It was so refreshing to see that the entire staff looked like they enjoyed being there, making the atmosphere so much more relaxed and fun! The staff really made a genuine effort to connect with their customers, trying to get to know them and ask about their day. With the holiday season in full swing, I traipsed into the store to pickup a cup of holiday cheer in the form of a Chestnut Praline Latte. It's got signature espresso and steamed milk, flavoured with an oh-so-good syrup of caramelized chestnuts and spices, topped with whipped cream and specially spiced praline crumbs. We tried to look for the post, but we found another post, like signing up new Rewards member between Sept 29 to Oct 02, 2022 will get 150 points after first transaction. We made the purchase, but we didn't receive the rewards points. We spent a while to sign up the app, when we didn't really know how to register and sign up the app. After we finally done the registration with the app and placed the order, we still waited for a while, since not many people in the store. I've been to this location a few times and this morning it was a speedy visit. During a previous visit I had waited for quite a while for my drink. Usually, it's tough to find a parking spot in this plaza with the T&T and many restaurants sharing the parking lot but today there weren't any issues. There weren't any other customers inside. Sharing a parking lot with T&T Supermarket making this Starbucks one to avoid. I just could not be stressed out fighting for a parking space with one of the grocery shoppers! I just want to chill out and have a cup of coffee.....that's all I want! Easter Sunday early evening I decide to give this Starbucks location a try... There are some 20 minute limits parking spaces right in front but I know no way I going to stay for just 20 min!! Luckily I found a spot a little down on the other end of the lot. Getting a seat here can be challenging!! Getting a seat near a power outlet is ultra challenging! There are no outlets at all in the front of the store..and all the seats were taken by students or friend's of staffs at the back... I gave up hope.. swearing I would not be back!! Finally being persistent, finally people getting ready to leave since it was time for dinner and a lot of seatings at the back opened up! I guess timing is everything... So I am happy using their WIFI and sipping some Bold of the Day coffee! Roma sighting!! I saw Roma M just waltzed by in front of me.... My rating is 3.5 stars. This Starbucks is the second-closest one to my home. I don't visit this one too often, unless I am shopping at T&T next door. I don't enjoy parking here. Folks can't drive and it is pretty busy. The evening is a bit better. The last time I was there, I walked in to order a drink. I waited fifteen minutes to actually place my order. A customer ahead of a few of us had a rather complicated order. I finally got up to the barista, who apologized for the delay. I placed my drink order (grande iced green tea) and my drink was on the house. Nice! I loved the customer service. The wait was bad. Came here to get some cold beverages on this hot May long weekend day. Side agenda was to make purchases as I received a personalized offer for 4 stars for every dollar as a Starbucks gold card holder for today only. Bobby the cashier was very helpful. When hubby ordered the green tea frappucino half sweet, Bobby suggested that it may even be sweet enough without sweeteners and it was! We didn't miss the extra sugar but the GTF was still creamy and had noticeable green tea flavour. I ordered the mango iced tea lemonade half sweet, which was very refreshing & not overly sweet. The parking in this plaza is usually a problem but thankfully spots were available close to the Starbucks. There are lots of areas to sit at this location, including patio chairs and tables outside (of which many were taking full advantage on this glorious weekend). (66/100) read more

Mobile order twice at this location. Yesterday around 1745 and 1705 today. Ordered black sesame tea latte yesterday and when I picked it up, I could feel it was lighter than other locations that I have ordered. I opened the lid and it was only 3/4 filled. Have only ever been to this Starbucks like... twice, so I'm basing it off of that. First off, parking is an absolute nightmare. With multiple stores, restaurants, and a supermarket in the same plaza, you'd sooner win the the lottery than find a spot right when you enter. This is one of the reasons I rarely come to this location. I'm an in and out kind of Starbucks customer, so I want to find a parking spot right away. However, the store is one of the largest Starbucks I've seen. With lots of seats inside, and a generous amount outside on an extended curb, this location won't run out of seats easily. Baristas are super friendly and work fast. Can't say much about them getting to know their customers, but they seem friendly enough that they would be willing to do so. Unless you're already parked and in the plaza, I wouldn't recommend coming here to quickly grab a drink. read more

I've come here a few times now, mostly to get some work done. It can he bard to find a seat here, especially when it's exam time for the students, but for the most part if you wait a bit seats open up. I would like this place more if there was a drive thru, but can't have it all. The service is decent, what you would expect at a Starbucks. However, the baristas can be loud and kind of annoying when doing work. Also, it seems like they can never get the temperature right in the place. Either too hot or too cold. Overall, this Starbucks is OK. It's mostly busy every time I come in, but I think it's because there isn't a better option with wifi around. read more

