'm not a big IG or Twitter person. I hope the store manager sees this and can remedy the situation somehow. To make things worse, I am 20 weeks pregnant so imagine how alarmed I was to start chewing on this sticker and spitting it out only to notice what it was. Not a good look!

The drinks are as expected but don't ask for extras because you won't get it. 2/3 times I've asked for extra caramel drizzle and extra drizzle on the bottom, I've gotten the most lack luster thin can barely taste it drizzle. It might be better to not ask for it at all because it seems like you won't get it but will pay for it. Can't say it's the worst Starbucks I've been to but it does leave a vast taste in my mouth

    New store hours!

I've been here probably 5-10 times, enough to review this location fairly. I've never, ever had an issue here and the beverages I order always require customization with extra this and hold that...always made 100% to my liking and my requests are always fulfilled. I've always been greeted promptly and have never waited an extended amount of time to order or for my drink, the employees here are usually on point. The restrooms are gender free and relatively clean as well. I've never used the drive thru so I can't comment on that service. Overall, a good, solid location to get your Starbucks fix. Also---starting in 2018 they have a change of operating hours, which I posted a picture of...be aware.

Very dirty tables, lots of crumbs and spots from coffee cups. Seems like they really don't care about cleanness at this location.

One of my favorite weekend traditions is exploring a new coffee shop every Sunday somewhere around the city, and this week I decided to give Rev Coffee a try. While I didn't order any food, several menu items looked tempting and worth trying on a future visit. I ordered the Iced Banana Pudding Latte, and it was delicious. What stood out even more was the customer service. The staff had genuinely positive energy, and the cashier was especially helpful in sharing his thoughts on the different drinks I was considering before making my choice. As someone who enjoys writing and working from coffee shops, my only suggestion would be a larger bar-style workspace for laptops and those of us who like to stand, pace, and type while working. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means. They also don't offer a military discount, but that's fairly common and never something I expect when visiting a coffee shop. Overall, I had a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting, the coffee was enjoyable, and the staff made a strong impression. I would definitely recommend Rev Coffee, and it has earned a spot in my regular rotation of coffee shop adventures.

There are several outdoor tables, and lots of chairs out in the grounds as you head towards the river. The staff is awesome - super friendly and welcoming, and happy to explain your new membership and a points-based loyalty program they offer in addition. The baristas are superb, and there's a wide range of morning pastries as well as a fab Venezuelan lunch menu. The entry controls keep the occupancy manageable, so you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the Chattahoochee with your coffee fix.

Located in Mableton/Smyrna, this coffee shop is actually connected to a leasing office perched along the Chattahoochee river. This quiet suburban neighborhood is the perfect location for this quiet coffee shop and you have the option of sitting inside in the beautifully decorated cafe or outside facing the street or the river. I always drive by this place and while out and about with my son one afternoon, I decided to pop in and sit for a bit. There were a few folks in front of us which gave me some time to look around at the cafe and the menus. I knew I should expect coffee, but I wasn't expecting Venezuelan treats! There were empanadas, tequenos and more on that special menu and although I didn't indulge that day (after a big lunch), I'll definitely be back to try them out. I did however go with one of their seasonal drinks - the french toast latte, specifically, (which was recommended by the lovely woman behind the register who I'm pretty sure is the owner!) There were more people lining up than I expected and only boss lady in the shop, but she was hustling! She was super patient, kind and handled each guest with care. My latte was absolutely delicious and the service along with the good energy made our visit even better. Can't wait to return!
