I live right here in Adriatica and I this place is always busy! Sometimes the girl or guys knows my order automatically by face recognition. Which is pretty cool considering the amount of coffee that is ordered in a given week. Great Service and beautiful location. I'm proud of this pretty Starbucks nestled in my neighborhood. I love these guys...service is so pleasant, I often leave here vowing to be nicer to all people. I'm slowly but surely getting hooked on their breakfast sandwiches...double win for serving breakfast all day. My go-to drinks are: Whole milk triple white mocha, whole milk vanilla toffee nut cafe misto (or flat white with the standard whole milk), and light ice whole milk liquid cocaine. What has happened here? Got there at 5:30 this morning-right when they opened. The number of flies was astounding. Literal swarms. Tables and chairs were askew and crumbs were here and there but we ordered anyway. Coffee was good, pastry was ok, baristas were less than enthusiastic. Half way thru my coffee I visited the ladies room. OH DEAR....bits of toilet paper all over the floor, full trash can (overflowing actually), the soap dispenser was broken...how could employees get soap to wash their hands? I finished my coffee as quickly as possible ....before the flies carried me out. read more

Slowest Starbucks drive thru ever. No way to leave the line when it takes too long either.

Typically love Starbucks but the past 3 times they've given me someone else's order in the drive through. And I usually don't not notice until I drive away. And it's always stuff I can't eat! like they've given me breakfast sandwiches instead of the egg white bites. Or yesterday they gave me a triple vanilla latte instead of a simple black pike place. My managers are happy because they get them but I'm not happy at 6am when I can't have my coffee. read more

Coffee is really just slightly above average folks. The reason why I come is that they have interesting concoctions that are pretty much like dessert, but with less calories. Also, I know what to expect and they have good wifi. Please support your local mom and pop coffee shops though whenever you can! read more

The staff here is always upbeat and super friendly. We love Kevin as he always remembers us and says hello when he can. There's also a really sweet worker that i enjoy seeing. Think her name starts with an A? Always forget to look but she definitely deserves recognition too. I waited an hour in the drive through just to get to the window and be given attitude by the cashier. In other rare occasions where there is a long wait (not even half of what I just experienced here ) it is customary to receive a free drink card for your next visit. I asked about this when I got to the window and his response was I can get the manager for you . Not wanting the people behind me to wait any longer than they already had, I declined. read more

I previously gave this Starbucks a horrible review but I have to say I think it's gotten better. You still have to wait in line but the drive thru line moves much quicker then in the past. I feel the barristers at this location and the Starbucks at Eldorado at Custer just make better drinks then other Starbucks. Definitely improved service read more

We go to Starbucks regularly but we always avoid this location even though it is only one mile from my our home, why? Because the employees at this location are not only rude but they would regularly get the order wrong or do a lousy job of preparing an order. About every other visit would result in some sort of problem with their poorly trained employees. It it us? Because we are so close to Starbucks many times our friends who come to visit will stop off at this Starbucks on the way to our home, even they complain about rude employees and botched orders. In conclusion, even though the Starbucks on Virginia Pkwy is close to our home we travel either to the Starbucks on Hardin or 75 just to avoid their rude and incompetent employees. Update 715/16, this location has really improved in every way. Better customer service, drink preparation and selection. After their remodel they completely tuned the place around. I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. read more

Awful location! Super slow. Doesn't ever have anything in stock. Doesn't ever get my drink right. Very inconsistent in flavor. I've watched them make drinks on numerous occasions and they are very sloppy and careless. One time I waited 20 minutes for my drink and I was the only one that had been standing there waiting. The barista wanted to talk to some friends instead of working and so he forgot to make my order. They didn't even get it right once he finally made it and didn't offer to refund my money. I get so mad every single time I leave this location because there is always something they do that is just ridiculous. This location is only 2 minutes from our house but my husband and I drive farther to another location because we can't stand this one! They really need some new management. read more

This place was very dirty. I went in to get a pastry and flies were trapped in the display walking all over the food. I wanted to try the new soda and asked what size cups it came in, the girl acted like I was an idiot because the come in the same cups as all their other beverages. Took forever to get my drink and while waiting I was watching the flies go in and out of the milk bottles sitting in front of me. This place was so nasty dirty I could not believe it. I've visited this Starbucks several times and I love the atmosphere as well as the employees, but the biggest complaint that I personally have is the speed of service. It seems like they are always short-handed. I don't mind waiting a few minutes for my coffee drink but when someone is waiting 10+ minutes for a drink, then I feel like something needs to be done about that. read more