(Warden/ Steeles) walking in here last week, I realized they slightly changed the layout of this location. Somewhat close to home, this location is always busy but always efficient in terms of service. Their staff are extremely friendly and always asking how your day was, even if you're not a regular. I got my usual BLonde RED EYE ;) to keep my day rolling-on! The only nuisance I can see about this location is the parking availability since it shares a plaza along with stores, banks ad grocery store. read more

Music was ridiculously loud. I was having coffee with a friend and had to raise my voice to talk to her across the table. When I asked the barista about it they just shrugged. Edit: I've since been back to this location and they've dramatically improved their service. I haven't seen garbaged piled up in months, but I have yet to try their sandwiches again. Rating edited to reflect the improvement in service ---- Honestly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It's unfortunately the only Starbucks on my way home from work so I really subject myself to it far too often. Drinks are usually watered down, orders are often done wrong (and trust me, I'm not one of the types who orders complicated things. Just size and drink name for me). Not sure if the watered down taste is from stinginess of espresso or chai concentrate or because of their inability to froth milk means they are adding more milk then they should be and diluting the flavour. They lack any sort of consistency. While the drinks are always watered down the level of dilution always seems to vary. On occasion I've had to take a few sips to confirm that they hadn't actually just given me hot milk. They don't seem to pay a lot of attention to their food items. Sandwiches are often out past their best before date and even still are almost always soggy. While I understand they don't make the sandwiches there, what I don't get is how I never see this problem to the same scale in other Starbucks'. Improper refrigeration might be one possible explanation, which could also explain why on 2 occasions have ended up with yogurt that has gone off. To top it off, on my daily walk I often walk past the service door that, being often open, leads to the Starbucks and a couple other stores and have noticed Starbucks often leaving bags of leaking trash sitting out in this hallway when the dumpster is only about 15 feet away. This interior corridor where it meets with Starbucks is absolutely filthy and I wouldn't be surprised if they had vermin problems. Which really is a shame when the nearby businesses seem to do a great job of keeping clean and probably have to put up with Starbucks' mess on a daily basis. read more

super nice workers ! :) i ordered the strawberry açai refresher but they were sold out and told me they only had the blackberry one. i said ok and the cashier asked if i've ever tried it before and i said no cuz i've never tried it and he said ok let us know if you don't like it and we can give you something else then the cashier told the person making it and after i got my drink the person that made it asked me if i liked it and if it was too sweet or anything, and i said it's good. it does taste pretty good but not as good as the strawberry açai. also when i was waiting for my drink another worker greeted me and asked how r u as well. the workers are just so nice here but not 5 stars because it is hard to park at this location read more

I went in for a Multigrain bagel, and the service was messed up. There were only 2 people in front of me, and it took me a while to get a toasted bagel. They usually have 3 or 4 people working at Starbucks, right? They had 3 people and 2 of them didn't know how to work the cash register, what's up with that. I never wanted to give this Starbucks location a 2 stars but every time i place a mobile order way ahead, I'm usually rushing and i try to head there quick, but then i realize they haven't even started my order yet. They rush at the cash for customer to order but then once customers wait for their drinks, its like a huge lineup even during the covid times. If Callie is making your drinks, then you would have to wait and wait and wait and she takes her time as in no one is waiting for their beverage, also majority of the time she gets it wrong and if you paid $0.70 for that extra caramel drizzle or whipped cream forget it you wont receive it. read more

This Starbucks location is in the Warden-Steeles Plaza next to T&T and Shoppers. I used to work in Shoppers Drug Mart in Bridlewood Mall at Warden and Finch, so this was my number 1 coffee shop to stop at for my coffee on my way home, especially since it is a short walk from the bus loop. The workers are very sociable and friendly, and actually remember my name for future visits, and knew what I do from when I talk to them. Great coffee too, my mocha always tastes better from this location. I am able to walk in and they could have my drink on its way already! Very satisfied with the service here! read more

This was a busy, busy Starbucks when I went that felt a little chaotic. It also felt a little understaffed as it looked like tables weren't being cleaned as new customers were taking up the packed location as soon as a table freed up. Orders were being fulfilled in a timely manner, though, which is more important imo. So kudos to the staff for keeping up with the demand for the magical black bean water. read more
