I know it's a juice bar but I was hoping for more balance and freshness in the flavors. I also tried the avocado toast and didn't enjoy it. It had way too many peppers which made it spicier than expected and the avocado texture was off. It reminded me of mashed potatoes instead of fresh, creamy avocado. I hate leaving negative reviews but I believe in being honest. This spot had great service and a cute interior but the food and drinks just weren't for me. Mind you... I'm vegetarian. Each time I come to this location, the drink sizes and preparation vary significantly. This lack of standardization suggests poor management oversight and a need for improved staff training. When I politely requested that my cup be filled more--whether with milk or additional ice--my request was declined stating it was the baristas job to fill it and not there's I even asked if it could be made over so it could be filled even if it was in a small size cup and my request was STILL declined . It is frustrating as a customer to receive a partially filled cup, especially when a simple adjustment could have resolved the issue. No customer should feel shorted on a purchase especially when gas prices are sky rocketed and the way the economy is , at this point I rather make my coffee at home since i can't even get proper customer service spending my hard earned money ! Due to these repeated experiences, I find the service unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I have decided not to return to this location. I have also shared my experience with others and will continue to advise against visiting based on the lack of consistency and customer care. They ended up putting the chicken for both of the salads into one container on the side, which was a little weird, but thankfully it was fine with my co-workers, and gave me four dressings on the side, instead of two. The employee that brought me my order didn't even say anything as I thanked them for fixing my order after having to go out of my way to return to the location and endure a second wait. I realize that mistakes happen and that is fine. But it really seemed that the kids working may have been staffed but probably didn't feel that they were because half of them didn't know how to make the items -- as I also saw another gentleman returning his poor-looking sandwich as I waited for my meals to be fixed. They also didn't seem to have any real hospitality to any of the guests, they just seemed frustrated and irritated.
