This location is constantly "closed early for the day. " today is the first Saturday before Christmas, 2025 at 1 PM and they are closed early for the day. I can't imagine how much revenue they are losing by closing out of nowhere. The way they close is by putting a trashcan in the drive-through lane and sticking a handwritten note in the walk up window. Outside of going into the grocery store, this is the nearest Starbucks around. This is probably the 4th time this month I've driven up there and they have been closed in the middle of the day. read more

For a tiny and busy Starbucks that doesn't have an indoor area for customers to use, the employees efficiently move the drive thru customers through. I actually didn't notice until we drove around/past the building a second time that there's a walk-up window on the opposite side of the building from the drive thru window. We drove up to the tight horseshoe shaped drive thru line earlier this afternoon. There were at least six cars ahead of us. The male employee whose voice came through the speaker had a very cheerful and welcoming tone. R, who placed an order through the Starbucks app, told the employee that we had a mobile order to pick up. The pleasant speaker voice told R to move forward and that they'll see him at the window. It took less than 5 minutes before we got to the window. We were met with a smile and our two drinks, my chai tea latte and R's upside down macchiato, handed to us. Both hot; both great tasting; both as ordered. Great experience! read more

This is considered my closest Starbucks, I stopped going here a few years ago because the customer service towards Black people was terrible, I only went because at the time there was a black girl working there, so I felt a tad bit more comfortable. Fast-forward to years later, and I visited them yesterday and it's worse, the way The workers in there speak to you through the drive-through is inhumane. Then you get to the window and they give you the wrong order, you tell them this isn't your order and they get very smart with you. Because this is your food, you can't respond in the way you want, but I can definitely tell that Every single white person in there had an issue with me and my family being black and wanting the correct order. I heard all of the side remarks, and I heard everything all of you said under your breath. If you don't want to service, black and brown people, then you need to work at a location that isn't smack dab in the middle of black community. You can't even hide your hate for a three minute interaction, if you would've gotten the order correct then we never would've had to go there. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The staff is always so nice and helpful. The line can get pretty long but they tend to move fast. I never have any issues at this location which I appreciate, this is a stand alone location. This location is inside of a plaza so parking is not that big of a hassle. To me, all Starbucks are pretty much the same. Some can be set apart from others by the service. Well this location definitely stands out in all categories. This is the only Starbucks I've ever seen that does not have an indoor section for customers. They have a drive thru and walk up window. Today, on November 6, they had a huge special going on. It was the day they changed all of their pumpkin spice/fall beverages into the Christmas flavors which are heavenly. To go along with this, today If you bought any Christmas beverage, you would get a free reusable cup (see attached photo.) the holiday cups this year look very cool, and when you bring your reusable cup you get a discount. I tried one of their new drinks, the Peppermint White Hot Chocolate, and was not disappointed. I will definitely going back a lot this holiday season. My wife forgot to order a Peppermint hot chocolate and ordered regular, but the employee was nice enough to still give the reusable cup because that's the reason we went. One star for multiple reasons. Yelp+the Starbucks app + any online search function returns results that show the location closing at 9 pm EST. Placed an order at 8 pm and estimated order completion was 8:13 pm. Pull up to the store at 8:10 pm and see most employees hurrying out. Stopped them while they were on their way to the car and queried them why they were closed when the app and all other sources claim they close at 9 pm. Response : oh I don't know we close at 8. Question: why did you accept the order when you knew were closing ? Response : I don't know what to tell you Question : how can we get a refund ? Response: Call them, we don't do refunds. This as the employee walked away to their car and left in front of 3 cars waiting for their orders in their drive thru. read more

