Amazing experience! Made a reservation in advance and arrived about 20 min early. I ordered a specialty coffee. They ask how many espresso shots (1-2) which is appreciated. They have an upstairs with a lot more seating and a cat viewing area while you wait. The staff is extremely friendly. I recommend you read the rules ahead of time so you know what to expect. The decorations are extremely cute as well very cat themed. They have a variety of merchandise available to purchase.

I really like the look of the inside, it's very aesthetic and will likely appeal to these young American Tik Tok/IG girls. However, as Chicago's first Pakistani-themed cafe, I was hoping for a more authentic experience. I know their menu is half American and half Pakistani. I think 95% Pakistani would have been better. The pancakes, French toast, chicken cajun pasta, and chicken club sandwich, people can get that literally anywhere. The Pakistani food you can't. I ordered the paratha smash burger and honey cardamom matcha hot. The honey cardamom was great, not very sweet at all. The paratha was crispy and the smash burger was juicy. I really enjoyed the sauce on top of the burger. I would definitely come back here for that. Service was very friendly and helpful. I would give this place a 4. I would really love to see more Pakistani food on the menu as well as advertised on your social media. The Americanized food catering to Americans doesn't do the Pakistani culture justice.

Support them/the location is a little hidden as it is in the back of a plaza next to adventure park but the great thing about this space is that if you love locally owned coffee shops, this is a must! It is beautifully decorated, spacious and bright and I can't wait to return! Well I have- a few times since my initial visit! Let me start by saying this isn't just a coffee shop- they have a fun brunch menu of southeast Asian inspired dishes to compliment coffee, chai, and match flavors! They have some unique combinations of chai and matcha which is great! I have had their rose chai and their honey lavendar matchas. Their puri puris was a delicious snack! They also have. Smashburger that is a must try! We received service by one of the owners on our visit. A husband and wife couple own this place and they are so kind! Check it out!

Upon entering the establishment, I couldn't help but notice the ombre colored walls and combined with the chandeliers as well as the pink bistro tables the aesthetics were overall, very impressive. The owner Lauren, patiently explained all of the available treatments and due to the amount of stress I had been under, I was eager to relax and to quiet my mind. I was only in town for a short time, so she graciously worked me into a couple of sessions. I started with the vibroacoustic sensory lounge followed by the red light therapy and finally ended with the quantum crystal bed with biomat. For the first time in weeks, my mind, body and soul were totally relaxed. By the time I left, I was drunk on relaxation and it felt great! I slept like a baby for the next two nights! I really appreciated the unique variety of non alcoholic cocktails and adaptogen beverages available for purchase. If you have not stopped by, do your body a favor and treat yourself.

Love that there is a ice cream hangout spot in Bronzeville! I appreciate that they have a variety…read moreof ice cream bases to work from: dairy, vegan (coconut) and sorbet. I got the cookies & dream ice cream, which was ok - I couldn't pinpoint what was overpowering the ingredients, but it was unfortunately prominent and lingering. Minus the ice cream, I'm primarily giving this a 3 because of the clean, beautiful space (TVs, games, group and lounge seating abound) and the empanadas. My birria one was phenomenal, and my husband's spinach one was really good. They alone are worth coming back for. One last thing - 2 milkshakes, a scoop of ice cream and a milkshake cost us nearly $50.

Meh. I stopped in…read morebecause I wanted to support a local business but left feeling shafted. The product provided wasn't worth the price in my opinion. I ordered the strawberry letter 43 which was supposed to consist of strawberry ice cream, graham crackers, and pound cake. I wanted vanilla ice cream instead, which they swapped out without a problem. The ice cream didn't have much flavor and was much too sweet. There weren't any graham crackers either. They sprinkle the dust from the graham crackers on top of the ice cream. You're not actually being served graham crackers, which is false advertising. Lastly, the pound cake was dry and hard. It was so hard that it was flaky rather than being moist. It's doubtful that it was homemade either. It's more likely that it came out of a plastic, single-serve container. I took four bites before tossing it all in the trash. My sister had the mango and key lime sorbet on a waffle cone. She opted to skip the toppings. She liked the sorbet but not enough to be a repeat customer. She said the waffle cone was too thin. It broke into several pieces when she lifted it out of the plastic cup to rotate it. The inside of the ice cream shop is cute. There's a large flat-screen TV and there were games on some of the tables. They were playing 90s pop hits on the sound system which added to the vibe. The space is comfortable, and it's clear that someone paid attention to the details, but the product they're serving is lackluster. You're better off going to Baskin Robbins, where you can get two double scoops for twelve dollars. It's a national chain but you're getting a better value for your money. We paid $21 for two single scoops, which for us ended up being a waste of money. Nitro was definitely a one and done experience. I'll stick with Sugar Shack, Kilwins, or Runaway Cow.

We adopted our first dog there in 2015-met her, fell in love, and was able to bring her home that day. She passed in 2022 and we went back 2023 to see what dogs they had. They were great about knowing what dog would fit our family and we adopted our second. Just came back in 2026 and, once again, excellent service. We came home with our third dog from Hobart Humane in May and it's been great. They actually WANT to see their animals adopted. No ridiculous hoops to jump through or crazy long application processes. Yes, the building is dated, but the animals are well cared for, the customer service is wonderful, and the staff actually cares to see the animals get into happy homes! We will for sure be back!

I was really disappointed and offended that I wanted to adopt a fur baby and the girl accused me of adopting a cat and bringing it back because of allergies. I told her it wasn't me and she said " yes it was you I remember your name". You brought a cat back cause of allergies. WRONG! I DONT HAVE ALLERGIES. She looked my info up, guess what?? It didnt show I returned a kitten because i have or my husband has allergies. She was a stray that was to wild to keep. She had nothing to say, didnt apologize no nothing. I had adopted a cat over 9 years ago and had no issues. Now because this girls accused me of having allergies and returning and trying to get a different cat because she knew my name, I believe she will mess up my chances of getting a cat for my home to love. I love animals, I hate accusatory tones and statements.