The baristas are very friendly and helpful. The drinks i've gotten here are mediocre--but I'm not that much of starbucks fan anyway! Their refreshers are the best though--sold in cans in the front. My favorite is the blackberry (?) one, it's in a purple can. Also, the inside of this starbucks is HUGE. However, on certain weeknights around 6-7PM, it fills up with the local teenagers. What a drag. Another one of it's perks is that it opens until 10PM. Overall, it's a great place to study, meet people, have meetings, etc. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. It's part of Adriatica, so it has a cool ambiance. I wish the seating was bigger inside, but there is a lot of really nice outdoor seating. The manager is super cool, and seems to remember everyone's name like cheers. I drive out of my way to go to this one when I want a place to work. *Lots of teenagers hit this one up, tho, so the lines can swell unexpectantly. read more

This is our local Starbucks and for the most part we really enjoy it. They are usually fast and very courteous. It is a busy location so the inside seats are usually hard to come by. They do have outdoor seating. The drive through line can get long but moves rather quickly for the length. My few disappointment about this Starbucks is that it can get dirty. I've observed, mostly at night, that the tables are dirty, the floor has trash on it and workers are standing around talking with non uniformed workers (this is assumption because they are all behind the counter talking), and during the summer there are SO MANY flies in this store. The flies make it hard to sit down and enjoy your coffee. You can see the flies on the ceiling and even inside the food display case. Unfortunately, the cleanliness has caused this Starbucks their fifth star. read more

By far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. My friend comes often and says they are always slow- but the wait for a coffee is absolutely ridiculous. I love the location of this Starbucks as it nearly walking distance from my house and I adore the Croatia inspired village that it is in. The service is typically friendly and I have never had a drink order that missed the mark, but staff can become irritated at peak times. The main issue with this Starbucks is it's size and kid clientele. It is smaller than most Starbucks with very few tables, but does have a good sized patio. The place unfortunately gets overrun on most afternoons with middle school kids who are purchasing drinks, ordering water, and hanging outside. I wouldn't mind if this was every now and then or just a few kids, but it seems to happen everyday. Kids hanging out in large groups being loud or taking up table space when they have purchased nothing as well as multiple high school groups "studying" at tables. This contributes to the outdoor area being filthy on most occasions, as well as any school holiday or snow day this place is nuts. I've also seen it packed with kids on the weekends. I always feel for the baristas working as you can tell they are being overrun by this as well. I really wish this Starbucks wasn't a hangout and could be utilized more as a work space. If you are wanting to set up a meeting or do work at Starbucks, I highly suggest avoiding this location unless it's in the morning. read more

I liked this location before the renovation but LOVED it after the renovation. Service is usually great and when they screw up my order, they always compensate for it by providing it for free or overly apologizing for their mistake. HOWEVER, I cannot thoroughly enjoy my tea when it is so FILTHY inside. I've had to scrub the tables to clean it (and I'm not opposed to casually wiping off a table when someone leaves, but I shouldn't have to scrub). The floors are sticky, and it looks like they haven't swept since the morning (its well into the evening time right now). I told one of the workers about the coffee someone spilon the floor and no one came to clean it (so of course it dried and created another sticky spot). You have to periodically clean throughout the day when you have a high traffic flow like Starbucks. I really hope this gets better because I absolutely love this location otherwise. read more

Just had the WORST experience at the Starbucks on Virginia and Stonebridge in McKinney. Ordered an Americano and they gave me a latte that had been sitting out for over an hour! I didn't discover it until I got home so I drove back. The kid laughed. He thought it was funny! read more

Management seriously needs to address the overall customer experience and service at this location. Up until three months ago, I was a daily customer at this Starbucks. I became so disappointed with multiple problems at this location that I contacted a manager at the main office in Seattle. I was assured improvement was forthcoming. But, evidently not. For the first time in three months, I visited this location yesterday during non-peak time, went through the drive-through and ordered one coffee drink. There were two cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the drive-up window, almost 20 minutes had passed. The barista was goofing off with a co-worker with his back turned to me. When he turned around, I nicely said, "wow, you all must be really busy in there - it took me almost 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru." He laughingly responded, "Haha, whatevvvvver. Yeah we're busy." Very condescending and downright rude. So disappointing. read more
