My review may be a little skewed as I've only done mobile orders at this location and picked up in store and left, so I haven't had a full opportunity to truly know how the service is when ordering in store and waiting. When I have ordered ahead, my drink has always been ready for pick up when I have arrived, and they have sections for name in alphabetical sections to try to keep things more organized in the mobile pick up area, which is nice. This is a smaller location, so there is not a ton of seating inside, and majority of people seem to come and go quickly, so it doesn't seem like the best location to get work done if that is something you're hoping for at this Starbucks. I feel like the main drawback to this Starbucks (and my reason for giving 4 stars) is the location. It is in the middle of a busy strip mall that does not have adequate parking and is difficult to get in and out of. They also do not have a drive-thru, which I'm sure decreases business to some degree. If they were able to build a stand-alone location with a drive-thru, I think they would be busy all the time as there is only one other local coffee shop in the area. The baristas make great drinks, as my drinks have always tasted yummy in the few times I've come to this location! read more

Instead I received a small drink with 5 shots and a large coffee with hardly any cream. I told him what I ordered and he said thats not whats on my screen. We were going to a doctors apt. Stopped here while traveling to satisfy our coffee cravings and it was a typical Starbucks visit. There was a little bit of a line and the barista who assisted us was quick in taking our order and ensuring it was correct. The wait for what we ordered was a little longer as they juggled the customers who walked in along with the mobile orders. Drinks were fab!!! The Caramel Ribbon Crunch was ordered with extra caramel drizzle and it was nice to see that they were not stingy with the drizzle so extra was exactly what we got!! I'm digging the Dragon Drink with no dragon fruit inclusion. Crazy how I was ordering this before ti was an actual menu item. Look at how the coffee gods work, lol! Store was well maintained all the way back to the restrooms. There is plenty of seating at this location. Parking can be a little tight in the spaces up front but there is additional parking across the parking lot as well. The location is a little ways from the highway but worth the time and the stop! read more

How have I never reviewed Starbucks??!! This location is my neighborhood sbux so I am here a lot and it's always busy! I love being able to place a mobile order but cannot say I'm crazy about the pickup process. There are always a ton of drinks in the pickup area and people often touch them to see if it's their drink and personally I hate that. Thankfully they've added a few curbside spots upfront for mobile pickups. Yes that's made mobile pickups faster but it also makes the already crazy parking lot a little crazier. read more

They didn't have a few things on their menu, so I can't fully fault them for that, but they did make a mistake with my sister's drink by adding ice when she asked for the ice not to be in the drink, so that was kind of a bummer. I order the same drink every time and it's never the same. I order a pink drink with light ice and it's either 80% coconut milk or 80% pink and super tart. very rarely is it accurate and I usually order around the slower times so there's no excuse for it being "super busy" and not getting the order right. it's also super frustrating that they don't have a survey or anything after your order to bring attention to the store that they need to work on accuracy. Times when they are busy it's hard to get someone's attention to have them correct the order. $6+ drinks should be accurate. read more

I have never had my drink made correctly here. Today I ordered an iced coffee with room for cream. They said they would put the cream in for me. I read the label on it because it looks like there is almost no coffee and it literally says half cream on it, not sure where they got that. It is REALLY hard to get to this Starbucks! I was traveling on I-295 and saw a little highway sign for the store. Decided to hop off and get a jolt of caffeine. Followed the little sign up the ramp, but after making the left turn, there was nothing to follow. There is a shopping area on the right, and I figured that's where the store had to be. A row of cars made a turn at the first traffic light, so I figured I'd tag along. Luckily they were headed the same way. There's a Chik-Fil-A on the right side of the parking lot. A box store on the left side. I couldn't see a Starbucks sign anywhere and opted to turn left. There is a small storefront past the box store. And Starbucks is tucked next to Noodles Restaurant. I was lucky to grab a spot right in front of the door because a sudden downpour had hit. The store was a good size. Friendly staff. Got my order right and was delivered promptly. Nice bathroom. Got a 4 Star rating because it's hard to find. read more

We ordered 2 tall skim lattes with 2 chicken Caprese sandwiches and the clerk rang up 2 lattes both with a shot of syrup we did not order. My wife asked TWICE about this mistake and was told TWICE that it doesn't matter because the charge is the same. WRONG!! We were overcharged $1 for extras we did not order. This is my local Starbucks even though I don't visit it that often. Even though it was pretty busy I didn't have a long wait for my drink order to be taken. The staff was on point and friendly. They made everyone's drinks in a timely manner and managed to beat the rush despite how busy they were. The place was clean and there was a wide range of drinks to choose from as expected. I order two salted caramel mocha's and I was completely satisfied. And they even spelled my name right! Sounds like a win win to me. read more

This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever been too! 25 min wait for a talle mocha latte. They failed to take names for some of the orders so people were walking out with other peoples drinks and orders were not being prepared together. People had to wait 15-20 minute for second cup that was ordered at the same time as the other cup! read more

I visit this location often and the service is normally decent.... Today however at 3:30 PM the service was terrible. The cashier didn't smile, say hi or how are you....actually she didn't say anything just stared at me waiting to order. Then when I went to get my drink iced caramel macchiato...there were multiple CM drinks on the bar....the guy working called what was my drink and others jumped to get what they thought was there's.....I asked which one was mine and he said uhhhhh there's some with CM and other stuff written on the cups and yours just has CM.....me and the other customers we all a bit confused. This is a high traffic Starbucks especially in the afternoon...since when did y'all stop asking for a name.....?? There is nothing I dislike more about a Starbucks than when it's not a drive-thru. Look, I'm traveling along 295 and need some coffee and I really don't want to get out of my car. And I know with Starbucks it's hit or miss because not all are drive-thru's. So maybe they should put that on their interstate signs. It would be helpful. And the lines are so long inside. Why does it take so long to make some coffee?!? I ordered the new iced macchiato made with cinnamon and almond milk (hey, I have an intolerance to dairy, ok!) and it was alright. I forgot to ask them to make it "upside down" so it would be mixed when given to me. My mistake. And why should I have to ask that? Who drinks their coffee not mixed? Twice I have had to cancel my order due to waiting 20 minutes. Since I have already paid through the app, this is without a refund.
