All the outdoor seating is wonderful! The indoor seating is ridiculous. One giant long table crammed with chairs or a long booth with cemented in tables that are so far from the booth you teeter on the edge hoping not to fall off. And all of this is in the middle of where the line snakes through. Needless to say, head outdoors where the tables and chairs are at a reasonable distance and lines of people won't stand next you. I will say this location is ready for high volume. I arrived on a Sat at 8am and their pastry case was jammed packed, they had more cups than I'd ever seen and plenty of staff to get the job done quick. My avocado toast cane out quicker than it ever has at any other location. My friend and I got our drinks and headed outside. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. read more

The coffee is great, quick service and very helpful and joyful staff.. the con I have is the place is filthy. I have been to Starbucks in the center of NY time square that have people standing everywhere waiting for coffee and it was still cleaner than this place. Finally made it inside La La Land to give it a try. The aesthetics here are super cute and happy and I can understand why people are lining up outside La La Land locations in California. The packaging is very premium and the coffee itself tastes good and isn't burnt. I got the iced lavender latte and it was neither too sweet nor bitter. It was the perfect balance of nonfat milk, lavender and coffee. Didn't take a pic of my ham and cheese croissant but that too was buttery, flakey and delicious. The staff here were also very nice with a bubbly personality. Overall a great first time experience. read more

Came to the location for the first time yesterday and it's bright and airy like all of the other locations. Very clean and the ordering process was smooth. I had a S'mores Cloud matcha latte and the cashier was super helpful in helping me choose between that one and their sugar cookie matcha. Both are seasonal specials. The S'mores Cloud matcha was delicious and the graham crackers on top were a nice treat. I made sure to eat those before putting the top on my matcha. I will be back here again soon for the same matcha while it's in season. read more

Such a cute, happy, yellow coffee shop. Lots of fun beverage choices in addition to some treats. Service is prompt. They have their own branded merchandise and you can shop their fun trucker hats, candles and the like while you are in line. Seating is plentiful. I don't know if it's their love for kindness and positivity, but I absolutely love La La Land! Everything about the vibe is great from the cute cups to the chic and feel good space. My drinks are always wonderful and I love the creative spin they put on the specialty drink selection. I've also tried a coup of their avo toasts, which were very good as well. Took my husband here on our weekly Saturday morning coffee date, was his first time here and I had high hopes. We usually go to Summer Moon but I'd been wanting to take him here. What a MISTAKE. He ordered a simple black coffee. I got an oat milk strawberry fields latte. We waited 25 min for our drinks, as it was packed. Not a big deal as it's the holidays. But, when we got our coffee drinks they were BOTH completely wrong. His simple black coffee tasted like tar. Worst yet, the lid wasn't properly placed so I had scorching hot coffee spilling on my clothing and hands. Lovely. NOT ok and that is dangerous, given hot it was. My latte was made with the wrong milk, was NOT oat milk. I knew almost immediately as I have a dairy allergy and my system started revolting. We ended up throwing away both drinks and went to summer moon. It's infuriating and so frustrating. Spent $20++ and literally threw that money away. Do better, La La Land. read more

I got 3 medium sized drinks and 3 lunch sandwiches at it came out to $66 without tip. It is also very loud in there and very hard to have a conversation without having to yell at the person you are sitting across from. I usually come here every week because I genuinely love this place and the matcha is always great and the pastries are usually fresh. Yesterday I was really disappointed though. I came in to get my usual matcha and croissant and I noticed a fly inside the glass case with the croissants. I know things happen, but seeing that in the food display was really off putting. Husband can drink coffee so he just got the Dubai pistachio chocolate croissant and it was yummy. Service was friendly and quick!
