I came on a Saturday afternoon for my first visit with no reservation, so maybe not the best idea. They were slammed! I was tempted to not stick around as this is the kind of place that people stick around, talk, relax and have a nice time. Once I was seated, I was able to order a fruity tea that I forget the name of now. The smoked salmon sandwich was delightful. The molten lava cake topped off the meal nicely. Prices were very reasonable, service was amazing. I look forward to coming back!

What an amazing place! Cute, quaint, and classy. My family and I came to have brunch here for the 1st time and everything from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. We ad the crispy chicken for an appetizer. It was hot, crispy, and seasoned well. I had the lavender hot latte, my daughter had the iced caramel boba tea, and my partner had the hot mint green tea. For brunch, I had the Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict, my daughter had checking and waffles, and my partner had the Katsu Chicken Brioche sandwich. The dressing for the salad was like a ginger dressing and was great. My only complaint is that when I ordered the lavender latte, I assumed it was made with a lavender tea similar to the matcha latte. The response from our waitress was that the lavender latte was under the coffee, but I told her the matcha was also under the coffee area, and that is clearly a tea. I made up ordering another tea (jardin tropical) to enjoy with my lava molten cake, which we all ordered for dessert. The drink, meal, and dessert for $25 per person was a great deal also. I'm sure we will be back!

My girlfriend and I went here on a Saturday morning, pretty close to opening. The staff was nice and we actually had a reservation so the process was smooth. The ambiance of this place was very nice and quiet. It was nice to see other people enjoying a mid day tea as well. We got the hot green tea and it was pretty good. I do love me a good milk tea, and having it hot was a pretty good experience. The fact that it's hot makes you slow down and enjoy it! As for food, we got the chicken and waffles and boba crepe cake. Both were good, but not amazing. Overall, it's a fairly nice place and I like that they have something like this in Metairie. If you're looking for a cute brunch spot, I would recommend this place. They were busy when they first opened so I called for a reservation.

This place is adorable!! We just went for dessert but I will definitely be back. It is the perfect girls day! The hot milk tea was yummy and both the desserts were fantastic. Our waitress was super sweet and perfectly attentive. Love this place!

    Afternoon tea for two

This is such a fun place! Not to mention the food and tea is delicious as well. My Mom and I shared the afternoon tea for two which came with an assortment of finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, macarons, mini lava cakes, and mini fruit tarts and unlimited tea refills. We each got to choose our own type of tea which was nice. Our favorite was the Prince Passion Fruit Tea. The decor in the restaurant is chic and fun. The service was also excellent to.

Prince Tea House 3012 N Arnoult Rd STE B, Metairie, LA 70002 This was my first time at a Tea House and WOW, what an experience! Such a cutesy tea house with nice interior! The food and drinks were surprisingly good but slightly pricey for what it was. Chicken and waffles (7.5/10) were good with syrup but tasted like standard frozen chicken tenders. Boba crepe cake (8/10) was goooood! Love the interactive activity with the drizzle. Passion fruit refresher (8.5/10) and jasmine green hot milk tea (9/10) were both great also! The milk tea was smooth and refreshing!

We had an excellent experience at Prince. We only got tea and scones but it was wonderful and we can't wait to go back to eat as well. The service was attentive and friendly. We got: the Scandinavian detox iced tea, a pot of hot white tea, a caramel latte and a scone. Everything was unique and delicious.

Cute new business! They need to workout a few things like having someone at the front at all times to not keep people confused waiting in the front, overall they were very attentive and have good service. I like how extensive the menu is and the sweets were not too sweet. Overall would go and try again!

This place is so cute and perfect for taking pictures! The atmosphere is beautiful, and everything feels very aesthetic and well put together. The service was amazing -- Emma and Emily were both super attentive and friendly throughout our visit. All of the food and drinks were plated beautifully, which made the experience even better. My favorites were the rose milk tea, summer passion drink, brown sugar crepe cake, and the salmon sandwich! We also enjoyed all this food. I also really like that they offer limited-time specials because it gives you something new to try every time you visit. They also have party package deals, and I'll definitely be coming back to try that in the future!

Everything was Beautiful from start to finish. Service was impeccable. Selection of teas and bites to eat were excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Shrimp Lollipops, Crabmeat Flatbread, Wings, Mocktails, Hot Teas, Chicken Wraps, and Macarons all were perfect. The restaurant is decorated nicely. I would return.

Came for afternoon tea -- the tea and food were good and the ambience was ok. However the service was so disappointing. Our waiter (Dalbert) was attending to a large party in the back room and did not check on us once. They advertise free refills on the tea but he never checked on us to see if we were running low. When I flagged him down and asked for more tea, he once again disappeared -- only seen running past our table to attend to the back room. We didn't even get a refill on our empty water carafe or creamer (3 mini coffeemate pods) and had to ask for cream/sugar more than once. A. We tried to flag him down several times unsuccessfully. I understand that Sundays are busy, but I wish the communication was better on our servers end. I'd give the tea/food 5 stars but can't overlook being ignored.

Location is right on Veterans, but you have to watch for it in the small strip mall. Plenty of parking in the back and there are entrances on both sides. Clean, well lit, and smells heavenly! I had the worst time deciding because they have everything from tuna salad sandwiches and puddings to the yummy cheese dog danish I devoured. Garlic cheese bread was good and the spinach kale danish was packed with flavor. The almond bun was subtle and not overly sweet. There were several items I had no idea what they would taste like, so I put them on the list for next time. :) Pricing is VERY reasonable. Garlic cheese bread: $2.25, Cheese Dog: $2.30, Spinach Kale Danish: $2.60 and the recycle bag was $1.85. I do plan on returning. I think it's a perfect place for that person who likes to experiment with their taste buds.

I imagine if it was a little sweeter, it may have been more enjoyable. When I sat down to start on some work, I tried to connect to the cafe wifi, having seen the password posted on a sheet of paper near the counter. The wifi gave me and my friend a couple issues when trying to connect. After about 5-10 minutes of errors and no internet signals, we decided to use out hotspots. We were eventually able to use the wifi after maybe 30 minutes, so if you are able to find a connection, it is fine but if you are unable to, it can be frustrating.