Want to know the best Starbucks location ever?! It's this one right here! I've been coming here for years, not every morning but most mornings. ... It depends on where my work usually takes me but on weekends I'm definitely coming by. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now with a huge smile on my face because while there are many great Starbucks around here, and in many places, this walk up & drive thru location never makes me feel like I've been left out in the cold! Everyone working here is inside and you usually can only get a glimpse of their masked faces through the window. However, the warmth and joy they are serving up isn't just in the cup they hand you! I have a heart condition that requires me to not overdue it on caffeine. And I've managed to stay away from that stimulant in nearly everything, save my single morning cup of coffee. I've managed to limit that even by ordering half-caff and not only do they do that just right here, they never turn me away with "we don't have any decaf" AND they see me walking up and have it ready for me before I even get there (when they aren't super busy)!!! They speak. They engage. I can see their smiles even when they are swamped! They get my day going *just right* and I am so appreciative for the service they provide and the manner in which they do it! So many days I want to thank them all individually and can't. Never have I ever... Seen a Starbucks drive thru only coffee shop. It was a chilly late afternoon - perfect for a nice nightcap. We drove around the Starbucks building once before we realized there was no door or entrance. It was truly just drive thru only. However, there was a counter we could walk up to and order at the window. The design of the building is pretty cool. If it didn't have a Starbucks sign plastered on it, I could have considered it a piece of art - not that I really understand architecture or art at all. The baristas seemed squished behind the small counter but they got me my latte right away. One Asian barista was pretty cute, too (this was a Saturday night, FYI to all the single ladies ). No complaints here! Some outdoor seating would be awesome, but as it IS supposed to be drive thru only, it's not like Starbucks wasn't accomplishing their job. I can't even imagine what it must be like here on a weekday morning. I'll stick to my evening espressos, thank you! read more

This is cool Starbucks establishment is drive through and walk up only. I think that is a great idea especially if you already know what you want. I've been here a couple times and so far neither the line or the wait is very long. So you get good, prompt service. The only issue that I've had thus far is that I ordered a grande and receive a cup that was barely three-quarters full. I promptly got back in the drive through and explained to them that my cup was missing some coffee -- they had a new one waiting for me when I reached the window. Customer complaint resolved, effectively. I'll definitely be frequenting this location when in town. read more

I only go to Starbucks during the holidays and even then only for the egg nog lattes. Since I don't know the layouts of but may 3 Starbucks at the most, I was surprised at this walk-up/drive thru location and almost drove past it. It great if you know what you want already, because I don't even recall seeing a menu board, but maybe I walked passed it and didn't go through the drive thru I'll say pass on their snacks, I asked for a glazed donught and what I got was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. Not only that, but you can't see the snacks, its like you tell some guy what you want, he walks to the back and comes back with it already in a Starbucks bag. My one disappointment was I asked the guy before I ordered if they had vanilla sugar, you'd think I'd asked him to go to the moon, he had to ask the drive through guy and the manager if they "carried" it. Then still offered me vanilla bean powder. Im like there is no way thats the same, but the manager finally found a shaker of it and showed him what I was talking about. He was seriously about to mess up a $5 coffee on something simple like not knowing the difference between vanilla sugar and vanilla bean powder. So again...know what you want going in..... They have wifi, but again, its a walk up/drive through location, there are no comfortable chairs to sit in for hours and surf the web, do your homework or build you empire. read more

I really wanted a starbucks, so I stuck with it, but this location is totally random. It is a drive through with a walk up window, but you will either need to walk through a moving drive through line to get to the window, or risk parking in front and get blocked in for 20 minutes (because the drive through lane moves directly by the 4 parking spots). Unfortunately, parking nearest the walk up window is for customers at the adjacent bank only. So if you come at an in between time, the drive through is ok, but in the morning, craziness ensues and people are often unable to get out of the drive through because people entering the drive through line loop into the same space. #sigh Good idea, marginal execution... and I love going into Starbucks, which you cannot do here. read more

This Sbux never fails me (& my coworkers)... during the work week/work hours. It's only drive thru but still - they're pretty efficient. My office is a 4 min drive and there are some days when I'm in need of a pick me up. When I do come here, there's rarely a line. The times that a line does form, I had to wait only 2 mins before ordering. Other places take 6ish mins to get the line moving. This Sbux are on their toes....I think that's why it's a great drive thru. All of them are focused on the window versus the front & window. Did I mention each person here is super nice!?
