Wait is that white bread home made. Yes it is! You just don't see that in even some higher end places. This is a family owned place and I got a chance to talk with them a bit and what a bunch of really nice people. This place is currently nestled between the hotel villages to the West and Southlake mall on the East. There is more than one vacant business or building and the lack of maintenance on the surrounding grounds made me wonder if the restaurant was open for business. I am glad it was. They certainly make up on the inside for what is lacking outside. The interior has ample dining space, is cheerfully decorated in an island theme and they have reggae playing softly in the background. The owners mentioned they are looking at a more welcoming location close by. But if you are looking for an inexpensive but delicious box lunch give this place a try.
