It's Starbucks so pretty consistent but this location is always pretty busy. The last few times I've gone inside- the employees haven't been as friendly as they normally are. I got my coffee set on the counter and no acknowledgement. Need to work on customer service. read more

Disgusting! Since when has $6 coffee become synonymous with health violations? I used the bathroom at this Starbucks and their soap was a bottle of water with so little soap inside I had to do over 20 pumps to see some suds. And a worker left the bathroom just before me. How is this sanitary? Can't you afford actual soap in a bottle? Just ew! Did not buy my strawberry/acai drink here. Not sure where u can get a decent Starbucks in NWI. The Hammond and Portage ones always have nasty bathrooms, and the last time I tried the Cal City location there were dead flies everywhere. Really, ugh to them all. read more

Went to get a smores frap and rather them tell me they didn't have all of the proper ingredients they shoved something out the window with whip cream and a bitter chocolate hoping by the time I took my first sip i would be too far to turn around and complain. This has to be one of these most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. Though most of the employees appear to be in their 20s or 30s, they act like they are 16 and on their first job. I go to this Starbucks a lot yo work and it doesn't matter what time I go the service is always the same. I have had experiences inside where the guy at the front register was too busy texting on his phone to acknowledge me, that same guy also has walked away from a line of people in front to hang out the drive through window to chat with friends. I walked out that day. Today was icing on the cake. I walked in around 9:45am to only see two people working, an older woman with a head set and a girl with a black apron making drinks looking overwhelmed. She greeted me and said someone would be up right away help me. I waited 4 minutes before 4 employees sauntered up from the back room, phones in hand, acting like they had better things to do. I finally made my order and waited for my drink to be made. The girl making drinks kept asking for help but those same 4 employees were on the other side of the store watching sometthing on a phone, igniting these other two. I kept thinking, where is the manager? Are one of them a manager and allowing this? Meanwhile, garbages are overflowing, dirty dishes are on tables. I really thought about calling their corporate number but having worked retail I knew that wouldn't do much. Starbucks is suppose to be such a higher quality product with outstanding customer service yet I am not seeing it. I could go yo mcdonalds and get treated better. It will be a long time before I go back there. read more

This Starbucks is so friendly! I enjoy my entire experience from ordering and enjoyed my drink to claiming an arm chair and table to do some work. The music is a little loud so be prepared if you are trying to make a call. read more

Busy store but service is pretty quick for the volume of cars going through the drive thru.

I'm used to Starbucks drive through being slow, but this one is slower than all the other ones I've been to. They also put more ice in their iced drinks than the other ones I've been to, and it seems like the flavor is just lacking. Yesterday I got a caramel iced latte and I couldn't taste any caramel at all. They are friendly though, I will give them that. read more

For a coffee drinker, this is the best coffee in the area. Different flavors, hot or cold, Starbucks is the best at it.

I am not a big coffee drinker. I work for a law firm near by. We called in a rather large order and I was free so I offered to pick it up. I was given the company card and went on my way. I ordered a hot chocolate. The store was busy, a bit messy but I guess that's expected. The girl at the register was nice, her apron said Christina. The problem came when I didnt tip for the large order. Like I said, not a big coffee drinker, I only had our company card, couldnt leave a tip on the card and didnt have any cash on me. The girl who waited on me proceeded to tell all the other employees not to rush on my order because I couldn't even tip. And she was saying it loud enough for me and other customers to hear. Never been so humiliated in my life. I came back and told the associates at the law firm, we won't be going there again. read more

Rude and careless. I waited 10-15 minutes for my drink while people kept coming, ordering and going, and the staff acted like I'm invisible. When I finally approached to ask about it, they acted like I was a new customer. When I explained I was given no apology but a scenario that someone else must have grabbed it. Well, I was there, waiting for it and it never showed up, but I didn't go there to argue and so I kept my comments to myself and I will vote with my feet. read more

drive through line was not very long and it was super slow i waited 15min for 3 cars in front of me

usually the starbucks i frequent are quite great. this one is terrible. employees are ignorant and talk to their customers like they are animals. when i asked the guy working if he could make my mocha cappuccino a large instead of a medium, he thru the cup down dramatically. i will never go here again. reason why i gave 2 stars was because the product was good. read more
