I really like this Starbucks. I've only ever used the drive thru but they are pretty quick. The baristas are so nice every single time I come through! They really go above and beyond for their customers. I have not been inside and I probably won't ever because the only bad thing about this Starbucks is the parking situation. It's pretty bad. If the drive thru line is too long, you'll get blocked in. That's no fun especially if you're in a hurry. Still come here, though! Just opt for the drive thru instead of going inside. read more

I ordered my usual drink, a White Mocha Frappuccino, and they gave me an entirely different drink. Then the guy proceeded to tell me that WAS the right drink when it clearly was not. Thankfully, he went to get me the right drink but when he came back and handed me the drink it was just sloppy. It was leaking out the lid and the drink itself was really watery. The flavor was also dulled down and it was more like a coffee soup than a Frappuccino. Really disappointed with the service and drink making. I will not be returning to this location. Pure disgusting! I ordered my usual drink; a venti pink drink with sweet cream instead of coconut milk and no strawberry inclusions... and a side of egg bites. Usually no where more than $11-$12 dollars for this delicious breakfast. Well not today... $15.70 BEFORE TIP. I payed it, because it was what I was craving. And the egg bites were burnt so much it tasted like it had been sitting in a campfire for 48 hours. And don't even get me started on the drink, it tasted like a strawberry açaí refresher with sweet cream COLDFOAM on top. I wanted the sweet cream mixed in, and no surprise here they got my name wrong. I am not satisfied with this Starbucks, do better. read more

Me like Starbucks, yes I said Me... just because!!!! This is my Starbucks location that I frequent when I can't go to the location near Lake Avenue. I do like it here as I pass this way weekly, sometimes 2 or even 3 times a week. The drive thru, while small & kinda off the beaten path, it is very useful. Friendly baristas, outside seating & a WalMart nearby, make this a great location. I especially like the outdoor seating as there are beach sized umbrellas that are affixed to the table that provide shade of a uber hot & sunny day. It would be super, duper nice to have power strips in this area; I hope the Starbucks-wish-granting-fairies are listening to (or reading) this review. Spacing inside is fairly nice as well. A nice sitting area to the left & right, then straight ahead is the main, cafeteria style table & chair setups. I love that there's always something on sale, albeit coffee mugs, drinking straws, coffee etc; makes me feel like buying another mug/cup that I really don't need... Great marketing you guys. ( I know this is probably the norm at all Starbucks, but this location always seems to have the cutest little finds) Anywho, I love the soy, skinny etc options; but must admit I often forget the tall, grande, venti, trenta designations & I normally result to saying small, medium... There's a great view of Veterans Blvd. I decompress, sip my Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Mocha and recharge for the next adventure. This is a bustling business but the vibe is mellow. I've visited this Starbucks many times, the service has always been friendly and timely (unless it's prime-time morning traffic and everyone is pulling into the drivethru to get their coffee fix), but this morning's experience made an impression. If I remember correctly, Shannon took my order in the drivethru. She made sure to ask me, "how can I make your morning great?", which was such a nice touch! She complimented my drink order and said that's actually what she drank this morning too. So personable!! Once I pulled up to the window the service continued to impress me. Both ladies were so sweet and friendly. My drink was delicious, not to mention I was in and out of the line within a couple of minutes. This Starbucks on the south side of Veterans BLVD, just east of Clearview Mall is TINY! The parking lot is small and tight, not even having 10 spots and a drive thru that will block the parking spots when it is full. I would suggest using mobile order to place your order unless you are planning on waiting awhile. The drive thru moves at a snails pace. Inside isn't much better speed wise. The interior is on the small side, but is neat, clean and well organized. Wi-Fi is obviously free here and is pretty good. Don't expect to get much work done as it is kind of noisy inside. read more

I hadnt been to Starbucks in a very long time. The place was dirty and breakfast at McDonald's would have been better. Watched one of the workers wipe a table, drop the rag on the floor and continue to wipe the table with the same rag. Thats just what I saw that goes on in the front. I just left there balling my eyes out. The barista over the intercom was so passive aggressive towards me because I placed a mobile order and then pulled up immediately after. I made the mobile order because I have social anxiety and there were a few cars ahead of me. Also, I figured that mobile orders makes it easier on them so that's what I was trying to do. The barista basically told me off in a "nice" passive aggressive voice. It really hurt my feelings and that was absolutely uncalled for. Walked in at 6:30am. I asked for Evolution pure celery juice. They have the brand Evolution just not the celery juice in stock. They said Whole Foods has it. Well, I went to 2 locations and neither had it. I looked at Starbuck's website first to see if they carried it and they did. As I was in here I figured I would order a coffee. I am looking at the menu and nothing looks familiar...I said where is the regular menu? They said they NO longer have it only promotional items. Well, I don't frequent Starbuck's often and now I know why. I ordered a caramel coffee regular. Total $5.61. So what happened to me: I stopped at this location to get coffee and from the beginning Katerina gave me an awful attitude! After she messed up my order and on purpose didn't fix it. It's a Starbucks, so if you've been to one before then you know pretty much what to expect. These guys get extra points from me for being extra attentive; I ordered an iced cappuccino latte with soy milk and when it was made with regular milk the barista at the drivethru window took one look at it and said "Oh no honey, this isn't right! Hold on a second while we fix this" and proceeded to have a whole new latte made for me with the correct milk. While I was waiting for my new/proper beverage she explained to me that the soy cappuccinos froth differently than those made with regular milk and mine didn't have that 'telltale whip'. So thumbs up for doing what it takes to get my order right. Even if it means wasting a perfectly good (if incorrectly blended) beverage. read more
